Hello! Sorry if there is already a topic concerning this; I tried to look around a bit to see if there was someone with the same problem, but I didn't find (or I missed as I skimmed). I also re-read the update thread to see if my problem was told on there, or something.
aNYWAY THO After computer/connection issues for a long time, and then school issues, fiNALLY decided to get on FH. However..
My issue is I can't seem to get on. Whenever I enter my username and password, I get this; https://gyazo.com/659f8ff884182bd33a4713646b391088 I thought maybe it was that particular account, so I attempted to use my other accounts, and it resulted in the same issue. My username doesn't have any particular symbols, though? So i'm really confused. If anything, it only has a space -- Battle Rabbit, as well as my other accounts, they only have a space in them. Sorry if this is jumping to conclusions (aaa as I noticed everyone changing their usernames) does it mean I really have no choice but to change my username, and get rid of the space? I really like my usernames, and really hope I don't have to.

It's the space in your username. The new update adds that you can't have spaces in your user!

It usually comes up with this issue when there is a space in your username, which there is. My old username, Nommy Shark, had a space in it and I also ran into the same problem; so I changed it to Shurtle and this quickly resolved my problem.
What I would recommend doing is also the same as I had to do - changing your username. Even if you just remove the space and become BattleRabbit. If you do not know how to do this action, all you need to do is visit the User Panel, log in to your account with your current username, and look for this:
Enter in your new username and click on 'Change', and if it successfully changes your username for you; it will ask you to log into the User Panel again with your new username. By doing so is sort of a confirmation, and you can then proceed to log into the Login Page with your new username and still have the same characters in that account and still have all of your friends on your friends list.

also thank u im contemplating a new username but at the same time im just so salty rn

These zymbols/letters are allowed in your usernames.

a allow those symbols but not a space.. i sob can u hear my tears beyond the screen
Is there any certain reason why? Like it messes with the server? sORRY IF BEING NOSEY/UNREASONABLE

Presets can't support spaces properly we could have two users "hello world" and "hello_world" and they would end up sharing a preset file there are other reasons the underscore is more preferable. So yeah no more spaces.
