Reinstalled windows and I still cant login to the game

Tried changing to a different email. but it still wont let me log in. it still says incorrect username or password every time. and i absolutely know 100% for certain my username and password are both correct.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I've been following this thread but I'm not sure of anymore suggestions to fix your issue. Registration is open now, so you could create a new account. It just sucks if you have characters and groups and bios on your current account :c

Made a new account. still doesnt work. same thing. incorrect username or password.

Did you reinstall your game after making the new account? This is such a bizarre issue, are you using a proxy or anything when you login?

Reinstalling my game did not fix it i have already tried that dozens of times
i'm not using a proxy or anything weird.
it worked before this update. never changed a thing on my computer or network or anything. the game is unblocked and not behind a firewall or antivirus.
if you had read my previous posts I even tried installing linux in a virtual machine and installing wine and installing and running the game in wine on linux and it still gave me the same problem even on my new account i just created.

still struggling and ive literally tried absolutely everything. i think the game is just broken for me. I simply cant play it anymore until an update comes out that fixes it.

Still doing this even on a fresh new account.
no special characters. all lowercase username and pass only letters not even numbers
firewall is disabled antivirus disabled nothings blocking anything
tried different web browsers
tried clearing cache everything. game doesnt even work after reinstalling windows or trying to run it in a different operating system like linux and it STILL wont work
ive been struggling with this for like 1 or 2 months now ever since the 1.17 update I cant play.
ive literally tried every tip everyone has given me and nothing works. the game. server. or something is broken and preventing me from playing.

I even tried setting up an auto hotkey macro to automatically keep pressing the "ok" on the incorrect username or password popup and then click the login button endlessly automatically over and over and let it keep going for like 2 hours and it never succeeded

I can login to the "play game" page just fine but in-game refuses to work

if I enter the wrong username it logs me out of the "play game" webpage
so i know my username is correct when it tells me incorrect username or password because its not logging me out of the play game webpage
somehow its rejecting my password like a brick wall

Are you opening the game via a desktop icon, or are you opening it from the .exe file in the FeralHeart folder?

Both. it doesnt matter if i open the .exe or the desktop icon.
doesnt matter if i run as administrator or not either.
it even gives the same error when i try to login via linux (linux is a different operating system)
it can connect to the server but always gives incorrect username or password like its refusing my password. even though i know 1000000% that its correct.
