Title: What does your Fursona/main character mean to you?
Post by: LordSuragaha on September 28, 2013, 08:19:54 pm
Every individual character that users create is a small part of themself and so I'm interested in hearing all your feedback about your own character(s). Recently I couldn't help but notice that "Fursona" characters or at least certain main characters seem to be becoming more common with users here around the forum and in game, sadly a few of you haven't even written bios for these wonderful characters so my questions are:

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

Keep in mind this is just for fun so we can all familiarize our selves with each others characters and maybe even get other users into creating their own furry, scaley, or feathery animal identity.

My Fursona Willow actually has a very deep meaning to me, as she was my first character I ever made for Roleplay and FH, which FH has helped me with allot of things in my life. Just from the kind people on here ^^

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

My fursona, as a Fursona should be, really is me with some slight tweaks to her. She is always trying to put a smile on people's faces, and to make them laugh, even when she might be put down in return by the person, as am I. My goal in life is to make people smile and laugh, because I love seeing everyone happy and healthty <3 Willow's old background used to be she was only with her mother, as I am an only child with a single mother, but I changed it a bit, thus the tweaks. But her personality, spot on, is practically exactly like mine. ^^

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

Well, I made Willow into a blonde wolf, because I am very blonde. The spots represent the freckles I used to have, which somehow have faded XD The white is because I am deadly pale, like ghostly man. Or I used to be, now I just look like a nice pale? :'D She has bright blue eyes, as do I. People usually comment about how my eyes look ^^ The pink above her eyes, represents how she is girly secretly, like me. Also, because she resembles a red wolf, I would practically be one, since I am very tall and lanky, meaning I'm really, really skinny and look like a twig. I'm awkward with my height. And proud. <3

What or who do your characters represent?

My character represents me completely, as she has had some problems with being teased because of her parents. I go to a catholic school, and yet, the people here aren't really the nicest ^^' they kept teasing me and such for how I only have a mother, and create rumours about me and my parents. Yet, I am always trying to make those hateful people happy. They just seem sad and need something to talk about other then themselves, and I just feel compelled to help them. As is Willow. ^^

Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had? Do they have special abilities or secrets?

Well, despite what I already said, Willow also is quite shy at times, as am I when it comes to being in front of a group of people that are pretty popular, or just in simple terms. Kind of Intimidating ^^' So, Willow, when she confronts a pack or other large groups or animals, she gets kind of shy, and tries to find the right thing to say.

And that's why Willow has been my favorite fluff, because it's like roleplaying myself with these characters I so love on FH ^^

Everyone makes so good topics today...
The characters I did before had some part of me but the "Kate" character is totally me.
I am actually one of those users who never made bio on my character. And I never thought her bio up. I can't imagen her past or who she was/is. Even thought I only use Kate in FH to chat around. But when I think again about the past I don't think there's anything too special in it like my own life. Kate just keeps everyone close and hugs them. ;)
I think Kate has all my personalities in her like: Shy, friendly, easily confused, happy.
But in the same time I can get a bit mean.
As I have always thought your character is part of you.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
I think she is mine creation she is my life ;) She is my twin exept she never gets old ;)

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
No not really.

What or who do your characters represent?
Myself.

Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had? Do they have special abilities or secrets?
Yes it reflects me all the time. She has some secrets that she woun't tell to everyone.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

My main character, Zireal, is actually me, swirled together with my personality. Stubborn, sharp-tongued, shy, and nervous. Basically, only a true friend can lead me out of my shell.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

No, just put what came onto my mind. Switched a few things, though. Zireal is a OCC.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

Myself, yes - my personality, and no. Well, otherwise than fly. xD

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

Yes, a few secrets, and she was wings since again, she is an OCC.

Fabulous Topic. Lets see.....

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
Mocha is mainly me, but is more like how I picture myself than I really am.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Mocha is a wolf because I prefer wolves. But she acts the way she does because that's how I would like to be seen.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
Mocha is a representation of a better me. She seems like a southern bell, until you get her mad. The you run and home her she doesn't have a gun. XD
I'm nice enough, but I can be anti/un social. I have much more of a temper in RL.
So she's a friendlier version of me.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
No, she is very open with her own "secrets".

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
My furasona means me, basically. It's half of my heart, so to say. I love all sorts of animals, but I took one look at a sea turtle in an aquarium and It was obsession at first sight. Oceana Dreamer is myself in the form of something I love, and I love her. Oceana might be a fictional character to some people, but to be honest it's like she's right there swimming beside me everywhere I go.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

I have never seen a turtle in the flesh. But that dream will be coming true this January. Anyway, I seen a picture of a turtle somewhere and it was obsession at first sight. I mean, I've been obsessed with the ocean and it's everything but the sea turtle species just won me over!

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

My character is me, an try-to-be-happy-no-matter-what, loyal and funny with a good attitude to life. But she can still have her moments! ;)

It reflects on my wishes to be able to swim and dive in the ocean freely without a care in the world. Without having to manage anxiety/stress everyday and being able to express it's true personality without the fear of being punished by others.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

She can swim endless in the ocean and and hover a few inches above the ground when on land, but she's in a bubble that has a sea blue tint to it.

Dearest Flobby is both my main charrie and my fursona. She actually has a proper full name; Doctor Caillic Flob xD nice...
To me, little Caiilic, or Flobbeh, is a means of expressing myself. Mostly when I do drawings. I sort of feel like she's a representation of me and stuff I want to be. If anyone's seen her preset or read her bio, you'd probably know she has a Taurus symbol on her left shoulder, which is my star sign. Those little details are what kind of make me and her the same thing....in a way.
The reason a made Caillic a wolf, a European wolf to be specific, is because that's my favourite species. :) But sometimes she's very cat-like, so I like to think she's a bit of a wolf-cat hybrid. xD European wolves aren't usually grey, but the reason I made her that colour is because when I got a picture of a European wolf, I greyscaled it and thought "This is pretty cool actually," so, that's why she's a silvery grey. The eye colour, mane colour and the symbols are again stuff I am and would like to be.
Caillic does sort of represent me, but not completely because they are things about her that I don't have. Like, the Scottish accent; I'm not Scottish xD But her personality is very similar to mine.
As for special abilities, Caillic doesn't really have any. Just an interesting fact would be that she's a druid :D (yay) hence the spiral symbol on her right shoulder.

So yeah, that's Doctor Flob in depth xD

Well I have two fursonas actually. One being Feareh and the other being my TEC character named Baku. They both really do mean a lot to me in many ways.

Feareh
Feareh is more of a representation of me personally. Since he has many characteristics I have in real life. Even the items I put on him are the exact same as mine since I too wear both glasses, a cross silver necklace, and sometimes a chain silver necklace. Feareh and me are both Artist and designers who want to strive in not being looked down on cause we are both different, but have unique skills that should be cherished. To sum this up, Feareh is me in everyway. He is a reflection on me except the whole gender part.

Baku
Baku is more of my style character in general. I am more towards the Goth style wearing black and having a different sort of humor as most do. Baku is just to show my unique side of interest with my passion for skull creatures. Bakus interior is galaxy which is also something my family loves. My dad is a rocket scientist that works with space stuff, with that it got passed down to me with me loving the plants and that's why Baku has shooting stars/milkyway galaxy going through his body.

That's the basic summing on my characters in general really. I love them both sooo much as they are my "baby" characters <33

Hoo, boy, where to start...

While I've had several fursonas in the past, I suppose I'll focus on Linger, since he's by far my most recognized one, and right at the top of my list for my most beloved.

When Linger was first created, he actually was never meant to be more than an idea, and a philosophical sort at that.
It happened one day after a music rehearsal, that I was saying goodbye to a very dear friend of mine, and when I'd given him a hug goodbye (it was going to be a while before I'd see him again), I just felt like I didn't want to go, and I couldn't help lingering there in his arms for some time. As we'd finished out goodbyes, the very last look I gave him, when our eyes met, for some reason the image of these sweet, bright, white, silver and sky blue eyes that looked almost unearthly, yet still kind, crossed my mind.
Just the eyes. .-. It didn't look anything like mine or my friend's, but for some reason the weird little bit of inspiration stuck with me, and that night when I got home, I sought out to at least create what those lovely eyes might look like on some sort of creature, by means of expression of how I felt when I missed those I cared about, and by extension those I wished to continue to care for and love, even when I can't be there.

This said, I knew I wanted the Cub Spot eye markings and Orb eyes for a feline character, and soon the long white mane and gentle spotted markings of Linger followed. At this time, his design was almost entirely complete, though he didn't get his wings until later.
But at that time, around 6 months before anyone ever knew my face on the forum (xD), he was just meant to be some sort of philosophical, physical manifestation of that tender, sincere feeling I have toward those I love.

Later on, though, as my life continued becoming increasingly difficult, and I found myself in many cases being the solid ground for some friends and family alike that had been going through hardships, I'd begun to see myself as a guardian, or at least strived to be so, and so Linger followed in becoming a winged, guardian lion that I idealized myself to be for those who might need it.

Heavy stuff and stuff. xD

And su, that's how Linger came to be. He does in fact reflect my loving, sincere, and dutiful sides above all, though I do find him being the protector or sometimes light-hearted goofball that shows in my other sides as well. He is also very humble, and I suppose you could say when I play on Linger, it's a reminder to me to do my best to be sincere, humble, caring, and all of these qualities that I see in him, too.

