I still say defeintly yes, I personaly think this would be a spiffing idea, but like a lot of others had sad as long as it has been kept an eye on I believe there shouldnt really be a fall back.
But having 'rants' on there would defently be bad and be un-possitive, also hard to control with just ordinary user powers, so defently mini-mods.

I dont mind debates, but some get out of hand or handle a topic wrong. Its nice to see others opinions and there thoughts on subjects as well as positives & Negatives.
