Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.

1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Hope this helped. If anyone has any more tips to add, tell me and I'll add them.

I Cant Seem to Get It To Work! I Typed in My Password and Username Correctly...
I Have Made Sure my Firewall isnt Blocking it Out and I Passed It Through the Firewall.
I Play Alot of Multiplayer Games with Internet, But This Isnt Working...

The only issue that my friend is having is the validation email. His yahoo email had been deactivated, so he had to reactivate it...however, the email sent before it had a chance to be reactivated. The email is [email protected] : Screen name - Radio.Active

He can't get onto the forums, hence why I'm posting. <3

I can log on here yet when I try to go on the game it doesn't work. I triple checked that everything was typed out fine and that I didn't misspell a single thing. At first I thought it was my password so I changed it but it still will not let me in.

And for those who need help, these are the only things I know of. I have no idea why anything isn't working fine if you've tried all of the above. If you just changed your password, that isn't enough. You need a new account. If that doesn't help, please post in the help section stating you've read this so people don't hand you this link again. Thanks.

I had the same issue i changed my password a few more times more then once and it fixed it. when my sister had the issue she just made another account

Try before you login going to forum and logging in from there instead of using the login page at the top

Ok Im trying to play Feral hearts, but everytime I try to login on the game, it won't let me. It says incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts caused 15 minute ban)

what is the problem here? Ive made sure I have everything right, even changed the password. What is going on?

Im able to login on the forum and stuff, just not on the game.

Another tip to add -

Check the site to make sure the servers are online or offline, for updates, or if the game is down.

I tried it all... Even this and it didn't work! I think I just have a really old horrible computer or something. It is some really old Dell computer I got from my cousin since he was getting a new one anyway. But as crappy as it is It hasn't ever had problems with logging in and loading stuff. It even works for some really laggy game my brother plays called wizard101 or something... D: I even asked my dad who's job is to fix problems for people and websites and he is stumped to!

Well, since FH is a rather complexct game, it does need a younger computer, but I'm supprised thats being effected by your logging in situation.

My game won't let me login in-game. I know I'm using the correct password and user on the website but it just won't let me login in-game. I tried deleting my account, checking the caps lock, and the number thing but it still won't work.

Make sure you are using your username for ingame. Do not use your forum name, Kathryn Smith, because if that isn't your username, it wont work. Say if your username was wolflover555, and your forum name was Kathryn Smith, you have to use wolflover555.

All I can say is to try to delete that account, which I understand you already did, but make a new account using a different email adress. I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a try if you have nothing else to do.

Only use a-z letters. No numbers or any other symbols. No capitals either.

Hey dere, Jazz. ^^ A suggestion for this thread: maybe you should add that you CAN change your in-game password, but only by clicking on "user details" in the golden box at the top of the site, where you can login and check your pms and stuff. :3

hai^^ thx for the help, but when i log in, it always worked until my sister keeped unplugging the internet cable and now when i sign in it says: cannot connect to the front server' but i put back the internet cable and i tried again it diddnt work so i shut down the computer and tried again, but it diddnt work! :'( it now keeps repeating 'cannot connect to front server'... D': PLEASE HELP :((((

Don't worry, if it does it, press the 'x' button. And then re-open FH, it should work. :3

Actually, we tell users to not worry about that box. It's really there for nothing and often glitches. If you're logged in at the forum, all you have to do is click 'Profile' and then 'Account Related Settings'. You can change your password there. That would really only be if you wanted to change it, not really for logging in. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Mm... but for changing your in-game password, that's the only way to do it, right? Before, I tried doing it by going to profile, account settings, etc., and that only changed my forum password. >> I had to use the user details thing in the gold box to change my actual in-game password, and the other way to change the forum one. But oh well lol. o_o I don't wanna confuse anyone.

i JUST downloaded probably 10 minuites ago and first time ever trying to log in it said my username and password are invalid. i verified my account in my email and am logged on on this page so i dont know what to do. there are no numbers/ uppercase letters or other what not in my name. will also be posting on the help page and hopefully will get some help. any advise?

Well, the same thing happened to me too. It won't let me log in on the game >w> HEEELP! I quadruple-checked that everything was right. Is there anything you're supposed to do after you activate your account, besides logging in to the webbie? It would help a LOT.

Okay, so the first thing I clicked on when my computer booted up was the FeralHeart shortcut to go to it.
It loaded up normally, and then I went to login.
I punched in my user and password the same way I do everytime.
BUT IT WONT ACCSEPT MY LOGIN REQUEST!
It just says "Connecting to front server" but then it says "Failed to connect to front server"
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? :'( >:(

The server is offline till the 31st, thats why. READTHEBIGLETTERSATTHETOP.

