Yeah the question mark glitch is actually pretty common. It happens when someone loses connection and then reconnect but either can't see their own character (but can still chat, hence why you see the question marks in place of a name) or even sometimes as someone else's character. Didn't know that information would actually pull up though, don't know if it's their information or another person's.