Secrets... Hrrmmm... More like fun facts?
- He seldom looks down when on the ground.
- I still have yet to figure out what I want his voice to sound like, exactly.
- The silver band on his tail is removable.
- Linger is actually 318 years old, but his species can live to be over 1200-1500 years old.
- He may occasionally speak a few words in Elizabethan English-- but more likely to close friends. "Thou."
- He once had a "lady friend" named Teem, who was a non-winged lioness. That is literally all I know about her, though.
- In his birth world, he had spent his time as a messenger and guardian of a large bowl city, which was inhabited by many creatures, the most prominent being dragons, gryphons, and some earth-bound creatures as well. This position ended when the large city-state broke out into a cruel civil war, and forced many of its more civilized inhabitants out. He was around a century old, then.
- I don't know what he did, but at one time he screwed up and was made to watch a riverbed dry up for 11 years. He learned some serious patience from this.
- He has mild insomnia, but this is only because I don't like it when he closes his eyes around those who don't have his preset. (It looks weird! XD)
- Either he has a soft spot for cubs, or he's just a cub magnet. It's hard to tell sometimes.
- He has a musical side~ He's most likely to sing, but he's played various, primitive percussion instruments as well.
Uhhhhhh that's all I can think of right now.

Tala:
Tala is my first fursona~ She means a lot to me because she expresses me so much. Tala is my side of my that allows me to just be who I am--WHo I want to be. She represents my feral side, my younger side. My happier self. c: Tala is also just a derp. <3

Talsa:
Talsa is my second fursona. She is my artsy/cultural side. Talsa also represents more of my love for felines, while Tala is my love for canines. c: Talsa helps me realize the curiousity and exploration leads to a better world~

Rave:
At last, but not least, Rave. Rave is my darker ego, my bad side. She is all the hurt and pain I have. She takes it all and smashes it and parties her heart out till there is no more~ But Rave also is my deep side. She knows. She knows it all~

That is all~

My Fursona is CharChar.  He is a boy but I am a girl.  He is a small but fluffy dark blue cat.  He is often on my siggy.

CharChar is a way to put myself into art work because I can't draw people.  I have never roleplayed with him before.  I made CharChar a cat because I always have cats in the house.  My family fosters cats.  I really enjoy being around cats more than around other humans.  I made CharChar blue because it is my favorite color.  The shade of blue isn't really my favorite but I found myself using it in my siggys for art and thought it should be his color too.  CharChar has two sides to him, one side is covered with white speckles while the other just has a red ear tip.  The plain side shows how I act at home.  I don't interact with people much because of my horrible social skills and I don't think they know everything about me.  The speckled side is what my friends would see me as.  I only got two very good friends.  I am different, a nerd and don't care if people stare.  CharChar is just a odd colored cat.  The only thing he can do that is special is that he can read.

My fursona is Duna. She is me. Duna means everything to me. Even though I don't get on as much as a used too, I still love her like she was my own daughter. I protect her, I love her, and I always try to get the best for her. She looks just like I do in the real world, brown eyes, brown hair, and olive skin. She is basicly me in the virtual world. I love to have fun. I can't just sit in one spot doing nothing, without losing my sanity. I always like meeting new people, but I can leave them in an instant. Duna shares everything with me, including my dark side. If enraged, I become the beast that the locals say killed their livestock. If my dark side is exposed, it takes a while to calm down, and if I get in a fight with someone it is a bit hard for me to get back along with them, but I can make new friends at the turn of a head. We both love dinosaurs, and when Duna was a 'cub' she has discovered a Dinosaur bone. I myself have not discovered any bones yet, but I am still young. Both of us don't like wearing glasses, but sometimes we need too V_V But I love my fursona, even in the real world.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

My fursona represents what I consider my online identity. A symbol, I suppose.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

My original fursona was actually a wolf, but later as I got older I began thinking wolves were a bit too popular. I always felt a bit different from everyone else, so naturally I wished for a "different" fursona.

There is more to why and how I made my fursona. For at the time I was playing a lot of world of warcraft, I thought of the concept of a blood elf catform, and then taking this concept to the FH creator, and poof, thats ultimately how I got Eclipse.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

I geuss Eclipse reflects the part of me who is fun-loving, up-beat, postive and energetic. Usually, whenever Im feeling down I can use my fursona as an escape away from reality. Really works to remove stress.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

She does, but depends. If I am using her for a fursona at the time, she is just a normal long-eared kitty. If Im using her for roleplaying purposes or storytelling, she can transform into a dragon thing. >.> Not that its completely over powered or anything. I just like dragons, too.

