The world has finally met its match with keeping its people safe. All the humans have been whiped out by deadly Diseases injected into the air by unknows sources. The animals have not been harmed from the strange circumstance and live on in their billions in un-touched lands too beautiful to belive at first glance. Pack's of dogs have formed around the land of Silverpeak from being stray's to beloved pets. The pack's of Lake Silverpeak thrive in their hundreds, battling for land and killing for hunting spots. No two pack have known to got along until two lovers from different packs finally formed together a pack and has stayed strong for many, many years. A new generation has been born and so has a new pack. Will the two find peace, just like they're ancestors, or continue to fight in gory battles yet to come?...

The land

This is the whole land of Silverpeak.
Pine way- This is a sacred place where the Silverpeak water starts it flow, and starts its journey to the lake. Many pathes surround the area where likely mates walk in the moonlight. This is a pretty romantic spot.
Snow grove- A snowy place where larger, snow creatures can be found. This is once belived to be inhabit humans in the dark ages of stone age. If you are looking for a large pack, this is the place to walk.
Dream Temple- Worshiped by many, this place has a large temple where humans used to pray for the gods to shower them in their wishes. Many forrein fish live here and is a great spot to catch a unusual bite.
Forest of Truth- Once was home to a early generation of canines. They were a noble pack and made the place a sanctuary. If you are thinking or working something out, the travel here is always worth the journey.
Hilled path- Nothing has happend here. It is known for its hilled surroundings and for fresh water.
Dry canyon- This place is humid and hot. This place is not advised to wander through. Many dog has gone through and never came back out.
Moss Valley- Once a village hundreds of years ago. A stone church still stands. A wonderful place also to visit the beach.
Silver peak lake- The heart of the island. Many dogs drink here and swim. Beautiful white sands are also a spot to relax.
Rune brook- A warm place. This is a barable heat and is great to catch a rare, Ancient fish.
Amathyst stones- The stones here are filled with amathyst. Dogs come here to admire its beautiful look, but many loners live here, and so it is not advised to come here alone.

Rules
Keep it realistic. No random sparkle-dog please.
All pictures must be of real dogs. No cartoon animals.
Cussing is not allowed.
Keep the mating scenes down to a minimum.
Birthing scenes are allowed, but don't go into extreme detail.
No power-playing, or having perfect characters. That is extremely annoying, and I will warn you if I think your character is 'too perfect'.
For the moment, only two characters.
Don't overload us with females. I would like a balanced arangment.
If you read all the rules, put Rainbow in the 'Extra' part.
This is a 99% literate roleplay! That means you can make the honest mistake of misspelling something.
You may kill your own characters, but don't start acting out these dramatic deaths or injuries just to get attention.
Drama is welcome, but no sudden fighting or trying to get attention.
Don't make characters like wolves or cougars. You may NPC roleplay them ONLY. This is a domesticated dog roleplay.

New rules: I have decided for there now to be a roleplay post in the character creation. I am not looking for the leangth of a post, but for how well you describe it. The roleplay post does NOT have to be about the character you are roleplaying, but i must ask for you to follow the rules on it.
Taking the role of Beta or Delta is very serious. You must follow the alpha's rules at all times.
Characters from the previous roleplay is allowed.
Please, there must be a balance of Males and Females. If there are two/three females already, join as a male and so on.
Lastly, i want a balance of the ranks. Warriors and hunters was very low during the coarse of the previous roleplay.

Name: Eclipse
Gender: Female

Breed: A pure bred Bluetick Coonhound.

Personality: Defensive: Eclipse is the kind of dog who likes her privacy and she's likely to snap at any dog that doesn't understand the term 'personal space'. If people begin to question her, even if they are just general harmless questions, she feels like she's under a lot of pressure and she feels like she's being interrogated so she'll instantly go on the defensive side. She doesn't like to reveal too much about herself to anyone, even if she would consider this canine her companion. Being quite a defensive dog has made Eclipse somewhat aggressive. She doesn't try to be aggressive, its just if someone doesn't back off she can snap.
Anxious: Being quite self-conscious, Eclipse has developed quite a timid personality when she's around people she doesn't really know. It takes her a while to warm up to people and feel comfortable in the presence of other canines. Around dogs she would consider friends, Eclipse is quite outgoing but she still feels a tad nervous when she first meets up with them. Trust is an important part in this girl's life. If she doesn't feel she can trust you then she just won't talk to you about personal matters.
Loyal: If she manages to feel totally comfortable around another canine, Eclipse's loyalty to this dog would be overwhelming. Eclipse is the kind of person who would do anything for the people she cared about, she would literally take a bullet for them if she was ever in that kind of situation. In a relationship she expects the same sort of loyalty back and if she feels you don't care for her as much as she cares for you, she'll tell you where to go even if it's going to hurt her more than it hurts you.
Past experiences:Eclipse's father was a trained hunter back in his day. His owner just called him 'Champ'. He was adopted from a kennel as a young dog along with another Coonhound, a female. His master used him for his own personal hunting and would make sure the dog's life was never put in to too much danger.
When buying the dogs, the master believed that they were siblings because they were placed in the same cage in the kennel and they looked the same age. However after a few years, the female became pregnant. Her name was Penn. Thrilled with the thought of puppies, the man decided he would keep each one. He lived on a farm so believed he had the space and resources to care for a family of large canines.
Penn gave birth to three healthy puppies, two males and a female, the girl being the youngest. Eclipse was incredibly close to her brothers and its there that she developed a 'boyish' behavior. The large family of dogs lived with the man for a year or so before he became ill. He was an elderly man but when it became clear that the man was dead after failing to return home after being taken away in an ambulance, it delivered a powerful blow to each of the canines. Before anyone came to pick up the dogs, they decided they would go their own way. Eclipse's parents stayed together and she went off with her brothers.
Eclipse remained with her brothers for about two years until tragedy struck. The three dogs were scaling the mountains and because they were of a sturdy breed, neither of them expected what was about to happen. They traveled in a line with the youngest brother at the head of the pack and the eldest in front of Eclipse. Being at the back of the troop, she called out to her brothers as she began to fall behind. Her single bark startled her oldest brother and he stumbled. He lost his footing and fell. To this day Eclipse blames herself for the death of her brother and after the incident she decided to leave, not wanting to risk the life of her other sibling. She has traveled alone for a long while before she stumbled across a pack in Silverpeak. She stayed there for over a year and her loyalty made her the leader for generations to come.

Personality:
~Defensive Side...~ Dark is very defensive over himself, snapping at any one, when he is angry or in a mood. He is easily angered, and mostly always walking away from the group. He can be a bit friendly at times, but its not likely. He doesn't try to hide his aggressiveness, as he thinks its just his personality.
~ Anxious Side...~ Dark is rarely anxious, nothing can spook him out most of the time. He is very alert, and cautious over people he does't know. He hardly, ever warms up to the people he doesn't know, and he can be quite mean to them. The only thing that really, makes him anxious is being in very large groups, and meetings with the Alpha.
~ Loyal Side...~ Dark is very loyal, easily taking his life for the pack. If he is around his trust worthy pack, he is loyal and caring. Dark can be a bit un-loyal, but its quite rare when he is in his pack.
~Trusting Side...~ When Dark is around people he doesn't know, he is very untrusting and can't keep a secret. But when he i around people he does now, he is trusting, and will always keep a secret, no matter who it is in his pack.
Past experiences: Dark's father was a trained, and the best, Sled dog. They called him, 'Boss' and they picked him up from a nice home in Siberia. His mother how ever, was brought up in a horrible place, where she got took in by a dog rescue service. Soon after Boss's big race, they got Dark's mother, Lady, so that they could follow on the famous tradition.
A couple of months later, the owner found out that Lady was getting fatter, and found out that she was pregnant. Soon she gave birth to 4 healthy pups, 1 was a silky steel colour, and 2 were black, and then 1 was a reddish colour.. Dark..
2 were girls, and 2 were boys, they were all healthy, well fed, and all energetic. When Dark was 6 months old, there owners decided to move, along with the pups and the older dogs. On the way to there new home, Dark and the others were being moved with a van, and there owners were moving around in the car. And the owners crashed... Dark escaped with his brother, but his sisters and parents decided to go into the kennels.
After months of travelling, Dark reached the forest, where his brother was slaughtered by a cougar... He carried on, he used to be playful friendly,and really nice, but since his brother, Billy died... His personality changed.. Soon he found Silverpeak, and since being skinny, unhealthy, and hardly not fed, he decided to join...

Akane is quite a nice dog unless you get on her nerves. Her nerves aren't very "big" so it's not hard to do so. She doesn't talk much about herself and usually results in talking to others about themselves. If a topic about her comes up, she'll either walk away or change the subject quickly. Her past isn't something she likes to talk about. If you can get a word about her past out of her, you must be pretty close. The only other dog she might discuss this with is her friend, Akadios.
For her loyalty, it's great. She tries as best as possible to protect everyone in the pack as best as she can, though she'll never live up to Akadios or others.
Past experiences:
Akane's been all alone since she was 8 months until she found Akadios roaming around randomly, like herself. They journeyed on together until they found Lake Silverpeak. Before Akane was 8 months, she lived with her parents and three other siblings as stray dogs lingering around the city streets. The female gave up that stupid life and ran away from it all into the wilderness where she met Akadios at 9 months.
After finding Lake Silverpeak, the were loners around the pack for a long while, still determining what to do. They were good on their own for awhile, hunting and fighting their ways out of problems. But a pack was tempting. Somewhere they could rely on others and know they're safe.
Awhile later, they both made their move and submitted to the Alpha Female.

