Game Help / Presets dont work?

I tried moving all my presets over to the new FH, but they dont show up or anything.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Game Help / Stays on "connecting"?

I know how the new server stuff works and everything and had no problems up until yesterday
I logged into the Play Game thing, opened FH then typed my info, exported a preset then entered the game.

But it just stays on the "Connecting to front server" screen
How can I fix this? I have a roleplay that requires me to be active so I'm hoping to get it solved soon TwTT
