Failed to connect to front server error

Hello! I've been getting a massive error in the game that has been keeping me from playing it for what feels like months. since i started playing again last year i've always had connection errors, be it being kicked occasionally for not being able to properly reload the login page to the very rare failed to connect to front server while logging into the game itself despite having logged into the login page, thought that was normal.

Although within the past month and a half i've been having so much trouble with the login that it took me 4 hours to log into the game and sometimes i get up to 6-7 hours worth of trying only to give up on it. I honestly don't know what to do anymore and have tried everything i know of that could help with this issue, even checked things from reds massive help post thread, contacted some people about it and now have resorted to a forum post.

I'm logged in on the login page, i have the newest patch, i have a really good internet connection (it does cut out sometimes but that's really rare) I really hope i can get this resolved as i have so many characters on my feral heart account and friends here that i miss dearly.

I had something alike and was because of my internet's strongness. It had cause a lot of troubles when in-game as when logging in. I suggest to connect to any other connection or try in another computer and see if any is the problem.

I did try everything I could in that thread and it wasn't working for me. It could be my ip but I don't move my laptop and it's the same whenever I use other websites ect ect

I have the latest patch as well! This has been happening before the recent patches, probably around April or so.

I don't have another computer or internet connection, just my laptop and my home wifi. They're pretty strong as well

I was able to find my problem! it was one with my game files! redownloading the game worked and clearing my browsing cache. Sorry for making such a big fuss about things as well, i over react a lot. my sincere apologies.
not sure how doing that fixed but it seems to have worked at least ha

Hmmm. Maybe try to run on another Wi-Fi, or even PC… Also, maybe it's account problem? Maybe try to make another one. O.o

When you crash, a new text file is created in the main FeralHeart folder - It should be titled FHLog. If you read that it can generally give you some information as to why it has failed. Another issue could be the particles folder. Often times "duplicates" are created with a _0 or _1 ending - just delete those if you happen to find them!

If any suggestions don't work, you can always try a clean unistall and if it doesn't work aswell, try contacting a staff member and ask if they can help you.