Personality:
Akadios will do anything to protect others. It won't matter to him if they just met, or are complete idiots within the pack, he'll fight for them. Though outside the fighting or guarding business, those kind of dogs can get on his nerves. Akadios, being as loyal as he is, doesn't have many "friends" really besides Akane who traveled with him when they met on the outskirts of the city. Like Akane, he doesn't like to talk about his history really, even if there wasn't many bad things at all in it.
But the only time when he's out there having a bunch of fun and rolling around laughing is if someone could do that to him, which would be amazing. Akane's the only one since he was a pup, but who knows who else can really do it as well. If somehow you get him to do it, he's out there. He'll run around talking to everyone, chatting rolling around in the mud and having fun.
Past experiences:
Akadios was bred to be a police dog with a man in the force. When he got out of training he went around the streets at night, trying to sniff out other street dogs. He was born in a kennel, and chosen by the police force to be trained because of his nonchalant attitude when he was younger. His master died a few months later in a shooting leaving Akadios alone. He refused to get a new master and ended up running away into the forest where he met Akane. His past is the same as Akane's from there.

Personality: Very wise and thoughtful, he believes fighting will not solve problems. He will always scoff at the "tough dogs." When in an argument, he will state his opinion strongly and will never change his mind. He could be cruel when he wants to, but could be nice at times. He is sure that every dog in the pack must revolve around what they were meant to be. He is very demanding also, and could be mean if he is disobeyed. Never should one get him angry, he could get violent.
Past experiences: He was born with a mother who was released from her human owners before she gave life to Mumford and his brothers. Living in the wild was hard, and getting food was the most difficult thing to get. A few months after Mumford and his brothers were weaned, their mother died of exhaustion. The brothers had to live together until Mumford was driven out of the group at 16 months, due of his attitude. Mumford then found Lake Silverpeak and has lived there for many years.

Personality: Xhilta is bold and stubborn. Xhilta doesn't fight much, as it wates her time and energy, but she will defend herself if necessary. When she is around a large group of dogs, she will act submissive, but when one-on-one with another dog, she will act aggressively.
Past experiences: Xhilta was born sometime during the winter, and she grew up a happily with her siblings. When she was old enough, she fled from her mother's den and after a few months of scavenging off of the packs leftovers, she was accepted and earned her rank.

Personality: Bo is a very sensitive male, and it really hurts him when dogs judge him from his looks. A soppy lazy uncaring dog. But really he is friendly, active, and sensitive. He can snap back at people, if somebody really mega hurts him. He is very trusting, and caring, making him very good at his job. He would help any dog in need, even from a different pack. But his loyalty stays to Lake Silverpeak Pack. As it should.
Past experiences:
Bo was born and raised, in a small cottage,in the north east. His mother, Daisy, was a purebred Shar Pei, along with his Champion Agility dog dad, Marko. At 6 months old, Bo was desperate to take after his dad, Marko, so he started to train, along his dad. Soon, Bo was a champion like his dad. Then... Humans died. Bo decided to stay with his parents for awhile, but soon they both died, of starvation. Bo was the one most fed, because his parents didn't want him to die.
Later on in his life, at 10 months old, he stumbled into the forest, hunting small animals, or eating berries. It helped him for awhile, but not for long. Soon he heard a call for pack members, without any second thought he raced towards the sound..
Eclipse let Bo join, but at the first time he joined, lots of pack members laughed at him. But a couple of months later, he earned the job of a healer, as he knew his herbs, and healed a few dogs. Some dogs stopped teasing him, but a few still do.(If you want to tease Bo, its fine with me. xD)

Personality: Lola is a easy dog, not wanting to get into a fight, or a argument. She hates to be teased, and messed around with, like her daughter Zoey. She loves to take easy strolls around the forest, but also loves her play fights with her daughter, and the other pups. She loves to mess about in the water, mud and other stuff like that!
Past experiences:
Lola was born in a place called 'Dogs Trust.' Its a place where they help stray or bad cared for dogs. Her mother was called J-lo and her father was called Lexi. (Real dogs at there :D) She had to live in her mothers cage, but Lexi wasn't aloud as he was to boisterous to be near the pups. When she was adoptable, she got foster homed, as nobody wanted her, because of her color. But soon the foster carer adopted her... Then on a walk to the park, her owner met her future husband... And Lola's future mate! They always played together, and once... they YOU KNOW :-X . Soon she had pups, only one though... Then they traveled around the forest, knowing Kalo didn't want to come...

Personality: She can be very trusting, but it depends on who you are, if you are her family, as in pack wise, she will trust you with all her heart. If you are a loner, like Eclipse, it will take a while for her to warm up to you. Zoey loves to play fight with her friends, and mother. She hates to be messed around with, and teased...
Past experiences: Zoey was born with her mother, Lola, and never ever did she once stay away from her. She was born in the Silverpeak pack. Her mother, looked after her... But her dad, Kalo, always used to herd sheep, but one day, Kalo decided he wanted to stay in the farm, even though his owner was gone. Lola was devastated, but Zoey was only 1 day old at that time. They tracked the forest, hunting things down... But one day, Lola scented a dog scent, lots of dog scents. Lola headed to the scent, and Zoey was 1 week old by then. When they reached there, Eclipse cautiously, let them in the pack...

Personality: Merldae's personality varies depending on the situation, different situations trigger different personality traits. One moment she will be shy and quiet the next she is talkative and rambunctious, it all just depends on what is going on. But for the most part she is very playful and will get along with almost anybody, she is very open when it comes to strangers but it sometimes gets her in trouble by the elder pack members.
Past experiences: She and her mother lived alone and never stayed in one place and often moved about the regions. When she was 5 weeks old she and her mother found the Silverpeak pack and was accepted as members. After a week or so her mother went out on a hunting trip with the other's and never returned, she was the only one not to return, the other's who went with her won't tell Merldae what happened but she hopes to find out.

Personality ; Braedon is a wild pup with no sense of discipline. He lives a completely carefree life, and loves to spend his days playing with other pups, or annoying adults. He's a very sweet pup, and takes kindly to anyone. He does tend to wander though, it would be wise to keep an eye on this pup.
Past experiences ; Braedon doesn't have much of a past, he's only a pup.

Personality: Energetic & Curious: This young male could chase his tail for hours, not giving a hoot about what's going on around him. His stamina is similar to that of a shaken soda can ready to explode. Otto is one to often seek more about something, hitting him with a 'curious' persona. Learning new things is a must for him especially when it has to is with his training or anything about the island's nature.
Adventurous & Brave: Even if its a short hike in the woods or a stroll on the shores, count this dog in! He loves to experience life and see what's out there. The surroundings of nature put him in a peaceful mood, but mainly in the moments of solitude. Then their are the moments where tremendous bravery is needed in order to get something done. Otto will often to volunteer for these things, as he always viewed heroic actions as doing something 'good', even if he is too young for the task at hand.
Loyal & Honest: Remaining loyal to his pack is something Otto promises to do. He looks up to his alpha, who he sees to be one of the most loyal dogs he knows. Otto always lives up to his promises, and if he doesn't, he feels as if he is swimming in a pond of regret. With his honest attitude, it makes it easier for one to trust him, even with the littlest things.
Past Experiences: Otto's history is mysterious in it's own twisted way. He was born to a loner mother deep within the forest of truth, being the only pup of the litter. His father however, was the beta of Silverpeak's rival pack at the time, who loved his mother dearly but could not tell others of his mate or he would have his loyalty questioned. When his mother had finally given birth to him, his father visited his mother every evening supplying her with food and herbs to stay strong. This lasted for almost a month, but one night Otto's mother had come down with a sickness that she had picked up from the hare she had eaten. She died a painless death, while Otto's father grieved for days. He could not bring his pup into the pack because it would risk his loyalty, nor could he bare to take his pup's life. Later in the week he brought Otto to the outskirts of the Hilled Path, hopping that the Silverpeak pack would take Otto in and provide a better life for him. With that, he left Otto at the border, turned his back, and never looked back even though it killed him to do so.
The following day he was discovered by a patrol and brought into the camp to be nursed back to good health, while many of the dogs gave him the label 'Lost Pup'. It wasn't until 2 weeks of living in the pack when he was finally given the name Otto by the female who watched over him. His father on the other hand had heard of the new arrival pup to his rival pack and could only smile to himself. His pup was safe and that was all that mattered, but he prayed that he wouldn't have to face him in battle.
Months passed and eventually Otto grew strong. It was time for him to become an apprentice and take his place in the pack, even though he has no knowledge of where his true bloodlines are. He was told growing up that he was found in the forest and brought into the pack, which is true, but it is unknown if any other dog discovered his true past.

