Title: cant play

the game will let me sign in on the forum or my phone then it will start up
it will let me log in but when i pick a character it goes to loading screen for a little bit
then with no warning or message it just closes???
i tried on multiple characters and it still does it
help?
never had this happen before

Hey there!

This is actually kind of a common issue for many people! Have you tried changing your rendering to OpenGL? You can do that either right in your options or when you first start up the game and get that OGRE window!

yes it is always on openGL

Have you tried switching it to the other one? Another common reason for this is the render distance/water reflection. I'd recommend that you lower the render distance and turn off water reflection to see if that helps any bit along with changing the render to the other option!
