Not being able to log in

Hello,
I've played this game before when I was younger, so of course I don't know my old info. But I remembered it and wanted to start playing it again. So I downloaded it and made a new account, activated it and everything.
When I try to log in, it's telling me not being able to connect to the map or something? I don't know. My internet connection is fine and everything. Is this happening to anybody else or does anybody know the thing to fix this?

Are you keeping the login tab open while you play? It's necessary to connect to the game server. C:

Thank you for this! I did not know that! But now it's telling me my password or username is wrong? But I'm pretty sure they're both being put in right.

Passwords are case sensitive, so be sure that your caps lock isn't on.

Additionally, if there are numbers in your password, make sure you are typing them in with the numbers on your keyboard, and not the numbers on your numberpad.
