Well, I don't know will that work but go in-game to animations -> custom. Click yaw open. Below is something (idk how to name it). Move it on max and click apply. Then click sulk and same thing. I think it will glitch

Tongue glitches are random, I don't believe there's any specific way to actually cause them to happen. I think it may be emote based, but primarily the face glitches often happen to other players, and only other users can see them, not the glitch victims themselves. There was a set of emotes years ago called the derp emotes (I'm assuming those are the emotes you're talking about), which caused your character to pretty much break lol. Other than that, I'm not sure how you can do it to your own character without messing around with the emotes or animations yourself.

Regardless, it's by far my favourite glitch, and I even have some screenies of my own encounters with it in my screenshots thread. c:

As Sigyn has already stated, this glitch cannot be preformed to oneself unless you were to make it an emote. The victim of the glitch cannot see it since it is due to a loading error on the viewer's end.

You can always go into the Emotes.cfg (located in your main FeralHeart folder) and attempt to recreate the glitch as an emote. I would love to see what kind of crazy emotes you could make while editing that. =) Before trying anything however, always be sure to keep a copy of your .cfg in case something gets messed up while editing it.
