Character Files?

I have loads of items that I could use and stuff. I've made a list of all the items I have downloaded. I would like to know if there is any character files in the game files that can be edited with Notepad for example. Like those having the character's dimensions as numbers, colors listed, items listed, etc. I have so many of those items that its hard to see them all while scrolling the list in character creation, so I would like to edit a game file about that.

There's actually a mod where you can get a bigger list of the items you have so you don't have trouble scrolling through them here. Hope this helps! c:
