Heck, I'm late to this but I just wanted to say that the added paint on these presets make them pop a lot more and gives them a beautiful kind of look! I also really like the way the paint is designed on the characters as well as the vivid colors you used. Nicely done, good luck to those entering! :>

Following along with what Fish said, registration opens at random from what I know and it doesn't share a specific set of times as to when it will open. You'd just have to rely on checking back on the registration frequently and hope for the best that you will actually find it open.