This is only my 2nd post. And I feel like this will help me open up a bit so...
My character's name is Snowy. She's almost an adult now, but she started out as a puppy. She was made to blend into SouthPole, as she's some kind of Arctic Wolf (I think XD), but now she's usually in Flourite Plains. She's also mute.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
Snowy is my "second-self", basically. When I feel like I need to hit the "Nope" button and go somewhere where nobody really judges me for who I am and what I do, I get on Snowy and de-stress.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Well, I had just gotten into Gray Wolves. I had been exploring around FH, as I was the newest of the new when I got there, and discovered the wonderful SouthPole. So I made a character exclusively for that map. Boy, was I in for a surprise!

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
Snowy mainly represents my de-stressed and unjudged self. She's mute mainly because at that young FH age, I wasn't allowed to chat, but I could RP through body language and emotes. I kept her Mute so she would never be judged or scolded for any words she says. She yaps, barks, smiles, pouts, and all that. But never does she speak a word... I wish I could do that. So I guess she has the ability to disappear from situations she doesn't like, as I want to do occasionally.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
She's terrified of going Home (SouthPole). Her adoptive mother took care of her there, and that's where she lost her. She also is afraid to leave Flourite Plains while hanging out with someone for fear she's going to loose them, too. (Those are her secrets.)
Her special ability is to listen, act, and forgive. She can listen to someone say something like, "I ran away from Mom and Dad today... I don't like that Pack anymore. Can you help me find a new Pack?" And she will. She won't blame the person for running off, or not liking the pack. She's not judgemental like that.
So that's Snowy c: If you ever feel like meeting her, she seems to spend a lot of time around Warriors Clans or sitting on the outskirts of a Pack watching them.

Aaah. That's a good question.

Heulog meant a lot of things to me. The thing is, she was different, often called weird, lunatic. Just like me.
People hated her for that, just like people hate me for not being the regular I-wear-makeup-and-I'm-always-on-my-cellphone girls. She also doesn't believe in superior forces, but used to. An year of pain made her doubt.

Enaid is a strong-headed cat and is willing to help others. The thing is, he doesn't know how and often messes up, ending up hurting the ones he loves. After years, he stopped crying so much, seeming heartless, loveless. That's one part of me that I'm not quite proud of, as I seem like I don't care about my relatives dying.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
Gee... I don't really consider the Alizarin vixen as my fursona, really. But I guess I can somewhat call her my fursona since she was the first character I made here on FH. I rarely play on her.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
I chose Alizarin to be a fox for a few reasons. I have always felt that my fursona would be a fox. Foxes are solitary, and can do well being independant and on their own... which is what I'm like. I'm so used to solitude and being a do-it-yourselfer. Of course, there are times when I will go out and be part of a social group, but it's rare. She is also a fox because I prefer foxes for the fact that they are both predator and prey, an animal that isn't at the top of the food chain. Even though she can be a feirce predator, she is still vulnerable... just like me.
Alizarin also has alot of makeup on her face (like her purple eyeshadow) because she thinks it will make her look pretty. This has to do with her sense of insecurity. Being called ugly throughout most of my life, I would get a great feeling of insecurity and often times cover my face in makeup (I look back on those old pictures of me wearing makeup and think I look silly :P), so that's one reason I added the makeup.
She is a deep shade of crimson because I think the color makes her look classy. The fur color and traditional fox markings represents my way of dressing. I like to wear something that is nice and has taste. I don't like to wear anything that other people would think is vulgar and classless. I won't go around parading in a style Miley Cyrus would wear. Yuck!

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
Alizarin kinda does reflect me in a few ways. She represents a classy and independant kind of personality. She can be happy being alone or with close friends. She can survive with or without a significant other. She will also do things on her own, unless she knows she can't do it on her own. If she can't do something on her own, she will ask for help. She also doesn't like to draw too much attention to herself. I never liked drawing attention to myself in reality. She tries her best not to bother others or come off as an unwelcome nuisance. Whenever she joins a circle of friends to hang out with, she hesitates to go up and join their cuddle pile. If she seems distant from the rest it's because she's unsure if they want her around. So she's more comfortable for waiting for an invitation and permission. That's how I am in real life, unsure if anyone wants me around in their circle of chit-chat and mingling. Often times when I would want to join in on something like a conversation or a fun group activity, I've often times been told to go away or, "We don't want you here. Get lost!". It wasn't uncommon for me to be left out.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
Not really. She may have alizarin crimson fur, but she's just an ordinary fox.

