I went exploring the other day to get familiar with the maps again and had a nostolgic feeling to explore the old maps as well. While I was exploring I noticed something... the new maps are extremely detailed compared to the old ones!

I really love the new snow map design and the fish in the water was just amazing!
So here's a special thank you from me to the artists who worked on the new maps that we get to roam around in today. Very well done! :D

While I do miss the simplicity and nostalgia of the old maps, there is no denying that the new maps are beautiful and very well made. So happy the staff with the help of Lady_Alizarin and LaughingWolf were able to put togther such wonderful maps for us! <3

Wow, seeing the comparisons of both the old and new maps are just stunning! It goes so far to really show how much hard work and effort was put into making them. I'm super grateful for the new maps. <3

While most of us, now "old" users continue to be nostalgic for old maps, I have to admit that the new ones are most definitely an upgrade. Although it would be ideal if some of the old maps were redesigned and not completely removed, new maps such as Kibou Ridge and Eastern Pass definitely add a special spark to the game.
Kibou Ridge is simply a perfect replacement for the old South Pole. Greatly designed and different from other maps. Likewise, the new, redesigned Eastern Pass. There is something about those high maps, in which you can find many interesting things. Like floating rocks and much more.
I hope we will see other types of maps in the future, such as the jungle and the desert.

Aye, taking a gander at the old maps brings a warm feeling to my heart. I have made unforgettable memories in the old FeralHeart but the newer maps that replaced the older ones are incredible and offer so much more in terms of exploration, diversity, and size. I do wish to thank Lady_Alizarin and LaughingWolf for their tremendous effort into the new update. You two, as well as the staff team couldn't of done better. <3

Yup! That's something I noticed right off the bat when I first started exploring the update. The maps felt more alive, definitely giving FeralHeart a more, "feral" feeling rather than barren and deserted. With adding in the more atmospheric maps, it allows more groups to have nice places to stay and RP about. The old maps will always have a special spot in our hearts, because without them, FH wouldn't have these amazing maps today, and more to come in the future.

Well duh, obviously the map-makers and staffers knew we needed more detailed maps for the new update. Of course they would do their best for that, silly <3
But yes, a lot has changed in a good way ^^

It's neat to see pictures of them side by side like this!
I love the old maps, of course, (who doesn't?) but I feel like the new maps have definitely freshened up Feral-Heart a bit. Such wonderful memories.
