Title: IT Maps Query *cringes in fear*
Post by: FoxfangPitbull on March 14, 2011, 11:12:17 pm: Can you access maps from IT offline?
Now that FH up and IT is down.
I still have all the IT files intact and waiting....all the maps, everything, But can I access those offline?

And also, if not, would I bet able to transfer IT maps to FH?
If so, does anyone know how?

And, with proper coding, you can transfer the maps :D Also remember to give credit to the original creator(s) of the map if you distribute the map for download.

ACTUALLY, now that I just revisited map maker (It's been a while, sorry xD) you don't need any coding at all; map maker does it for you. You'll just have to drag the height map into the terrains folder and make your own mask (if you'd like), plug them into map maker, and recreate it to your delight.

I'm trying to do ShadowVelt, but the terrain isn't loading in MapMaker. Does that matter? Cause I need to make a portal etc.

When i got IT, it was already shut down, and the first thing I did was teaching myself how to create presets and campaigns.

Mmhm. Well, I've actually stopped trying. I'm just gonna enjoy FH for what it is now.
It's a great game and should be apreciated as such :D