Some of my other characters have my different personalities. Since I kinda have split personalities, I put them in my different characters in this game. Amalthea the unicorn fox represents my shy and elusive self. Kojak the bobcat represents my lazy laid-back couch potato self. Pharaohstar represents my reasonable self, and Kopper fox represents my quirkyness.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
Well.  I guessmine (Bullet, Nitro and Chear) mean alot to me, considering it took me a few hours to make them and come up with their back stories and what not.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Bullet= Bullet's the way he is. Insane, ect. Due to the fact that he was a patient from the mental asylum. His human for was very much insane. When he got executed.
Nitro = One of my first Characters on FH. He was more of a random character and I had no idea what to do with him. Untill I turned him mentally insane.
Chear= Ah. This was a robot kitty. The way he looks is because the green bits are the machiney bits that glow from the inside of his artificial skin. He's sweet and polite and loves to snuggled.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

Bullet = He represents the insane little shadow that lurks inside my head really. No, i'm not insane. It's more like the deamons in my head that over  power me. Nitro's kinda the same. But living.
Chear on the other hand. He represents all my goodness. Even though he's not perfect. He has a little kinks here and there. Break downs, melt downs. He kinda represent me. (Wow that made me cry a little ;w;)

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
Ahh. Bullets a kreptis. So, he's dead. He doesn't really have powers. But he's a bull thing. The drools mango coloured drool. (Note: Doesn't tast like it)

Nitro...Not really. He has a secreat that you'll probably find out in the new Role play Decaying Delusion

Chear. He's a robot kitty with glowing markings~ Eh..He kinda has a secreat. You can read his bio in game or on here if you wanna find out what it is,

She was my FIRST ever WC charrie, and I used her a LOT, hanging out and rolep lay, lots of exciting stuff happened to, kicking bad guy butt (RidgeClan . . . heheheheh, pwnage), ect. But it was not a happy ending for this girl, she died (NOt saying how, because the cause of this is from SwiftPelt's enemy, go into that soon) and went to StarClan, then came back to the living (Didn't want to stop using her X])
And became a Medicine Cat Apprentice, and in THIS Clan, it was O.K. to have a mate if you were the Medicine Cat.

SwiftPelt
Then SHE came along, and I used her, a lot like RunningTail, And, like her, she started as an apprentice, and moved up the ranks, in WolfClan, fell in love with a warrior from a neighboring clan, Hung out with mai buddies, ect.
But life was NOT cake for her, either, and not by choice did her life get harder.
IceGaze's(The forbidden love of her, a handsome warrior :) )
Sister, found them on the border, and told her leader, HawkStar.
Now, Me andHawkStar were GREAT friends both on swifty and Running, But I think he thought I had pulled the wool over his eyes, and I had a good friend in that clan besides him to, a little she-cat named, WhitePAw, she later helped me when she could, always had healing paws she did,
She helped me and him through it all, so I guess, she DID have a happy ending, after all.

Can't remember the third one, but th-th-th-th-thats ALL Folks! :D Hope you liked them!  I am now going to USE them again xD!

Well, My main character is Comando. Shes my baby and I love her so much >.< So many other people love her and that makes me feel happies inside ;3;

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

-Huge sigh-
What comando means to me? Well.... Shes everything to me. Shes like my second bad -Bleep- self xD Shes my child, Shes just so perfect in every way. Im happy with her preset, Im happy with her personality, Im happy with everything, Her size, her shape, Her form and her amazing friends -smooshesBaku-

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

Hmm, Well she has to be her species. Shes in the smexicans group TEC >;D
Why I made her look who she is? Well, Its basically who I am. Her skull represents my near death experiences and how I am so into Sin's and stuff like that. Her Sexy slendie? Well... xD Thats just because I have an obsession over slenderman. Her clours? Well, Before I dimmed the blue it matched my eye colour. Her personality is like mine, Stubbon, Stuck up and most of the time bubbly and adorable.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

Hmm..... Tough one.... She kind of does show me in her. Im small, Adorable (People say that), Sweet in some way and a very good friend. Her temper can get pretty bad, Same with her stubbornness. I would say, There is no puppet or puppet master in Mine and Comando's bond. Were the same person. She does something I do something. I get a bad temper she does. Shes like my twin sister. The things I wish I had, Well. Just to be in her frame. Being a Kreptis, Being Comando... Thats what I wish I had.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

Ha Ha, Yus! The bubble of power!

Nah, Shes just a- Wait, She has the power of Trains. Same with Baku-Butt <333 Choo choo!

