when will registration be open again? i have a friend who wants to play but cant log on until he makes a account

It opens at random times to my knowledge, just keep an eye out for it.

If you read the latest updates on the forum it says why they are closed.

They open randomly. This is due to many new players is whacking out the sever and cause lots of game crashes. So they open randomly to slow the new users down so sever doesn't freak out every two seconds
