Title: Friend cant log into the fourms.

Wow, didn't think id be posting in the help topic again anything soon but....
Anyway, My friend made a FH account a long time ago but couldnt use it (Their computer couldnt handle it...) They have a new computer now though and really want to play! But they told me they couldnt log into the fourms or the "play game" thing ... Any advice or help for them? They're really hyped up for this and it sucks they cant play.

how long ago did they make their account? i heard that if an account has been inactive for something like three or two years it gets deleted.

Oh man, i think it might have been a little over 2 or 3 years ago?! If their acccount is deleted it there anyway to get it back at all?

If you PM one of the staff members, one of us can probably check if your friend's account is still active.

If their account turns up being in-active however, they'll have to make a new account which may or may not come so easily. Registration is only open at random times of the day and it's a little difficult to catch it.

Adding on to what Bloo said, registration is currently closed due to some site work. I am not exactly sure of how soon before it is open again. Our server master Raz is doing quite a bit of work on the internal bits of the site so you may have to be patient. (Normally it works the way that Bloo explained it) I am very sorry for the inconvenience but I hope you all understand. Once registration is back up the community will be notified.