Although she survived, Ace was determinded to protect her. He is also shy sometimes, because of his past. If you gain his trust, he can become friendly, open-minded, creative, and talkative - sometimes he even makes things up just to be saying something. He can lie prewtty well, but prefers not to. He's also quite patient, but everyone has their limits.
Past experiences: When Ace was younge, he used to live in a loner pack in Amethyst stones. The other dogs were always ganging up on him in small groups and bullying him, because he was small and weak. He grew older, and stronger, and learned to cope with it. It still bugged him a bit, so he started growing farther and farther away from his pack, his bond with the group growing smaller each day. Eventually the bond broke, and he left Amethyst stones. He spent a few months alone, mostly wandering around Moss Valley. When he was one and a half years old, he stumbled apon Silverpeak lake, and reluctantly joined pack.

Personality:
~Defensive Side...~ Dark is very defensive over himself, snapping at any one, when he is angry or in a mood. He is easily angered, and mostly always walking away from the group. He can be a bit friendly at times, but its not likely. He doesn't try to hide his aggressiveness, as he thinks its just his personality.
~ Anxious Side...~ Dark is rarely anxious, nothing can spook him out most of the time. He is very alert, and cautious over people he does't know. He hardly, ever warms up to the people he doesn't know, and he can be quite mean to them. The only thing that really, makes him anxious is being in very large groups, and meetings with the Alpha.
~ Loyal Side...~ Dark is very loyal, easily taking his life for the pack. If he is around his trust worthy pack, he is loyal and caring. Dark can be a bit un-loyal, but its quite rare when he is in his pack.
~Trusting Side...~ When Dark is around people he doesn't know, he is very untrusting and can't keep a secret. But when he i around people he does now, he is trusting, and will always keep a secret, no matter who it is in his pack.
Past experiences: Dark's father was a trained, and the best, Sled dog. They called him, 'Boss' and they picked him up from a nice home in Siberia. His mother how ever, was brought up in a horrible place, where she got took in by a dog rescue service. Soon after Boss's big race, they got Dark's mother, Lady, so that they could follow on the famous tradition.
A couple of months later, the owner found out that Lady was getting fatter, and found out that she was pregnant. Soon she gave birth to 4 healthy pups, 1 was a silky steel colour, and 2 were black, and then 1 was a reddish colour.. Dark..
2 were girls, and 2 were boys, they were all healthy, well fed, and all energetic. When Dark was 6 months old, there owners decided to move, along with the pups and the older dogs. On the way to there new home, Dark and the others were being moved with a van, and there owners were moving around in the car. And the owners crashed... Dark escaped with his brother, but his sisters and parents decided to go into the kennels.
After months of travelling, Dark reached the forest, where his brother was slaughtered by a cougar... He carried on, he used to be playful friendly,and really nice, but since his brother, Billy died... His personality changed.. Soon he found Silverpeak, and since being skinny, unhealthy, and hardly not fed, he decided to join...

Past experiences: Zoey was born with her mother, Lola, and never ever did she once stay away from her. She was born in the Silverpeak pack. Her mother, looked after her... But her dad, Kalo, always used to herd sheep, but one day, Kalo decided he wanted to stay in the farm, even though his owner was gone. Lola was devastated, but Zoey was only 1 day old at that time. They tracked the forest, hunting things down... But one day, Lola scented a dog scent, lots of dog scents. Lola headed to the scent, and Zoey was 1 week old by then. When they reached there, Eclipse cautiously, let them in the pack...

Personality: Lola is a easy dog, not wanting to get into a fight, or a argument. She hates to be teased, and messed around with, like her daughter Zoey. Past experiences:
Lola was born in a place called 'Dogs Trust.' Its a place where they help stray or bad cared for dogs. Her mother was called J-lo and her father was called Lexi. (Real dogs at there :D) She had to live in her mothers cage, but Lexi wasn't aloud as he was to boisterous to be near the pups. When she was adoptable, she got foster homed, as nobody wanted her, because of her color. But soon the foster carer adopted her... Then on a walk to the park, her owner met her future husband... And Lola's future mate! They always played together, and once... they YOU KNOW :-X . Soon she had pups, only one though... Then they traveled around the forest, knowing Kalo didn't want to come...

Akane is quite a nice dog unless you get on her nerves. Her nerves aren't very "big" so it's not hard to do so. She doesn't talk much about herself and usually results in talking to others about themselves. If a topic about her comes up, she'll either walk away or change the subject quickly. Her past isn't something she likes to talk about. If you can get a word about her past out of her, you must be pretty close. The only other dog she might discuss this with is her friend, Akadios.
For her loyalty, it's great. She tries as best as possible to protect everyone in the pack as best as she can, though she'll never live up to Akadios or others.
Past experiences:
Akane's been all alone since she was 8 months until she found Akadios roaming around randomly, like herself. They journeyed on together until they found Lake Silverpeak. Before Akane was 8 months, she lived with her parents and three other siblings as stray dogs lingering around the city streets. The female gave up that stupid life and ran away from it all into the wilderness where she met Akadios at 9 months.
After finding Lake Silverpeak, the were loners around the pack for a long while, still determining what to do. They were good on their own for awhile, hunting and fighting their ways out of problems. But a pack was tempting. Somewhere they could rely on others and know they're safe.
Awhile later, they both made their move and submitted to the Alpha Female.

Personality:
Akadios will do anything to protect others. It won't matter to him if they just met, or are complete idiots within the pack, he'll fight for them. Though outside the fighting or guarding business, those kind of dogs can get on his nerves. Akadios, being as loyal as he is, doesn't have many "friends" really besides Akane who traveled with him when they met on the outskirts of the city. Like Akane, he doesn't like to talk about his history really, even if there wasn't many bad things at all in it.
But the only time when he's out there having a bunch of fun and rolling around laughing is if someone could do that to him, which would be amazing. Akane's the only one since he was a pup, but who knows who else can really do it as well. If somehow you get him to do it, he's out there. He'll run around talking to everyone, chatting rolling around in the mud and having fun.
Past experiences:
Akadios was bred to be a police dog with a man in the force. When he got out of training he went around the streets at night, trying to sniff out other street dogs. He was born in a kennel, and chosen by the police force to be trained because of his nonchalant attitude when he was younger. His master died a few months later in a shooting leaving Akadios alone. He refused to get a new master and ended up running away into the forest where he met Akane. His past is the same as Akane's from there.

Personality: Merldae's personality varies depending on the situation, different situations trigger different personality traits. One moment she will be shy and quiet the next she is talkative and rambunctious, it all just depends on what is going on. But for the most part she is very playful and will get along with almost anybody, she is very open when it comes to strangers but it sometimes gets her in trouble by the elder pack members.
Past experiences: She and her mother lived alone and never stayed in one place and often moved about the regions. When she was 5 weeks old she and her mother found the Silverpeak pack and was accepted as members. After a week or so her mother went out on a hunting trip with the other's and never returned, she was the only one not to return, the other's who went with her won't tell Merldae what happened but she hopes to find out.

Past Experiences: When Alaska was a pup she was abondoned, by her pack. For her pack thought she was too weak, and would just be another mouth to feed. Though as Alaska grew older she learned to take care of her self, and grew stronger and bigger with the years that past. She always did adventure around Snow Grove, wishing her pack would come back, for her.
Personality: Alaska is mosty a shy, mind her own business dog. But if you get on her bad side good luck, because she is not afraid to snap back if she is in need to.

Ace's large green eyes glowed in the sunlight, and he tapped his puffy tail lightly against the ground. It was early morning, and there weren't many dogs out, so he relaxed. Ace heard a bird sing in the distance, and he repeated it's tune. The bird replied, and he sang back, trying out a diffrent tune. Silence hung in the air, and Ace wondered if he had sang something ornery in the bird's "language" He waited for a response, and heard a familiar tune. "Looks like she got the hang of it," he chuckled, and mimiced the bird's song. He remembered that the others might be sleeping. He looked around anxiously, hoping he didn't wake anyone. His voice was fluent and strong, and escpecially loud when he sang.

Eclipse
Breathing in the fresh, early morning air of the first day in spring, Eclipse stirred as the soft light pierced through a gap in her secluded den. The female Bluetick licked her maw as she yawned silently, the soft rustle of the grass soothing her ears as the morning orders were going to be given out. Her shining coat shivered as her tired legs refused to move from her sleeping spot.
After a few moment of deciding, the leading female rose her front legs, her bones aching in refusal, but she managed and finally had awoken fully to stand properly. Eclipse stretched each of her legs individually as the light yellow sky started to turn into a very pale blue. She stood with dignity, like her mother had told and she strode out of the opening of her den to greet the new day with a warm welcome. Turning her head slightly, she saw the deputy's den. She needed help with the orders for the morning. Striding to the outside of his den, she dared not go inside. She very much believed in personal space. "Dark, awake. I need you to get the hunters moving for the morning. And also, please-" Eclipse heard the singing of a male dog, and she turned to see that the messanger was singing. Eclipse smiled and turned back to her orders. "And tell the messenger to follow the Sentinel" She ordered, her voice Sharp to make sure he heard. Turning her head once more, Eclipse pounced towards her Delta's den. "Akane? Please may you awake the Sentinel and the warriors. Tell those warrior's to patrol the surrounding area. Let the Sentinel walk to the rival pack. Tell him to be as quiet as possible. I need to know if that pack is hunting where our hunters are supposed to go. He may go with another warrior for safety." She finished and exhaled. Her head turned towards the pup's den. She softly blinked in memory of Merldae's mother. Eclipse shook her head in sadness and made her way towards a large rock where she gave orders in serious situation's. It was also a great place for her to relax, as the sun bathed on it for a long time, heating it to a warm temperature.
Eclipse made her way up the rock, her head ducked as her silent paws dusted the rocks in her paw prints. Licking her maw, she lay down on the tip of the rock as the sun became stronger with heat. The rest would be waking soon and the day would become official.