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
My fursona is a part of me, but I'm not my fursona. Abomine is both my mouthpiece and my mask.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Abomine actually used to be a hobgoblin/cheetah hybrid, and his name was Jekyll. He wasn't even my 'sona' back then, but an rp character that I couldn't find an rp for. He still had his antlers, black-and-gray-and-green color scheme, and jack'o'lantern face as part of his 'hobgoblin' look, but he had the markings, body, and tail of a cheetah. I started to use him more and more for just in-game chat, and eventually came to see him as an avatar for myself. Then I realized that a cheetah wasn't very fitting for my personality, and that something like a deer would be more appropriate (I also prefer deer to cheetahs). I also made him genderless, because he didn't look like either a male or a female in my eyes.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
My 'sona is a deer because, like me, deer are shy and will sooner run than fight. However, like all animals will when backed against a wall, deer will fight just as bravely and powerfully as any wolf or lion (why else do you think it takes a pack of six or seven wolves to take down one deer?). It takes a lot to get me to that point, though. Abomine is also a hobgoblin (the strange color scheme, green eyes, and pumpkin face) because, like me, she finds kinship in things that others may find strange or grotesque.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
Abomine, despite being part hobgoblin, doesn't have any cool/badass superpowers to speak of. However, when she's frightened and trying to scare away whatever it is that is frightening her, her sclera (the "whites" of her eyes) and the inside of her mouth, which are usually pitch-black, will glow an eerie shade of green and she'll start to drool that same color. It usually works.

That's all I can think of right now.

Story time~!

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
I guess my fursona and I sort of share a soul.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Well the name Sky came pretty easy and was accepted in the chat box on a different game. When it came to markings and such I didn't worry too much until I transferred over to FH. From there, I just went with what I liked...nothing special. I've been a bit jealous of other people's characters and really admire their items and markings.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
My fursona is me, and I am my fursona. We're just separated by the reality that I'm a human and my fursona is a wolf. I wish I could truly be my fursona, though. Not a human/wolf hybrid but an actual wolf.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
Not really. I like to keep it realistic and believable, not a red wolf with supernatural powers or hidden secrets. The necklace thing is pretty much band merch.

Its in my name! TBS, Thunderboltsiren is really me. She is the sister to Joker. Let me give you an thingy.

Thunderboltsiren (TBS) Is like me in real-life, The scar on her left eyes represets the scar that as been left my something bad in my past. She acts, Loves and sounds like me, Being that she is me, And i use her everywhere i use her in my FH now. SO people can now see what my o.c looks like! Being that im training to be an pilot, I gave her an marking under her necklace with an F-18 carved on it.

Joker (Garion my brother) Means so much to me, He is an marine and deployed, So when people see Joker they think "On an Mass Effect player? HA" Well... Joker is more than an a charecter to me... He is just like my brother, Funny, Sweet, Caring and scarcastic..  So while he's away and i use him, And RP with him, I aways act like him.... SO i know hes there. (I wear an dogtag thats says "My brother is an Marine every day)

So when i use these... I use spirts and heart of real people......

Ummm... not sure.  The first picture I made of CharChar was around when I joined Chickensmoothie.  At the time he was just a cute looking light blue cat.  Over time he really changed.

I don't really have a real "fursona" to speak of, however three of my main characters, if you put them together could probably depict certain aspects of my personality quite accurately.

Candela, for starters is known by most of my friends for being, well, aggressive. (Note: I said "aggressive" and not "evil." If you find yourself questioning the difference between the two I suggest you do some research and refrain from commenting) Now while I starkly contrast with her abusiveness toward youth and others, in order to be honest I must say I do relate in terms of her lack of empathy with some types of people and her aggression. I don't take pity for people who do not work for what they want and I'd just as gladly declare it to the world. So long as I am not restricted by a group's rules, I speak my mind and often what I have to say is blunt and delivered without the layer of sugar that so many others seem to enjoy giving. Yes, there is a fine between being polite and being rude, but there is also a line between and being "gentle" with a lie and giving the full truth, even when its brutal. This can be both a good and bad thing and sometimes I run my mouth in the wrong way or end up sounding like a total hypocrite (as does Candela). On top of that, Candela is a border collie crossed with a species I made up, called a time canid. As the name suggests, she has some manipulation over time and space. This kind of traces back to my fascination with time. Though I'm not particularly interested in the gritty details of history itself, I love seeing present-day locations/people and then viewing photos of what it used to look like years and years ago, particularly if I am familiar with that place or person. I also love clocks and hour glasses. I wear a small hour glass necklace.

Lazuli/Terra/Traveler: Better known as just "Lazuli" She shares some of the more sensitive ends of my personality, and she is often bent into "toughening up" by breaking her down first. That is to say, if I go as far as I can stand something, I will do better next time. I am also a bit of a realist and pessimist like Lazuli, observing but not necessarily worrying about the worst that could happen. And despite these sensitivities, Lazuli is surprisingly street smart which, I am a little bit, if only to a point. She is also the one of the three that has most issues with social environments. She's not overbearing, and she's not shy either. There's just something about her personality that tends to create friction with most other characters and I have seen that about myself in RL with other people. And by friction, I dont mean conflict necessarily. Its just sort of a "not friends but not enemies" situation. I'm just kinda "there" to some people, while I get along great with others. And all of that is perfectly fine by me.

