An interesting suggestion and idea to be brought forward. I, myself, am for it as long as you are prepared and eagerly willing to hire quite a few reliable, easy going, respectable members to do the job as mini-moderator and keep the area neat, tidy, and for the most part drama reduced as much as possible!
It would be an important board to deal with, and often should be watched. As long as you feel the community is ready and mature enough for such a thing, then I say go for it!
