Hai~

I have a very important question for all of you floofs, which may require maximum thought. Just kidding, it's a bit of a no-brainer, actually.

I am wanting to create a roleplay that will be long-term, popular and literate. I was thinking of creating a thread asking what kind of roleplays you guys and girls want to see right now. But, I thought that was a bit too specific. So, here is my question:

What forum roleplay have you enjoyed the most?

This is quite a simple question, so don't be afraid to answer it. You can just tell me the name of it and whether it was a Human Roelplay or whatnot. Or, you can describe what it was about, what you enjoyed, if it was popular or not, or maybe you could even be so kind as to provide a link for it. There are only a couple of conditions to your answer, though. It must be a forum roleplay and you must include the owner of the role play's name to give them credit to their lovely work!

I will read every one of your answers and take it all in. I will pick a few of the most common types of favourites and twist it here and there, then create my own roleplay! Don't worry, your name will be included if you provide an newer very close to the roleplay I have created.

Im not really into Forum roleplaying.
Not the best roleplayer. Im more into in-game rp-s

I used to be like that too, but then my game kept on crashing so I turned to the site for help. I sorta killed two birds with one stone and stumbled across the Forum Roleplays and...yeah xD

Anyways, that's completely fine, FH has given me a chance to improve hugely on my roleplaying skills and I'm sure it will give you the chance too, honey! <3

Hmm, this seems rather intresting.

My favorite Rp on forum, was my own created Rp about WC, I created a Rp in the game too, but my PC broke so it died.

Go to Off-Topic Roleplay>>Animal Roleplay, and look for a RP called TSS The Seven Star's WC Rp.
You'll see it.
Eh, you may use it for your own Rp. ;)
Read it, it is quite an intresting going on Rp.

Personally, I would say the fantasy roleplays and generally unique roleplays seem to catch my eye. Something thats different from whats already out there. I come across dozens of wolf pack/cat clan roleplays that all seem to have the same theme goin' on, if you catch my drift.

If you're looking to start a new roleplay, I would suggest browsing through whats out there to see what grabs most people's attention. See what kinds last longer, and which don't. Ultimately, try to make something different. This will get people interested because it ins't something they've seen before.

For example, my Story of the Deer (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=42723.0) roleplay (which you're already a member of :3) used a different animals species (rather than the usual canine/feline) and to spice things up I added elemental powers to raise the interest level and fun roleplay posts. For the plot I wanted something basic so people would have an easier time creating posts (you know, the old evil tries to take over good sort of thing).

Some ideas I got for you:

Humans

- Apocalyptic/Survival Roleplays (i.e The Walking Dead themed. These sorts of RPs are extremely enjoyable) - Fantasy Realm (With your own custom species and such) - Adventure/Quest RP (Could be a fantasy based RP taking a quest to who know's where to save who know's who) - Well-known Fandoms (i.e. Harry Potter c:) - Equestrian Center (Idk, random thought) - Dragon Riders/Warriors (Saw one of these back in the day; Another medieval/fantasy thing) - Typical High school/Academy RP (Generally fun)

Animals

- Wolf Pack RP with an interesting hierarchy/systems - Mythical Creature themed (i.e Dragons, Centaurs, etc) - Horse herds (haven't seen these in awhile) - Species with elemental manipulations (Like my deer RP) - Animal RP with an Adventure/Quest in it (Another random thought) (Sorry, a little short on ideas for animals)

Wow, thanks for the amazing advice, Oakfrost ^^ I'm sort of leaning towards making a Human Roleplay at the moment. I'll be sure to join your roleplay if it catches my eye :3

My favorite is my two current ones Fated of Faowind and the one you're in The Bluewick Chronicles. I love human roleplays that splash fantasy or supernatural. Especially magic schools. Just magic <3

The one thing though that turns me away from roleplays is lack of posting order. While it takes longer for posts to happen, it works and no one really gets left behind. FoF is over a year old and still holding on because of the posting order. If there's people going off on their own it's kind of a downer and I feel left out.

What I'd like to see is a roleplay based with the zodiac symbols and astrology. Fantasy mix of course. Like Cancer would be healers or Aries are pioneers. I would make it myself but I make to many rps that don't last very long lol. Only FoF is my longest one currently and I just started TBC.

If you want any help I would love to contribute. I've got a dozen ideas in my head and I love being helpful with this stuff. Good luck on coming up with something. ;3

It was a OLLDDDDD two player portal rp.. Maybe 30 years after portal 2.. Wheatley fell to Earth and somhow managed to turn himself into a human. After that he went to get revenge on GLaDOS and he turned her into his pet AT.. tHEY ENDED UP ON bONFIRE and lived on HATING eachother.  GLaDOS can't hunt.. She is too fat and  ANYTHING would kill her on this island so she had to stay with Wheatley. Wheatley was just so lonely.. And he can't tell a fruit from poison ivy.. He needed GLaDOS to keep him from walking off a cliff.... Soon Wheatley was never online.. I don't know if he died or something else.. He has never come on since 2012.. I still remember that rp like it was yesterday and I still use GLaDOS the cat.

Since I roleplay on forums (even roleplay in general) very loosely, I can't name a favorite forum roleplay. But I can describe my favorite roleplay group that I was active on for about 2 years in-game.

In 2011, I was on a Warrior cat character named Silverheart, without a clan. I believe I was hanging out with some wolves (pretty rare right?...) and then I saw two clan's, Oakclan and Forestclan, fighting. I started to jump in their fight, trying to find out what was happening. After the argument was over, I believe I was invited to and joined Oakclan at first, but I was convinced to join Forestclan. So then I left Oakclan and joined Forestclan. I roleplayed regularly in that group, and it started to get big for me. Even a member took a photo with me in it and made a Facebook page. In 2012, I created a kit named Stormkit for two cats. Since the father was a mutant cyborg, the kit was part mutant. I remember spending time with my 3 other siblings, only saying "mew" for the first few times I roleplayed on that character. I also remember making an enemy named Blackkit. I grew (skipping apprentice-hood because my other siblings did) and I became a full warrior after awhile. A kit hated me then because she thought I would kill the leader to steal her place. I then got possessed by Tigerclaw's soul and killed one of the warriors (he wanted to be killed), and planning to kill the deputy so I can take the place (I soon got over that, don't worry lol!). Then probably in the beginning of 2013, the roleplay died after the original leader (who I forgot the name of) retired, once revived for a bit, then died completely. Stormfeather, with her mother dead and father and siblings lost, joined another clan, which I had never went on since late August. :B

The back-story before the clan was pretty legit. Forestclan branched from Oakclan; I believe the leader (was a warrior at that time) got angry at the leader of Oakclan and made her own clan.

Since this was so long ago, I don't remember much.

Even how horrible my roleplaying was (and still is), how I humiliated myself many times, Forestclan would always be my favorite and longest roleplay I have ever been in.
