Name: Lance Skauron
Gender: Male
Species: Sentinel - A rare race of gargoyles that was nearly exterminated 500 years ago. They have high magical properties, intelligence, and abilities to turn themselves and others to stone statues. Most modern day beings think that the Sentinels never existed and are just ancient folklore. Many other clans of supernatural races feel a hatred for the creatures from past relations when the Sentinels reigned highly superior to others.
Description: He has hazy teal green eyes with short blonde hair with half of his bangs curtaining his right eye. He has a very frail, slender figure lacking much muscle, making him very vulnerable and easily bruised as a human. His attire consists of a light, standard servant's uniform since he works for a royal family in a large mansion through the outskirts of the city. (Picture on the left is him as a human. The right is his actual form.)
Personality: He has an unusual personality, being the silent, innocent looking, and a gentleman at the same time. His vocabulary generally confuses others when he does speak. Oddly enough, he smiles a lot and expresses his child like personality sometimes. When he is angered, it's a different story, but he has a lot of patience. Many find that he is very possessive and remains extremely loyal to anyone he has a connection to.
Family: He has no remaining family that he is aware of. Lance's memories from birth and as a child were lost many years ago during the time of the extermination of his kin.
Age: Approximately 17, although he has been trapped as a statue for hundreds of years.
Past: (It explains many things about his character. You can just skim through it for basic details.) Before the extermination of the Sentinels, he hid near the top of a Gothic tower, trapped as a statue for centuries. During this time, he gradually began to lose his memory of anything he knew about himself. It wasn't until long after a man by the name of Eric Audric discovered him and found a way to free him from his imprisonment. At the moment Lance was free, he turned to the man gratefully and insisted that he owed the man and would become a servant. Hesitantly, he agreed.
When they returned to his manor, Lance almost immediately was acquainted to the man's seven year old son, Mason Audric. The two were practically the same age and quickly created a brotherly bond. Amazingly, the two did nearly everything parallel. Eating, schooling, sleeping, even playing practical pranks on the other servants and maids. The two seemed inseparable, until about ten years later.
The two have slowly been drifting part since the last year. Mason has been upset and concerned with his father's recent death. He was murdered several weeks ago, merciless strangled with multiple piercing and lashings from a dagger. The son blamed Lance for his murder, claiming he wasn't keeping a watchful eye on his master and that he was supposed to protect him. The Sentinel did not argue with Mason and in fact believed he was right, feeling pangs of remorse and regret when he has alone time to think.
