M E G A T H R E A D
A N A C L E D I P T U S I N F E S T A T I O N
Ahoy there, person! I'm Cled and I like to scribble things on that other thing and produce some form of form!
I'm a self taught artist who has mainly adapted to the digital platform, I still do traditional works but I'm just too lazy to document them, ehe. I originally had an art thread in FH from last year but the entire thing disappeared so I thought it's better if I left it and make a new one in a more appropriate place.
I do this more of a hobby so most the things I do here I don't take seriously and are usually a labor of laziness. There's no one fixed theme to my art too? One time it's cartoony and fluffy, the other it's cryptic science fiction. These drawings can be as recent as a few weeks or as old as a year.
Anyways, I present to you, the monster I have created.
Be prepared for a lot of images bois
S C I - F I T H I N G SContains a lotta that neat clunky things like mechs and hardsuits, I'm a big nerd I know.
S P O O P E EThe unsettling things, while not exactly intended. ooOOOooo~
D U D E S !Some sort of challenge of mine where I draw at least six unique characters with at least one theme, it's been dormant, ehe
G I F SThey move!! How fun (yeah, I don't do a lot)
The same art and a bit more on DA:

THE ENGINE OF ARMAGEDDON IS STILL CHURNING

;OOO; I LOVE the way you design things, and the textures you make with the simplicity of brush strokes and lines.
I'm not sure if I'm right, but I do feel a slight Star Wars sensation when I look at your designs -- pretty sure I'm on the wrong boat though.
Keep up the gorgeous workk!

dussfggvdbkkcx THANKS SCALLY, I keep things simple and only use at most five different brushes and flat color.
I can see what you mean by the Star Wars vibes and I can admit that they do have the same motifs, not too clunky but not too smooth. It's especially apparent on my aero/spacecrafts.
The main inspiration to my science fiction style comes from several sources, mainly being Ghost in The Shell, Akira, and Mass Effect but with the conceptual idea of Warhammer 40k, Frank Herbert's Dune, and George Orwell's 1984. I guess Star Wars joined the bunch because I used to be such a die hard nerd until I gave up with its inconsistent continuity, lol

Oh I do believe I've heard about Ghost in the Shell, and I definitely know Mass Effect. Not too sure on Warhammer 40k and Frank Herbert's Dune, but I'll have to look into it to see where your inspirations have come from!
I look forward to seeing more of your gorgeous artwork. <33

I like the touch of detail you put into the vehicles and characters. That -in my opinion- takes dedication.
Nice work :)(+floof)

Ooh my, I love all of this. Your style is absolutely amazing to look at.
I love your sci-fi drawings as there are a ton of intricate details included in the mechanisms and whatnot, and those spoopy drawings of yours are something I adore! Keep it up!

It's so cool. :3
But I need to say, that your profile picture and those creatures scare me. :c
-
Hey floofles! I appreciate the positive feedbacks very much, it's nice when your secondary talent gets people's attention (hehe)
ELLEN, you're still using that old profile picture I drew for you? Wowee!
And Deana, I GUESS I'M DOING SOMETHING RIGHT, I'm never a fan of horror but I like drawing spoopy stuff so call it irony or a guilty pleasure.

These are amazing, I'm honestly speechless!
There's so much variety. The Sci-fi works are so detailed, and the 'spoopee' section really does give off creepy vibes.
The 'dudes' are really awesome! All of the different designs are so unique, I love it. The GIF's are spectacular. Can't wait to see more updates from you
