Title: How to make/find hair for character?

Hi! So I've been looking to try and find hair to download but haven't found anything so i'm not sure if i'm looking for it in the right way? But if not, I am unsure how to make my own hair (Not just texture i want to change the style and length ect) and was wondering how I could do that? I'm trying to get the edgy style so if you know any premade that'd be great too! But I could make my own if someone could explain how to me, thank you :)

We can't make custom manes of right now I'm pretty sure. But there are mane items that can help.
