How To Report In-Game users
This thread provides all the basic information you need to know about reporting here in Feral-Heart. Please take note of the information below if you need to report a user or just want to find out how to do so.

So how does reporting work?
Whenever a user breaks any of the game rules we have inside of the game(such as use of foul language, inappropriate or extremely rude behavior etc), you as a player can contact staff here on the site and bring a certain situation in-game to our attention. Depending on the severity of the case and the proof provided in a report, a mod or admin may later on take action towards the reported user if seen needed (Such as a warning or restriction from playing the game). Reports in general are a really good way to help us keeping the game clean and a more enjoyable place for most, and if done correctly you're very likely to help the staff dealing with problematic users faster. Your help makes a difference!

How should a report be made?
A report should be sent over PM (private message) here on the forum to either a Moderator, Global Moderator or an Administrator. The report should include information about "who" that's being reported and "why", inside of the message you should most importantly include screenshots from within the game showing said rule-break you're reporting along with additional information that might be needed. Reports including only text will of course be read, but usually no direct actions can or will be taken on only text based reports, hence the importance of always including screenshot proof alongside your report.

How To Report A User

(Make sure it includes username in the chat and/or name tags when needed, look here for what's valid and what's not)

(Locate the screenshot files and ensure even someone who wasn't there could understand the rule break by looking at the screens)

(Upload the report screenshots to a site like tinypic.com, imgur.com or photobucket.com)

(Go to the staff page and choose either a Moderator or Global Moderator to send your report to.)

(Explain who you're reporting, why, and include any other details that might be of help)

(You've now filed a report that the staff will be able to look over, good job!)

**Please do NOT send your report to any other Feral-Heart Related Sites. Your Reports should be sent on the Official Feral-Heart Website ONLY. Thank you.**

Examples
A valid report must be the original screenshot, not a cropped/edited screenshot.
The Images below are example use only.

In the left image above, you will notice that the Rule Breaker's Username and "Offense" are clearly visible in the Chat Box. You will also notice that the Rule Breaker's Username is clearly visible on their Name Tag in the image on the right.

Another valid report could just include the Chat Box, as long as the Username is visible in the screenshot. In this case, it is expected that you either show both Character Name, and Username, or just the Username.

However, if the offence is NOT chat related (such as an inappropriate butt swinging incident) then the Rule Breaker(s) and their Name Tag(s) must both be visible and clear for us to see.

Thank you for reading and helping keeping Feral-Heart a more friendly and clean game.