Dark lifted his white eyelids, showing his dark eyes. "Morning already!" He grumbled to himself, his eyelids drooping.
His large head lifted from the terrain, and with ease, he yawned showing off his pearly white teeth. The rays of the early morning sun, shone onto his bi-colored, fluffy fur. He shut his eyes, as the sun burnt them, "Dark, awake. I need you to get the hunters moving for the morning. And also, please-" Dark heard a female voice in his den, it was Eclipse.
"I'm awake." He murmured, rolling onto his back, his large head facing the large dog.
"And tell the messenger to follow the Sentinel." Eclipse sighed, walking out of the den. Dark ruffled his fluffy pelt, shaking the bits of terrain out of his fur. He heaved himself to his 4 aching paws, but with a lot of effort. He stumbled to the entrance of the large den, and saw the sun burning his pelt. . "Akane? Please may you awake the Sentinel and the warriors. Tell those warrior's to patrol the surrounding area. Let the Sentinel walk to the rival pack. Tell him to be as quiet as possible. I need to know if that pack is hunting where our hunters are supposed to go. He may go with another warrior for safety." Eclipse barked.
Dark heard her, and thought 'I will do the job of waking the hunters. Hum.. And the Messanger!. He stumbled across to the Hunters den, seeing the snoozing Hunters amused him. "Wakey wakey sun shines. " He joked. "You've got to go hunt... As usual!" After his dark voice ended, he stumbled tiredly, across to the Messangers den. He poked his head in and barked, "Wakey wakey! You have to follow the Sentinel." He then walked out, not checking any thing like if they were awake.
He looked towards Eclipse and barked, "Want me to help with anything." He tilted his a little.

Ace pricked his ears, and heard the Alpha's voice. "Looks like the others have woken up," he whispered to himself. "And tell the messenger to follow the Sentinel" the Alpha barked, and her turned his head. That's me. I wonder what they need again... he thought, and trotted over to the Sentinel's den. Ace poked his head inside, and saw the german shepard curled up in the leaves, his tail wrapped neatly around his paws. "Akadios? Eclipse wants something," Ace barked quietly, and took a few steps back, so that he wasn't towering over the sentinel. Rays of sunlight shone down on his pelt, and Ace stretched out in the sun, and sat down next to Akadios's den, waiting for him to come out.

Merldae heard the birds singing, the gentle breeze flowing past the den entrance, she lifted her eyelids, revealing her hazel eyes. The sun's rays cloaked the landscape like a golden blanket, she saw the older pack members doing their morning duties and yawned "I'm happy I don't have to do that stuff yet." she said to herself. She stood up on tired legs and stretched, waking up her body and preparing herself for the day ahead. She ran out of the den and ran past all the dens with new energy flowing through her body, her tongue hung out of her mouth as she ran. In front of her laid a small stick, she tried to pick it up as she ran past it but with her clumsy puppy legs she tripped and rolled head over heels into a stump. With her legs in the air and her head on the ground she looked quite silly, she let out a small laugh and flopped onto her side "Wow." she laughed "That was fun!" she almost wanted to do it again. She jumped up onto her four paws and shoot the dirt and grass off her fuzzy pelt, then she turned around and faced the stump and put her front paws on to top. She began using her back legs to push herself up onto the flat surface of the stump "Almost...there." she grunted as she pulled herself up and plopped flat onto her stomach, with her legs sticking out she looked quite ridiculous "There!" she panted. She picked herself up and sat on the stump, her floppy ears standing a little taller and her chest puffed out making, her look a little larger. After a moment she dropped her ears and relaxed her chest "That is hard to do..How do the bigger dogs do it?" she huffed and continued to sit and watch the morning errands.

Multi-colored ears pricked up as trickles of sunlight came through the entrance of the den. "Akane? Please may you awake the Sentinel and the warriors. Tell those warrior's to patrol the surrounding area. Let the Sentinel walk to the rival pack. Tell him to be as quiet as possible. I need to know if that pack is hunting where our hunters are supposed to go. He may go with another warrior for safety." Akane looked up as her Alpha Female walked by her den, giving her an order clearly as possible. Yawning, the female Delta stood up and gazed outside, reluctant to leave her quiet den. Sighing, the fae hopped up to her paws and padded outside into the morning light. Eclipse's order rang through her ears, and she moved quickly to do as told. Akane blinked her eyes a few times while heading over to Akadios's den and then stopping at the entrance when she saw Ace. Dipping her head, she spoke in her calm voice. "Good, you're both awake. If you haven't already, tell Akadios to get his furry butt up and walk around to the rival pack's border. Quiet as possible and try to find out if the other fleabags are hunting where our hunters are supposed to go. Head out as soon as possible. And you follow him as well." To make herself clear to the waking Sentinel, she barked loudly inside the den and then continued to where the Warriors slept. "C'mon doggies. Let's get 'em up and patrol the surrounding area. Split up into two groups, one take the south edge and the other take the north edge of the territory. Don't follow Akadios or Ace. Good, now hurry. I'll give anyone a piece of my share of the kill later whoever gets back here first." At the last words she spoke, more dogs awoke and seemed to sit straight up and ready. Akane grinned at all of them and continued on, searching for more to do and trying to remember what else her Alpha had said to do.
The female turned and glanced around, sleep still ringing in her ears. Akadios was getting up finally and walking out of the den now, so that was good. Thinking about taking a short run, Akane realized that she was walking straight for her Alpha. As she reached Eclipse, she spoke again sitting back on her haunches and leaning off her left paw where a thorn had decided to attack yesterday. "Chores are done. Anything else?"

Akadios yelped himself awake. Ace's voice he'd heard but it really hadn't affected his dreams much. Akane's however, he woke up alright. He had just enough time to see Akane's stub tail walk out of view from the den. He growled, annoyed until he saw Ace at the entrance waiting for him. Shaking his fur out, he walked out of his den, trying to get his blood pumping. "Ah, hi there." Akadios gave a sly grin before continuing. "So what do we have to do today, eh? Scrub the place where Akane sleeps because she's such an annoying little dog?" The brute grumbled. Everyone knew they always tried to joke with others about each other. Akadios leaned down and stretched out his lean muscles, rolling on his back on the ground. Getting up again, he took a look around at the others around him who'd began to stir. His eyes flew to Akane strolling towards Eclipse to Eclipse, to Dark, to tiny little Merldae, everyone else and then back to Ace, while waiting for his reply.

Eclipse
Shifting her weight to one side to let her legs get some air, Eclipse realised at how lucky she was to have such a beautiful home, wonderful pack mates, and all this was hers to rule and make peace to. Closing her eyes, the sound of paws pounding on the dew grass was heard as the hunters rushed out on their orders, the sound of soft yawing as the dogs awoke from a long nights sleep mingled with the whistle in the tree's as a cool breeze swept over the land.
Opening her eyes, she realised Dark was approaching her. She smiled, realising he had completed her orders. "Ah, Dark, thank you for your help. I am wanting you-" Eclipse stopped and her long, floppy ears perked at the sound of Akadios's voice, criticizing Akane. She flared her nostrils in disapproval. "Tell Akadios and Ace to get their butt's moving. Make sure they are going in the right direction, point them north east and not to go into the rocks at surrounds our rivals. They are too sharp for paws. And tell them to spy and not to go parading into that pack. They need to check were they are hunting and patrolling. Make sure my instruction's are crystal clear to them. Afterwards, you are free to sleep after your early awaking." Eclipse inhaled softly as she finished her speech to Dark. "Ah, Akane." She said gently. "Merldae, i should think, wants some company. But i would like you to keep a eye on her, make sure she does nothing silly, like follow the hunters. She has been quite sad since her mother never came back from that hunting trip..." She paused, looked down and exhaled. "You may continue with my orders."
Eclipse pounced off the rock and towards where Lola and Zoey were sleeping. She silently looked inside for the two, who seemed to be sleeping. Eclipse needed a talk with Lola for a favour. She found that her idea could help Merldae become a fully grown adult whilst having the pleasure of a mother during her childhood. Eclipse wandered around outside the den, sniffing the dew soken grass, awaiting for Lola to awake.

Lola's large pointy, ears perked, and her eyes jerked open. She heard pawsteps walking almost silently, to the den, and walking inside. Tiredly, she rolled onto her side, facing the Alpha. She looked down to her pup, who was snuggled gently, up to her stomach, where she had been feeding not long ago. Lola greeted the Alpha by saying, "Good morning Alpha." Her eyes gazed up to Eclipse, a tired smile on her face. She nudged, with her muzzle, Zoey away a little, and sat up, her rump gently touching the ground. "May I help you?" She kindly asked, her long bushy tail swishing from side to side. Her face scrunched up, and she opened her jaw, breathing in lots of air; yawning. She clamped her jaw shut, and gazed, with her brown eyes towards the Bluetick, that was quite large compared to her, Lola was never a big dog.
She felt the breeze come through the calm shelter of her den, and ruffled her Collie fur, making it sway softly, in the calm wind. She wanted to howl, but she knew it would be quite random, and weird... So she kept the eager instinct in. She looked back down to Zoey, who was sleeping peacefully in a tight ball, letting silent snores escape her leathery nose. Lola smiled, and looked back up to the Alpha, a wide smile on her muzzle.

