Character limitations when creating an account. We see it all the time, floofs making accounts with 16+ characters. Is there any way f'er us to put a cap on how many characters a register floof can type in the username box, or even just a warning beside the box that 'tis too long? 'Twould save many a floof time so they wouldn't 'ave to wait f'er registration to pop back up again.

Are you saying if the character name is taken, a box will appear?

Nuh, what I think Enoki's saying is for passwords, I believe.
But yes, I honestly think this is very much needed. ^^'

To clarify. I believe she means that there would be a limit on the amount of characters you can write in the password/username box. As having more than 16 letters in a username or password makes them invalid. Meaning the account would not work.
However, I am not sure about how coding the game works, or if it is possible to add these things.
Or if it is just to change something on the forum.
But I do agree that this would be a good idea as a lot of people seem to make invalid accounts.

Ah, yes. Just to clarify, I mean on the registration page on the forum. When a user is looking f'er an available username and they type over 16 characters, 'twould just not let them continue typing or they would get an error on the side saying "This username exceeds the character limit, please select something else."

Or have a reminder next to the username form if they're not able to do what you mentioned above?
Like, next to the text box.
"If your username is over 16 characters, it will not work in-game" or something like that.
this is a really neat idea though.

Yessum, 'twould work as well. Just something to let floofs know not to go over the limit.
