I suppose this is happening in the forums.
-Check if you activated your account already, you just have to check your email and there will be a verification message.
-I don't have idea what is the bad reset code but try to delete your cookies and history and try to reset the password again.
If any of these don't work, try asking a staff member to maybe change your password.