And lastly May. May ended up representing part of my personality by mistake. By that I mean, I've had others tell me that when I try to describe her, they end up concluding some of the things she has done or would do, sound a little like me. When I made May, I did not have this intention. May originally (for all of about five minutes) began as a green haired ocelot with the same tawny pelt she does now, and I ended up changing her into a guardian wolf before I actually RP as her for the first time. Her entire personality revolved around my perceptions of a definition of a single word. That word was "bravery." It annoys me to no end that SO many people confuse "fearlessness" with bravery. Bravery involves FACING fears, not that you don't have fears as would be the case for someone who is "fearless" and being "fearless" in my opinion can be synonymous with "foolish" in some respects. Because lets face it, a lot of the time if you have NO fear of something when you probably should, its probably out of pride, arrogance, or ignorance.

While I admit I'm not half as self-sacrificing as my fictional counterpart, I can see the similarity in terms of the boldness. There's very few things I fear very much at all and if I do, its for a reason. Even so, if I'm required to confront it, odds are, I will. May also tends to give random acts of kindness, even when she knows it wont be reciprocated, which I've always tried to do, sometimes more successfully than other times. I don't share in her frequent self-blame, however.

So if its possible to cram these three into one, you might find a good chunk of my personality floating around in there, with some parts not quite fitting into others. Its difficult to explain. x_x.

Either way I've had all three of them at least a couple to a few years.

One of my most often played characters you'll see is Klaus. If you haven't read my bio, you should because he's just about *cough* exactly what I look like. Personality-wise, not so much. My favorite character, I must say, is Dolphus or Torizon. I love Dolphus because he is just so positive and loyal towards the pack he's in, A.     A-c-c-e-s-s-D-e-n-i-e-d. Plus, he looks awesome. Just about my best looking character without MM3 on. Since I can't post a pic, he is a medium-dark brown wolf. His striped hyena markings are the same color as his pelt, giving a unique appeal. Then there's Torizon. I made a (failing) pack called Krintleb, and he's the Alpha(meh!). He is a black wolf with the opposite personality as you may judge. He is very wise and loyal, though will unleash his fury if necessary. Both Dolphus and Torizon share those unusual traits.

My fursona would have to be Dr. Twisted... and she's pretty much my personality wrapped up in a morbid little cat body.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
My fursona is like a little incarnate of me. I get attached to her, and I'm constantly changing her to fit my changing life.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
Well, as for her species, I've always thought that I was somewhat cat-like. Cold and shy on the outside, but a funny, laid-back companion once they open up to you. I also admired their cunning and intelligence. As for appearance, I based her off of myself. Long, light brown hair (fur in her case), with hazel eyes that can barely see 5 feet infront of her face.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
My "main characters" all reflect an attribute of my personality, or what I want to be more like (ei: Akull- my laziness, Codon - my shyness, Zucca- my dark, twisted humor), but Twist is pretty much the whole of who I am. Nerdy, quiet and a morbid pessimist who's sense of humor can seriously scare people. To add to this, her mental instability is also based off of several conditions that I have myself. Of course, I'm not completely insane like she is, but we've got a few social problems in common.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
Well, as for secrets, her backstory with the lab and the experiments.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?

Well, I've had many fursonas, ranging from felines to canines to raccoons, until I finally settled on a maned wolf. She means a lot to me, and basically represents me online. I'm attached to her and she's all I'll ever draw besides my friends characters and a few art requests.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

I picked a maned wolf because they have long legs and are thin, like me, except I'm not really tall. Maned wolves are endangered and are a rather unique species, as they are not wolves at all. Instead, they are related to wolves, foxes, and the such, but are their own little thing. They're omnivorous as well, and, like them, I love to eat a variety of fruit, meat, and the list goes on and on.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?

She represents me, but isn't as shy as I am. Instead, she's a bit more outgoing, and doesn't let people push her or her friends around. Melena can be slightly aggressive and doesn't want anything to get in her way. She's the type that when she wants to meet a goal, she'll do anything to reach it.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

Mm, not really.

What Does Your Fursona Mean To You?
My fursona is my life. Sietara has become very well stitched into my being cause she is the darker half of me I never liked to show. The part of me that had all of my negative and sad emotions. Yet she is able to hide them by just being silent, and keeping everyone at arms length of her.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
I made her a wolf demon to add a bit of spice to her. I had never had a demon character before, and I wanted to make a demon for once. Then with her attitude I didn't really create it much until I was having a really horrid day. Then I somehow became connected to her cause of my negativity, and boom she was made to be how she is.

