Title: Logging into Feral Heart, not working? Please help!!

Ok so i signed up for feral heart, and when i log onto the forums it works perfectly fine. But when i open the game it's not accepting it, i have the right username and password but it wont let me in. I also re-downloaded the game but that didnt work either....what do i do? :(

Maribel, if you can't login into feral hearts is because you are banned or you failed with the username or the password.

I haven't been banned, i have good connection, my fire wall isnt blocking it, i have the right username/password, and my sis has logged on ingame and it's accepting, should i just change the password or something?