This is probably because of the number of people playing, if there is too many, the server will play up.

I tried to log in and it simply wont let me. I have constantly checked my password and my username. But I got them right.. and it will start to let me in, but then say Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts will lead in a 15min ban).. Both of you try type your passwords/usernames over and over again in a word document, and make sure everything is correct.

I made an account earlier, and obviously everything on the SITE responds when I use my password and username. However, when I tried logging into the game, nothing worked. I tried a lot, and it never locked me out. I read a whole bunch of 'help' options, including 'before you ask for help.' I tried resetting my password, but that didn't work either.

So, I thought I'd try to create a new account, as that seemed to be my last option. However, when I entered my email, it said, "Email already in use." Now, that's understandable, but that's the ONLY email I have! I can't enter anything else! What should I do?

And what should I do if even creating a new account doesn't work?

Also, now I'm trying to log in using the box at the top-right corner of the page, but it's not showing my avatar there... It always says, "Hello, Shizuku Hama" where the Forum Login or whatever would be, but not up there (when it did earlier today).

I also read how to allow FeralHeart past my Firewall, and when I didn't see the program there, I thought that was it. So I allowed it, but that didn't work. Then, I tried a new password, but that didn't work...

Finally, I looked at the members...and the numbers are pretty high - ranging from the 700s to 800s. Perhaps that's why? At what number does the server clear enough to let people back on?

In addition to what's already said on this here

users with long usernames will not be able to log into the game. keep usernames and passwords short and avoid symbols and spaces. quite frankly this entire post needs to be edited with this information

My friend's problem is different though o.o . Her username is ItalyJaguar and it wasn't that long ago that she just registered and what not. Yesterday she tried to log into the game and it kept saying "Incorrect Username or Password (5 failed attempts causes a 15min ban)" She checked and rechecked constantly at her username and password, plus capslock. She even tried logging onto the site and it wont allow her to. Any suggestions, because registration is closed so of course she can't make a new account. :(

ok heres my problem...i (try to) log in with my username.it has 2 spaces in it and i enter my password.the window pops up saying "connecting to server" then it says "request sent" then a second (not even half a second actually) after that it says "incorrect username or password" it also says that i have 5 more times to log in incorrectly for a 15 minute ban.i tried to log in like 15 times but i still don't have a 15 minute ban......offerng any help tips?

I think you'll find that your username is too long, and I'd avoid putting spaces in them as well. Unfortunately, there is no option to change your game username, so I'd suggest creating another one when the registration is open.

okay so... i can't make a new account because i only have one email, i can't use my parents' because they dont want me sending my stuff to their email.... and it says email taken when i try to do it..

So, none of these are my problems, I know it for a fact. But anyhow, I just made my account, and when I try to log into the game it says i'm banned for 6 months, and I try over and over. Remember I JUST created my account.

I've got the same problem right now. Used both of my email accounts to make a account here so I'm now out of options to use for registration. I think what would really help is if a mod could somehow make it so we could change our usernames since the majority of us have the issues of them being too long for the games login to recognize. I really don't want to make another email account just for this, and I believe for every person having this issue, creating a new account will only make the database that much larger and bogged down over time. Anyways, I'll keep checking back to this post to see if there are any updates. I would much like to play the game with all of you nice people. n_n

Alright, sorry to be a burden but I am posting this for a friend.

She recently got a new laptop, and installed feral heart. She made her account, and installed feral heart to play with me. Well, whenever she logs in {On my laptop or hers} we get a message saying she has been banned for however long. Usually it's like 12 months, 7 days, 14 hours, and 23 minutes or something crazy like that. I told her to re-install feral heart and make sure to delete all the folders and clear the recycle bin. We have done this several times. Still, the message happens. She tried to log in on my account to see if it was the account or computer, and my account was banned as well. I can log in though, apparently it was on her laptop only. I don't know what else she should do, because she is not buying another laptop. Any suggestions? This happened to me (the game logs in fine with this username and whatever my password was, i left for a while, came back, forgot my password, so i reset it, but the game says it's wrong, and i know it's right, and now i can't log in).

It seems like it's a kind of widespread problem, especially with registration closed. Does anyone actually intend to fix it or know of a way to match-up your in-game password to your forum password?

I don't want to delete this account and have to wait for registration to open. Currently im just trying to guess it.

I'll be locking this thread because far to many people are using this as a seek help thread when it's an informative thread not a support thread.

If you encounter issues with registration or accounts you need to either make a help thread in the Help Board on this site or private message one of the staff about it.

For those of you having trouble keep in mind that you need to activate your accounts shortly after creating them or they will NOT work. You must activate your account while registration is open via the activation link sent to your emails.
