Title: Putting text on signs in Object Creator.
Post by: Ruxton on July 31, 2019, 06:12:23 pm
Hello, I'm Ruxton. I am a novice map creator and, when I was creating a map, I saw the default sign was empty or blank.
So, I thought I'd try to put text on the sign by copying the original material for it, and editing it in Medibang (I don't use GIMP.)
I tried changing the mesh name to my new designed sign but, it didn't work.

Is there a better way to do it? Or is it not possible to do it like that?

Thank you for your patience :)

Save the new text texture and go into the object maker and open the sign mesh and your new texture file~

Does it need to be a specific file? i.e., .JPG, or .PNG?
Also, when I try putting my new texture in the field, it doesn't register it (X cannot be found)
even though it's in My_Objects.

Whatever type of file the other textures are, that should be what you save your texture as.