Zoey sniffed in through her tiny nose, smelling Eclipse, but for some reason, she couldn't wake up. She wriggled further up to her mothers soft belly, smelling the fresh milk. She didn't want to be starting to wean of milk, she loves the liquid. She snuffled her nose, towards her belly, but still lay asleep. "Good morning Alpha." She heard her mothers familiar voice ring in her sensitive ears. A couple of seconds later, she heard Lola say, "May I help you?" She sighed a happy sigh, through her leathery nose, and snuggled up to her mothers back leg. Wait... ALPHA?She thought silently, to herself. Her eyes bolted open, her greenish eyes staring at the large Alpha dog. She sat upright her bushy tail happily swishing, "G'd I Alpha!"(Kind of Australian for Good morning!*Going to edit Bio saying she has a part Australian Accent xD) Zoey barked in a kind of Australian accent. Zoey and Lola thought that one of there ancestors where a Australian Shepherd, it sure felt like it.

"So what do we have to do today, eh? Scrub the place where Akane sleeps because she's such an annoying little dog?" Akadios grumbled. "No, the Alpha wants you to make sure the other pack's hunters are keeping their furry butts where they belong," Ace barked quietly. "And she wants me to come with you," he mumbled. He wasn't exactly going ballistic since he'd heard he had to go with somebody else. It didn't really bother him, but he prefered to do things alone.
Akane returned, and Ace twitched his ears uncomfortably. It bothered him when others were so close. He often wanted to run or growl every time somebody came up to him, and occationally pondered why he was so skittish. Even when it was his comerades, he still felt uneasy. It bothered him, and once in a while he wondered if there was something wrong with him. He gave a flick of his caramel tipped banner, and his pupils followed Eclipse walk into the den in which Lola and Zoey were resting.

Merldae
Merldae's floppy ears perked up slightly when she saw the hunters going to go get the pack's meal "I want to go!" she beamed as she leaped off the log and followed behind them. She fell back with and oof when one of them stopped abruptly and faced her "You can't come with us, you are still too young." he said "But-" Merldae was cut off "No buts, we don't want anything bad to happen to you." Merldae growled "But something bad happened to my mom didn't it?" The hunter lifted his head and looked at her with sad eyes "We're sorry about your mum..Just go play with the other pups okay?" he looked back at the rest of the group "Maybe when you're older you can come with us, but not now." he spun around and ran to catch up with the others "Hmpf." Merldae growled. Merldae slowly walked around the camp, peering into the empty dens just holding that her mother was still here and that she was just hiding, but she knew better she was never coming back. Merldae went to the den she and her mother shared and laid right where she normally would with her mother, she stared outside and watched the birds fly by. She wondered what would have happened if she and her mother never came by this place, what if they just stayed on their own? Would her mom still be here? She often wondered and wished that they never found this pack or just wished her mom didn't go hunting that day. A thought came to her mind, What if she is still out there? But she's just lost?, Merldae jumped up and went to the tree's edge and sat "Maybe if I sit here she will smell me and come back!" she yipped, she wagged her tail and waited.

Akane
The mutt eyed Eclipse wearily after her order was set. She wasn't very good with pups. Didn't know what to do with them, but she knew not to disrespect her Alpha and turned away to do as she was told. The fae's eyes scanned the dens looking for the silly pup. Then the fae started to trot toward the tree's edge as she spotted Merldae sitting there. It seemed as if she was waiting; but you never knew. Akane sat down next to Merldae, glancing down at the little furball as she relaxed her hind muscles. "Hey Merldae." Her nose gently touched Merldae in the back playfully before sitting down completely. "What's goin' on?" Akane smiled slightly and looked out to the grass ahead of them.
She loved this place, from the days where it'd just been her and Akadios roaming the woods, hoping we wouldn't get mauled by some passing bear. It'd been fun and no one knew all the adventures we had together, but it was good to have a big family back. To know that there's always someone there to watch your back. Not that Akadios wasn't there; he was. But a few times they got separated, it was gruesome. She was desperate but it seemed naturally good. It was complicated. Akane's eyelids relaxed and shut for a moment while she took in the breeze and glistening sun around her. She opened them again and took a deep breath. Then the fae looked back at the pup again, waiting for a reply while still smiling. "Waiting for the hunters to get back with more food? I can tell you're waiting for someone."

Akadios
"Mmmhm. I see." Akadios let out a short sigh before scratching behind his ears a few times before standing up. "Well, best not to let them wait, eh?" He flicked his tail a few times then turned to walk toward the entrance when he saw Akane padding over to Merldae. "Actually. Let's go out the back entrance." The brute muttered as he turned and started to pad over towards the bushes that led in the opposite direction of the rivals. It'd take longer, but Akadios wanted to avoid his old pal for awhile. Wasn't in the mood to remember the grotesque times they'd both endured. Even if there were good ones, they'd all be remembered with the others like a nightmare.
Akadios's shoulders and head slumped as he continued to walked, partially forgetting that Ace was supposed to be following. Only when he did remember, it was when he was at the entrance. The Sentinel stopped and turned to see if Ace was following behind and then waited for him to catch up. "Coming?" Akadios called to the Messanger. "I want to get back early before the hunters get back so I can get some more sleep. Akane woke me too early." He grumbled the last sentence but kept his gaze on Ace, still waiting.

Dark nodded at the Alpha's words, his eyes darting to the sound of Akadios's voice, who was moaning about someone. "Tell Akadios and Ace to get going..." He muttered, making sure he remembered. "Point them to the north east, not go to rocks surrounding rivals.." He checked. "Spy on parading pack...Hunting Patrol check..." He thought it was a lot to take in for his small mind, but he didn't mind. "Thank you Eclipse." He nodded his head, he turned around, and headed towards the two dogs. He saw the German Shepherd, and barked to him, "Akadios!" He trotted more towards him, until he could talk normally, instead of shouting. "You have to get going, and you need to go to the North East... Don't go into the rocks in the surrounding rivals... Spy on the parading pack, checking where they are patrolling, and hunting. All the words from the Alpha." He took a deep breathe when he finished all his words.
He fell backwards, his rump touching the ground, so he could sit down. His tail curled around his white back leg, and he looked at the Shepherd. The cool breeze slightly, ruffled his steel and white pelt. He waited patiently, so he could have his well deserved rest, even though he was looking patient, he was eager to get his sleep. He sniffed through his leathery nose, and smelt Ace, "Tell Ace to." He sighed, shaking his head rapidly.

Eclipse
Breathing inwards as she saw Lola awake, Eclipse paced towards the Border collie and her pup, the soft breeze swirling around her ears comically. "Good morning Lola, Zoey. But for now, i would like to talk with Lola alone." She barked gently to the pup, her eyes then attaching to Zoey's mother. "I have been considering something for a while now," Eclipse spoke as she lead Lola away from her pup's ears. "I wondered, if you could perhaps be a second mother to Merldae. Since her mother went missing, she has been wanting to follow the hunters to try find her. She needs a mother for the rest of her childhood and you the only suitable female from the other mothers. You do not have to accept, ofcorse, but it will be a great opportunity for the pup to have a proper childhood." Eclipse spoke in a quiet whisper. "You ofcorse need time to consider this and you may refuse. I shall give you some time." She finished, nudging the Collie on her shoulder before walking towards Akane, whom was, as ordered, talking to you motherless pup.
Eclipse paused at Akane's side and neared her jaw to her Delta's ear. "Ask her how she feels about Lola. Pack mate wise." She whispered, trying to keep her voice as low as possible so nobody else could hear. The Bluetick strode away, heading towards her den which was a cool place to rest. She ducked her head as she walked in, her shoulders smoothly rolling as she headed to the back of the spacious den. Eclipse lowered her body onto the cool grass, her eye lids now and then shading her sparkly eyes from the gleaming sun which peered through many gaps. Licking her maw, she yawned silently as she enjoyed the cool resting place. But something felt wrong. Her head told her that something bad was happening. Images flashed through her closed eye lids of the pack in battle, but the morning had started so well. Eclipse was Clueless what was going to happen, further into the day as the sun rode down the mountains to present dusk in all its majesty.

The male kooikerhondjes's eyes followed Merldae, the orfan pup. The furry figure struggled to climb a tree stump,(At least, I think it was a tree stump XD) and Ace chuckled. "Coming?" a voice asked, and the male recognised it as Akadios. "Yeah," he barked, and his pupils travelled towards Akadios. Ace lifted his canine torso, and trotted over to the sentinel, his wavy tail swaying in the breeze. He approached the other dog, and he nodded. "Lets go," Ace muttered, and the two dogs dissapeared into the forest.
Time crawled by, and dead leaves and twigs crunched beneath their paws. The two dogs walked silently through the foliage, the birds' song filling the canopy with joyful music. Ace searched his mind for something to say, but nothing popped up. So he remained silent. He would enjoy the forest more if her were alone, so that he could stop occationally and admire the scenery. He wondered how other dogs could always be so serious about everything, for instance - more dogs were always grumbling and muttering things to them selves. But of coarse, that was his opinion, based on his experience. Maybe it was just him.