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
My character does reflect the part of me I tend to hide form the world, and don't want others to know about. Though form time to time I have issues hiding my emotions. So i wish at times I was good at hiding them as she is. I mean she could be lonely and you would never know cause she wouldn't let you know her.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?
My character does have her own abilities.
~Turns into a shadow
~Controls blue demon fire
~Can fly
~Vanishing wings
~Can make her fangs longer

For now that seems to be all I can think of when it comes to things she can do.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
My fursona is certain reflection of me, my shadow. She means alot to me as I really like to draw her.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?

Of course! I wanted my fursona to be telling the real life story, someting based off real life. She acts as me and I picked my own wolf species I created for my comic Iam writing. She has same blue eyes I have and since I love black colour I made her black and white :3

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
Of course again :D My characters ussualy represent my friends from real life! Like Diablo who represents my real life dog. Or my character Madra! Madra represents my good friend from school.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?

Yes but Its just normal trait, no magical powers :D My fursona has great sight and great stamina. She is lazy and opportunistic.

What do your Fursonas mean to you?
My main Fursona is Fizzy Sherbert. She is very important to me, as she is a representation of me in animal form. She is also my gateway to many animal related fandoms, and is commonly my internet avatar.

Is there a special story behind why you picked a particular species or why you made your character look or act a certain way?
I picked Fizzy to be a husky, because they are strong, energetic dogs. I am not a very fast runner, but I am sorta strong. Having her be those things allows me to escape not having such abilities. I picked her to have wings, because I thought it would be a cute addition, also allowing her energetic excited personality to soar, literally. The rainbows on her arms/forelegs symbolize my artistic side, and her creative imagination. She also has small bubble markings that represent her love of soda, which I share that trait, and it's the origin of her name.

Fizzy: Soda
Sherbert: Icecream and the rainbows on her arms/forelegs

What or who do your characters represent? Does your character reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
My character represents me, and she does reflect me. She is quite creative, and smart, with hints of sarcasm. Although, unlike me, she has a very optimistic outlook on life. Whilst I do not. She generally is energetic and excited, which is hard for me to act out in real life, but on computer screen, it's much easier to stay in character. As I said before, she is a fast runner, and strong, which I am not, sadly. So I guess Fizzy is pretty much a better version of me.

Does your character have special abilities or secrets?/
She has no magical properties, but she can fly with her wings. She doesn't have any secrets, and because she is a fairly recent form of an older-sona, I haven't gotten the chance to RP her yet, so her character is not fully developed.

The charactor I am on the most is named Scone. She has become quite popular and has taken on a life and personaliy of her own. One I was never expecting. She was originaly made during a time of bordom. She was made as a joke to Hetalia, her bio reading "England burnt me" (any hetalia fans out there?). She soon me up with a few others who le her join their brand new pack "Exreme weirdos" back the there was only a few of up, now there is around 80 members! On her I have made a lot of friends. While I'm very mature, shy and care a lot what people think of me, she took on the personality of the clown. She made me act silly and out there, she let me get to know many people. While she may seem annoying at times (even to me) she's very friendly and most people start to like her once they get over the initial raction of her randomness xD. Like all my OCs they all gain their own personality. Scone has turned into a very fun OC that brings a smile to many people's faces. Unlike all the other OCs out there she's got a long bio and is very happy, making friends with everyone instantly. Her bio is silly, saying she was a scone baked by a wizzard who she then ate to gain her freedom, this includes giveing her and "evolved' form and some simple powers, like regrowing non-vital body parts, "evolveing" when eaten and other things. Scone has 100% become one of my my favorite OCs. Many people find her to be a breath of fresh air after all the sad/depressed OCs out there lacking a bio/back story.

What does Lobster mean to you?
- Lobster means alot to me, hes kinda like an imaginary friend in a way.

Is there a special story behind why you picked Lobster's particular species or why you made Lobster look or act a certain way?
- I made Lobster look like Tobi, well something like Tobi from Naruto, taking his face and placing it on Lobsters. Lobster acts somewhat like Tobi, but just a tad more chill.

What or who does Lobster represent? Does Lobster  reflect you in any way? Or things you wish you had or could do?
- Lobster represents Tobi from Naruto.

Does Lobster have special abilities or secrets?

eeeh, he does have a few secrets and has the abilities to be very quick and persuasive and normally causes trouble.

My fursona Tea has led back to when I was 4, when I first had tea. I was inspired by the colors and me watching TV shows to make Tea. I have always cherished Tea ever since I created her.
