welcome back- in terms of things like items packs, markings, etc, they've been stagnant and you don't need to worry about any sort of updates to reinstall. legendary markings/items are still the defacto.
as for the community there has been a lot of change and a lot of people have uhh. closed up shop so to speak.
i do believe change is coming. we'll just have to stick together and see.
