Legend of Jade tears
Once upon a time long after humans have become endangered after a careless act dogs had began to rule the land. These large masses of dogs split. One of the groups had ventured into the salty seas and emerged forth from the waters onto a large island not far off the shores of Asia. These dogs were later to be known as the Danketsus, the 'United'.
This pack never argued, they shared everything peacefully. There were three heirs, all of which were favored by their parents. What would soon happen was the differences in ideas as they grew. One believed that strength should be everything the pack should focus on, this grey brother we will call Ichi, the oldest of the three. The other was a russet dog durable and a tad bit too jubilant, we shall call him Nii, the middle child who believed in speed and endurance just like the sand caught in the wind. Then San, the youngest of the dog brothers was quiet and avoided everybody in the pack to the point his existence was questioned. This brother believed in silence and stealth.
These ideas grew into conflict. The leader had died and there was no balance as for the three brothers could not decide. The Denketsu pack split into three. Most joined Ichi's pack believing the oldest would lead the best over the other two. San had the least and fled to the end of the island where trees of pink leaves grew. And Nii took the area of the desert. Ichi ruled most of the forest and all of the Kyojin mountains with pride. It was only until San decided to take all of the forest back, tricking his own brother and reclaiming all of Zandaka forest for the Teishis.
A few years after the first couple of wars a large war broke loose, blood shed had been strewn across fields, sands, and mountains. This had left Ichi, Nii, and San all dead. Later their packed sung vigil and mourned their loss. Their ancestors, too, seemed to be crying as the sky darkened and rained down upon the crisp ground. In place of all three dead leaders sprouts of beautiful bushes grew in place, their leaves shining like jade.
Split in three, the packs seemed to have settled and moved on, arguing often and having their moments of peace. It continues like this up to the very day.