Akane
Akane's perked ears flicked backwards and her senses pricked all up, aware of everything. "Ask her how she feels about Lola. Pack mate wise." Eclipse's words were suddenly there, flowing into her auds as she couldn't do anything in response. The way the Bluetick said it, it was surely only for her own ears. No one else's.
Akane had trained herself not to do anything in some situations unlike Akadios where words would just pop out in times of notice. Most of the times that happened, nothing good came out of it. So the mutt kept her mouth shut and felt the slight breeze when her Alpha walked away silently. Letting her breath out, Akane realized she'd been holding it in. No idea why. She had nothing to be afraid of right now. Did she? No fear to the Alpha or pup that sat next to her. No fear to the pack. The air seemed more tense, and it was only barely noticeable, but it was there alright. Something seemed to be waiting to creep up on her. Waiting to spring and maul her to death. Like that bear that Akadios had called "friendly".
It was brought to her attention immediately, but Akane did nothing. She'd tell Eclipse about it later; assuming there was a later and that whatever was chilling her to the bone was just her dumb nightmares.

Akadios
Perking up his ears straight, he acknowledged Dark with a dip of his head and then headed out with Ace, bending around turns knowing which way to go perfectly.
The Shepard knew how to adapt to any place, from his days walking alone and learning the landscape, never knowing what was going to come next. He learned the ways of the land and knew expect whatever was to be expected. That was his training in his younger puphood when he was trying to become a police dog. It had to be known if you wanted to survive chasing down the enemy, or what his master called the enemy.
Akadios, being as stupid as ever, almost missed it. A faint scuffled pawprint in the mud. He'd fallen behind Ace slightly and let out a sharp, short bark at the Messenger, warning him. Leaning his muzzle down to the mark, his sniffed, but no scent came off. It was also too big to have been Ace's print, and besides, he would've been able to smell something that was stepped only moments before. Judging the size with his paw, it was slightly bigger than his, which made him shake for a split second. Not a lot of dogs were bigger than him. Especially not in the pack besides a few at least. It had rained a yesterday, so the scent might've washed away in that, or it was really old. It was thick mud. Like drying clay. It could stay a shape a while. Still, nonetheless, Akadios took precaution. "We need to walk more careful." He whispered over to Ace. "We can't make much noise if anyone else decides to pop up around here. We'll swing back and come back this way after we're done patrolling and report it to Eclipse." The brute noticeably didn't mention anything about if they did see other things. They'd need proof to accuse them anyways.

( Currently awaiting a third person to post until i can post. Akane and Ace, sounds good! I shall PM you both on some idea's on how you would be injured. Auriakuri, that is fine. Take as long as you need and we shall try to keep the post rating steady for you to come back. Crystal, thanks for taking a intrest. Please tell me when you have finnished your application. If i may say, i am not sure if a loner is a great idea at the moment. I like to get many of the dogs talking to other roleplayers and i am afraid you will get left out, since there is no other loners. Just my opinion.)

She looked down to the grassy terrain and thought about it closely. "Thank you Alpha..." She sighed, wondering carefully, what to decide. If I choose yes, its a whole new responsibility, and it will take a long time for the pup to warm up to me... Well I think. But if I say no, it will hurt her, and me... It might even affect her future. She shook her head "I don't know, I will think about it..." She whispered, watching the Alpha walk away. She turned back herself, and headed towards her pup, she tried to look as normal as possible, but she was holding a big opportunity in her paws...

She watched her mother walk away, only hearing the muffled words of Eclipse. She whined, wanting to see what the private talk was about, but she dared not disobey the rules. She pawed at the ground, but decided she would go out side, maybe to see some one... She saw Dark, the Alaskan Husky, also the Beta of the pack. Even though he was quite mean hearted, she still liked him. She stumbled over to him, her paws trembling over each other. She yipped, as she fell over, landing softly on her plump tummy. She was a couple of dog lengths towards Dark, so she jumped up, and sat next to him. "Hi Dark!" She barked, her fluffy tail thumping lightly, on the soft ground. She saw Eclipse walk off with out her mother, so she yipped to Dark, "Woops gotta go!" She tried to run back, but stumbled and fell over every couple of steps. She felt like slapping herself, but she didn't, as she thought that was a little bit stupid.
She finally, reached the den, just when her mother got there, "Where have you been miss?" She asked. Zoey blushed a bit, thinking how brave she was to leave the den all by herself. "I went out, and I said hello to Dark." Zoey proudly, said. "Ha, the grumpy dog!" Lola teased a bit, although he could be a bit grumpy. "What did he say?" Lola asked her tiny pup. "Well, he didn't have time to say anything, I bolted so you didn't think I been out." Zoey giggled. "You were very brave going out by your self," Lola barked, nuzzling her daughter. "You look worried.. What was the talk about? Why had the Alpha been considering it? Tell me!" Zoey blurted out, unanble to control the urge to blurt stuff out. "Ha, sorry, but I can't tell you unless I say yes." Lola sighed. "But its something exciting... So far, i'm considering yes... But i'm not so sure... After a nice sleep, I think I will know." Lola carried on, gesturing her tail around the den.

Ace eyed the sentinel worriedly, his caramel tipped banner swaying nervously. "Why? Did you-" he started, his voice suprisingly loud. "I mean- Did you see something?" he whispered, his floppy ears getting in his eyes. He brushed them away, and looked back at Akadios. Ace saw the look in his eyes, and nodded. He understood. The countinued silently, an ominous feeling in the air.
Time crawled by, and the two dogs passed the scent boarder. "We're in the rival pack grounds," Ace whispered, his shoulders and back lowered almost to the ground, making him look as if he was stalking prey. The Kooikerhondjes padded anxiously through the forest, his eyes darting around for any sighn of a rival. He felt the terrain change beneath his paws, and his paw slipped into a small hole. A pawprint. Ace whipped around, and motioned for Akadios to stop. "A fresh pawprint," he whispered, His leathery nose scrutinizing the bizarre mark in the soil.
"Can't we just go hunt now? Those stupid mutts are probally sunbathing anyway," A male voice barked, and a high pitched whimper replied. "But the Alpha says we should wait!" the other voice squeaked, louder than the first one. Whatever the source of the voices, it was getting closer. Ace shot a glance at the Sentinel, who seemed to get the idea. It was too risky to speak, so Ace shook his cranium vigorously to the left, motioning that they hide. Akadios nodded, and the two dogs dashed into a bush - for there was no time to escape. "Wait - I smell something," the first voice snapped sharply, and a large, muscular male dog clumsily pushed through the shrubbery infront of them. The strangers couldn't see Ace and Akadios, but Ace could feel that they sensed their presence. "You sure?" the higher voice squeaked, and a thin Irish wolfhound emerged. Ace looked at Akadios, and his muscles tensed. Akadios was eyeing the larger dog, in a way that worried the Kooikerhondjes.

Personality: Xhilta is bold and stubborn. Xhilta doesn't fight much, as it wates her time and energy, but she will defend herself if necessary. When she is around a large group of dogs, she will act submissive, but when one-on-one with another dog, she will act aggressively.
Past experiences: Xhilta was born sometime during the winter, and she grew up a happily with her siblings. When she was old enough, she fled from her mother's den and after a few months of scavenging off of the packs leftovers, she was accepted and earned her rank.

Merldae
Merldae heard another dog walk up to her and sit next to her, Merldae kept her hazel gaze in front of her, not even wanting to know who it was, but then again she didn't really care. "Hey Merldae." She felt a wet nudge on her shoulder "What's goin' on?" Merldae looked up and saw Akane "Hey Akane," Merldae looked forward again "Just looking." she yawned boredly. She looked down at her front paws and began making swirls in the dirt, her tail swirled up a small 'tornado' of dirt as it wagged lightly. "Waiting for the hunters to get back with more food? I can tell you're waiting for someone." Akane smiled, Merldae looked away from her paws and looked back at the trees. "Nope not the hunters." she giggled, she stood up and went and grabbed a large stick, her small jaws could barely fit around the large stick, she slowly dragged it to where she was sitting and plopped down and began chewing on it. She spat out the pieces of dead bark that had collected on her mouth "I'm just waiting for my mom." she began chewing on the stick again. "I think if she's lost she might smell me and come back." she stopped chewing "I know it's been weeks since anyone seen her but that doesn't mean she is out there.." she perked her ears as she saw a small rabbit hop by. She stood up and stalked forward, her clumsy paws almost tripping her but she was able to keep her balance. The rabbit lifted it's ears before settling back down on the grass, Merldae licked her lips and lunged forward and latching onto the rabbit's back. The rabbit let out a deafening squeal before kicking it's legs at her face, Merldae growled and bite down multiple times until it went limp. she carried it back to Akane "Look at what I got!" she said excitedly, she wagged her tail "Do you think Eclipse would want it." her gaze trailed over to the alpha "Yeah she will!" she said before letting Akane answer. She romped over and accidentally bumping her head into Eclipse's thigh "Oops." she murmured. She stood back up and carried the dead rabbit to the alpha's paws "Look at what I got!" she said with her tail wagging rapidly, she dropped it in front of her "You can have it!" she rolled onto her back to scratch an itch on her back.

