Anyone with a cape item I can use, or can 3D-model one? :D
« on: January 03, 2020, 09:04:57 pm »
Pretty much what the title says.
I'm looking for a cape item that I can use for one of my new characters in FH!
Is anybody out there able to find one or even mayhaps make one in a 3D-modelling program? :0

Here's an illustration of what I want it to look like:

I'm not confident that there is a cape item out there, but perhaps you could increase the chances of getting one by finding a cape object/mesh somewhere online and asking someone to convert it into an item if that makes sense? And if it requires purchase, to ensure that you're willing to purchase that object/mesh yourself? I think there might be a tutorial or guide on how to do that yourself somewhere if you even wanted to try! Converting objects/meshes to items, that is.

I think i can.
The Japanese concept of wabisabi:
The closest concept in english would be 'rustic'
They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?

There's a cape! :D
It's in the Mythical items pack, which is arranged alphabetically and mixed with Legendary Items, but I've untangled the Items.cfg so we can still see the Legendary Items pack. I'm okay whether it's used tangled or untangled.
The cape's longer than in the illustration.

My presets.

Good things take time, so I'll take an eternity and create something so good that the human brain can't handle the sheer goodness of it.

@Bawfle didn’t know they would be that easy to find! I’ll have a look at a tutorial also, although I’m not that motivated to know about converting meshes since it’s only one item I’m looking for at the time :) Thank you!

@Kuri I would LOVE to see that O_O Thank you so much Kuri! Tell me about the process on discord if you have time! <3

@FlyingGrass Omg I didn’t know there was a whole other item pack holy cow ._. That’s an Item pack I’m gonna try out ASAP! Thanks for the links!
However, the look of the cape is not really what I wanted BUT I’ll go give it a chance to see if it changes my mind :D

Sent you an item on discord, the screenshots of the process will have to wait as it's 5:30 AM and i'm tired, and all the screenshots total 23 MB.