Eclipse
Eclipse breathed out calmly, relaxing her body of awful thoughts that swam around her brain. The dirt ground felt tense, the air was still and the area of her den was thick with stress which she had been trying to calm. Digging her front nails deep into the ground as she lay, Eclipse found that she had not realised many signals given out through the months. The rabbits where disappearing from Hilled path as-well as the deer; The fawns where no-were to be found. The hunters rationed out their hunts from time to time so their pray would have time to settle down and repopulate the area. They had recently began to hunt at Hilled path and rather than the animals repopulating, they where dying of un-known causes. Eclipse had no idea that they where being killed by her pack's rivals.
Stretching her neck, the young Bluetick felt a thud into her thigh as her eyes where closed in the sun. Eclipse was not surprised by this, and she barley flinched or quickly looked down at her disturbance. She mealy breathed in, opened her eyes and looked at the young pup who had mistakenly crashed into her. "Oh, Hello Merldae. That is a nice catch you have in your jaws". She smiled, but before the pup had answered, the rabbit was at her paws.
"Well, this is a kind offering", Eclipse spoke, a hint of amusement in her voice from when the pup itched her back. "So, what have you and Akane talked about? Anything...interesting?" The hound barked, her body still full with trepidation. The rabbit at her paws was warm, but she could feel it cooling. She would likely leave it for ration's. After all, Eclipse thought the pray was dying of diseases.
The pack leader turned her gazing to the roof of the den, where rope like tree branches hung. Her den was next to a lovely tree and it had been growing many many inches over night for many months, and the branches started to bend. They started to grown through the gaps in the top of her den to give it a nice decorations look. She snorted and looked back down at Merldae, awaiting for her answer from her chat with the Delta.

Akane
As the first words rang into Akane's ears, she flinched. Merldae's mother was dead. They'd found her body and then buried it near the lake. The blue heeler mix opened her mouth to say something and then shut up, knowing it would be unwise to do anything of the sort. The pup would have to know the truth sooner or later, and she will; but she shouldn't give up hoping. Sometimes hope is all you have, even I it isn't enough.
Akane watched the pup for awhile, studying her curiously. When Merldae brought back the rabbit, she smiled and touched her nose to the pup's head. "Do you think Eclipse would want it?" Akane nudged her slightly before the pup burst on over without giving her a chance to say, "Yes." Her gaze followed little Merldae over to where she accidentally bumped into Eclipse. She chuckled slightly and then stood up and started to pad over.
The walking over to both pack-mates only took a few moments but it suddenly seemed like a lifetime. Akane felt it again; the feeling of her skin crawl. A freezing chill going up her spine. A creepy tingling sensation throughout her body. She tried to relax and dismiss the feeling, but it wouldn't go away. Her thoughts and everything around her seemed to disappear in a blink and her vision was shrouded in fog. Then, it a snap, all of it was gone except the weird feeling when she reached her Alpha and the pup.
"Caught it by herself." Akane's voice was groggy, but after clearing her throat she spoke more clearly again. "And, uh, no we haven't really talked about anything yet before she caught the rabbit." The fae looked at her Alpha a sorry look on her face. All she'd gotten to do was ask how the pup was doing before she raced off to try and find Eclipse and offer the newly caught prey. Her blue eyes gazed at both of them for another moment or two before averting Eclipse's gaze and glancing around the rest of the pack who were either resting in the sun or talking with others.
Interrupting that all, was a certain howl. Jeez, the idiot Shepard always had to do something.

Akadios
Everything happened so quickly it was seemed like a blur. The German Shepard barely had time to register what Ace had said before he had to bolt into some bushes to prevent being seen by two other dogs from the rival pack. The voices of the suddenly appearing dogs somehow didn't seem surprising at all. Actually, it felt almost as if Akadios himself was expecting it. As the first muscular dog stepped out, Akadios struggled to keep from snarling. Then the next smaller Irish Wolfhound that appeared didn't appeal to him that much except that if he was battling him, it wouldn't be too hard to snap his neck as it would within battling the larger dog. The brute found himself eying the big dog. His feet shuffled uneasily when he realized he knew what he was thinking. He wanted to wrestle with that dog, no matter what. If there wasn't any other danger at the moment, Akadios surely would have pounced out of the brush and tackled him.
Shaking himself from his violent thoughts, he made a new, simple plan. Run and warn the pack. Akadios thought to himself. As quietly as possible he brushed his tail until it touched Ace's shoulder. Then he jutted out his jaw in the direction where they came; back to pack grounds. It wasn't a good idea to stay here ... And if they didn't move now, Akadios himself didn't know if he could contain himself not to attack the larger brute.
Then suddenly, one of Akadios's stupid plans that somehow always ended up someone getting injured. Eh, hopefully it'd work out to be him unlike last time when it was Akane who got mauled by the puma ... ANYWAYS. Akadios glanced over at Ace, a look that hadn't been in his eyes for awhile: Longing. He could only hope that Ace got the message, because without waiting another moment, he took off out of the bushes towards pack grounds.
What was logic? Ace was faster than Akadios, definetely. So if the two dogs followed him, it would give Ace enough time to circle around them all and then get back to the others. If Akadios could get there faster than the other two dogs he hoped would follow, he would get the support of the pack fighting him, or at least get close enough that help would come soon enough. Two many ifs.
Akadios bounded along, his paws thudding against the ground as dirt flew up behind him. He didn't look back. Just the forest and land ahead of him ... He just needed to get there. Home safe home. The brute couldn't see his own eyes at the moment, but he was sure they looked wild. Brown pools of pure madness. The thing though, that he didn't look back. Was probably one of the stupidest things he ever did because when he finally did turn around to check, they weren't there. "No..." He whispered to himself. "Oh man, no." Then he made a split second decision. He turned around yet again and hurled himself toward where his pack lay resting, while Ace might be facing death. The Kooikerhonjes would have to hold out for awhile. He may be able to outrun them, anyway. If Akadios sprinted back now, they might not even be there when he gets back to the same spot. He just kept on running, trying to shove the thought out of mind. The brute was going to be OK. He had to be.
Akadios seemed to fly by faster than he expected. It might have been because he was running, but he seemed to reach familiar landmarks as soon as he took each twenty paw-steps. They felt good, but it also felt like time was ticking so fast; like a minute was every heart-beat. Soon, the brute stopped suddenly at a fallen log. Still a little ways away from where the pack was, but close enough to hear something that he and Akane had always used to do. He howled. His vocal cords rang with a flowing sound, and then he started to run again, not waiting. Akadios needed them to be ready. Short words, they would all be safer faster. Long words, it'll seem like forever.

Ace felt something brush against his shoulder, but his eyes remained locked on the other dogs. Escpecially the larger one. His muscles were tense, and his body was trembling. He was scared. Really scared. Now, if you're a thin dog like Ace, fear is worse than death.
Fear can control you, make you see or feel things that aren't real. Ace's pupils were contracted, his eyes wild with fear. Ace heard a rustle, and yelped. His heart pounded against his chest, and he could hear the sound it made ringing in his ears. Ace glanced to the right - Akadios was gone.
The Irish wolfhound pricked his ears, and was coming closer. "I hear it to," it squeaked, and the brute pushed him out of the way. "Oh, now you hear it,"the larger dog muttered sarcastically, and sniffed the air. His lips curled upwards, and it looked as if he was grinning. "I know you're here, I can smell you," he snarled. "Come on out wimp! It will hurt /less/ the sooner you reveal yourself. You can hide, but I'll find you!" the dog barked triumphantly, standing taller to showcase his muscles. "I can find you too!" the smaller dog squeaked, and the brute silenced him. "Idiot," he muttered under his breath, and his eyes flashed. "Oooh Looky here," he grinned, padding cumbersomely towards the bush. /He saw me. Run. Run now!/ Ace thought, but his muscles refused to move. /Stupid fear/ he thought, and forced his legs to straighten.
The life-or-death switch flicked on in his mind, and he sprang out of the foliage. "Come here!" the larger dog barked, but although his size, he was clearly out of shape. "I'll get him! I'll get him!" the wolfhound chirped, and took off behind Ace.
Ace was fast, but the dog was faster. It leaped onto him, and it's bony legs pinned him down. Ace snarled, and the dog flinced. It was scared too. "Stay here.... stupid.... mu...tt," He snarled between breath, tried to keep his balance. The muscular dog, which Ace identified as a rottweiler, came staggerering out of the forest, panting and sweating. "See! I ugh... told... huff... puff... you!" it barked, still wheezing. Apparently rottweilers weren't built for speed.
"What shall we do with him?" the smaller dog barked, cackling in a high-pitched voice. "Cut it out," the brute muttered, still trying to catch his breath. "Say, you aren't really the fast type are you?" Ace barked sarcastically, although he knew it wasn't the time for wise guy remarks. He needed time. "Shut up," the brute wheezed, and collapsed on the ground.
Ace looked around, and noticed they were in Hilled Path. At least Ace hadn't led the dogs to his home. Right now, there were two things on his mind. One, escape, withought the dogs following him. Two, Akadios. A strong, deep howl broke interrupted the rottweiler's words, and Ace recognised it as Akadios's. /What if he didn't make it back to camp? What if they had gotten him? Akadios is a strong dog Ace, He can do anything./ he thought, trying to reassure himself. But it didn't help.
"Say....Does your pack have a messenger?" the thin one barked, trying to be tough. /Oh brother/ Ace thought, rolling his eyes. "Put a lid on it Canto," the rottweiler barked, and stood up. "Yes Mentor," the so called "Canto" mumbled, hanging his head. He stepped off of Ace, but the Kooikerhonjes had no plans to run. "Yes, I'm the messenger," Ace barked, his voice quivering. He wasn't really the "Brave Type" or whatever you call it. "Well here's a little message just for you," the brute sneered. "Our pack's planning on taking your hunting grounds, and if you need proof -" The rottweiler sneered, and lunged forward, sinking his canines into Ace's shoulder. Ace yelped and the large black dog licked the blood off his lips. /Great. All I need now is an infection/ Ace thought angrily, and the dog continued speaking. "-Well there's your proof. Now get your furry butt back to camp," the rottweiler demanded, and Ace took off. He could hear the dogs laughing at him, but he kept running. "We'll settle this score later," he muttered, and the wind lashed at his furry face. Familiar landmarks raced past, but Ace kept a steady pace.
The bite in his shoulder was smarting terribly, and his front left leg was impossible to move. "Somebody help me," he whined, and tripped on his own leg. His body was hurled onto the ground, and he struggled to get up. "HELP!" he barked, hoping he was close enough to camp for his packmates to hear.

(Huskystar, yes, you may have a few cuts but you cannot be mauled or bitten, Like Ace. A few claw scratches is fine. And i know i am breaking my own rule but since the fight is going to start soon, Eclipse needs to give out orders. Besides, i could count Akadios as the third post =3. Eclipse
Eclipse glanced up towards her Delta, Akane, who was walking over towards her. The females ears perked, ready to hear what the cattle dog had to say. But as Akane talked, her breath flowed outwards in a silent sigh. looking downwards at Merldae, she was going to try and ask the pup herself. "Merldae, i need for you to give a truthful answer to what i am about to say. How do you feel if you could have a new mothe-" Eclipse paused at the howl. Her gaze turned to Akane, who knew Akadios far better than herself. "Would he howl for a reason, Akane?" She barked, but before she got the chance to answer, Eclipse had rose too her paws and padded a few paces, her nose in the air. It smelt clean and fresh as the morning rode into the noon, but as she was going to dismiss the howl, blood fell. Eclipse took her nose away from the air. Her pack mates could be in serious danger. Why had she told them to do a foolish thing? "Dark, Akane, please look after the pack whilst i follow this scent." She barked clearly.
Breathing in deeply, Eclipse's paws pounded onto the ground as the scent of blood became nearer. Her paws had carried her to the outskirts of Hilled path. The blood scent was strong here, but it could be her hunters. Eclipse remember the hunters had returned a few minuets ago. Eclipse barked a warning signal to where the blood had come from, but she strode on, her ears perked under her flopped ear flaps. Her head was low and her body was tense. She pounced her way up the one of the Hilled paths and rose her head in the air once more. The smell was now faint with blood, but strong with dogs. She growled loudly, remembering the scent of the rival pack her former leader had told her about. The view of some of the pack was like looking at aload of mutant gorilla's: Grissly and fearsome. "So you dare step foot in OUR hunting ground." She barked loudly, as far as her voice could strain. She sprint down the hill, stumbling at how fast she went. "Oh, did little Eclipse look for who's blood we spilled?" The smaller dog spoke in a high voice, trying to match a females. "Who have you hurt. Where is you idiotic Alpha." She demanded, but the dogs did not speak, for their alpha had turned up behind them. Eclipse realised he was under a few inches lower than her, but his body was built of pure muscle. Her would have been good looking if he did not have nasty sneer on his face. "Oh Eclipse. The sweet little puppy that has the true blood of a humans girl." He growled. The Alpha was a Cane Corso, a dog she heard that was part of a dog fight when she was with her humans. The dog before her looked like a dog bred for its large muscles. "Who's-is-the blood." Eclipse said with her teeth clenched in a less confident voice. Her rival alpha took a moment to answer, his eyes surveying her body. "A little prune, that's who. Your messengers is the blood." He growled. Eclipse's eyes soften in worry. "Where is he." she said, her teeth clenched again in anger. "I tell you what. Since you are a good looking b*tch-", at this, the males chuckled in deep voices. "I shall give you a chance. A fight. If you win, i shall tell you where i think you messenger went, and the land remains yours. If i win, i can have your body. It will make a amazing sleeping spot." He said, moving to her shoulder and licking it. She dared not move incase he bit her. "Such a soft pelt. And of corse, the hunting grounds." Eclipse breathed in. Her Beta and Delta would organise the pack if she died. And for the safety of the rest her pack, she accepted the offer.
"Good good. Run along and get your best of you pack mates. I would love to see their blood spilled. But first, Alpha to Alpha. A nice little fight between us. If one is nearing HER death-" He said, a sly grin crawling across his face. He said this because he thought he was going to win this battle. "Than the rest of the pack will break into a wonderful battle where i will leave no dog in its safety." He cackled. The male Alpha turned to his pack mates and barked at them, "Go get the rest of the pack. Leave shorty there." He barked, looking at the small dog he dared not speak. Eclipse was about to lunge at the dog but as she took a step forward, the rest of the pack bared its teeth. Eclipse walked away, backwards, incase any of them tried to attack her. As the pack was out of sight, she ran as fast as she could. Eclipse did not know how near Ace was and she could not hear his whines for help over her paws which pounded the ground as she ran.
Pausing at her pack ground, she growled in anger of how her rival's could be so awful. She kept her calm in front of the pups, but her clenched teeth was a tell tale sign she was immensely furious. "Dark, get the warriors and hunters. Tell the healer to be aware that blood will spill." She said, passing him. "Akane, take the mothers and pups to a safer distance. We cannot afford for our future true pack members to be harmed. And where in the world is Akadios." She said. The Bluetick barked and bounded up to a rock where she made announcement. Nothing so serious has been recorded to be told where she stood. "The rivals have gone too far. They are taking the Hilled path as their hunting grounds. Also, i do not know where Ace is. If we win, we will keep the hunting spot and he shall tell us Where he thinks Ace is. If we loose, they have Hilled path plus your Alpha will be dead." She barked, meaning she was to be dead. "No pressure. Lets get moving people, Akane, remember what i said." Eclipse pounced off the large rock and led the way to Hilled path, her pulse pumping through her soft fur with adrenaline.
(Everyone, please follow Eclipse to Hilled path except the Mothers and Pups. Akane will take them to a 'safer place' But as the pack starts, a few of the rival's find you. Everyone else, do not start posting about the fight. It starts off between both alpha's. Please post on how you follow Eclipse and how you line up about to watch the battle and then finally join in where i plan to get Eclipse into trouble. Do not post twice until i have started the fight with the Alpha. I am sorry if you think of me bossy, telling you what to do but just want to make sure if everyone understands. C=)

(Yes, for the battle i will deleate that rule, since me and the main dogs involved will need to keep up with their posts. Also, Ace may fight in the battle if he pleases, or he can remain lost until Eclipse win's the battle and the rival's point her in the direction they think you went.)

Dark spun around, thinking he heard something, but saw a little Border Collie pup stumble off. "Ur..." He tilted his head to the left slightly. Dark was just about to stumble of to his den, to go to sleep, but then Eclipse shown up. "Dark, Akane, please look after the pack whilst I follow this scent." Dark sighed, but he knew he had to obey the Alpha's rules. "Okay..." Dark murmured. He then lifted his black nose high into the sky, and breathed in, smelling a rival pack. "Eclip-" Dark whined, but she was long gone now.
Later, he saw Eclipse running desperately, towards him. "Dark, get the warriors and hunters. Tell the healer to be aware that blood will spill." Dark nodded, I knew it... He sped off, towards the centre of the territory. "HUNTERS AND WARRIORS!" He yelled at the top of his voice. "ECLIPSE NEEDS YOU TO GO TO HILLED PATH!" He then raced off stumbling over some stuff, over to the Healer's den. "Healer?" (Sorry don't know names xD Well I don't think there is any healers.)He asked. "Blood will spill. You need to go near Hilled Path, but not to close incase you get hurt..." He barked softly. He then trotted over to Eclipse, his eyes wide with confidence, and a tint of fear...
"No pressure. Lets get moving people, Akane, remember what i said." Eclipse spoke calmly.How does she do it? Well, I might be Alpha one day...If I don't get killed.He thought, and then trotted next to Eclipse. "They will be stronger if they had more food than us..." He whispered, his voice sounding strong and confident. But even he knew that he was scared... He was always so nervous at battles, but he had a feeling that he could do it. Soon they would reach the Hilled Path, were the rival pack awaited for them...

Akane
Akane waited for that piece of time for Eclipse to get back. During the time period, Akadios had come bursting back to the pack, howling like the dunderhead he was. That is, until he stated that we were under attack. Eclipse had gotten back and clarified them. "Eclipse, are you sure it should be me who takes them--" Akane started to speak towards her Alpha at the last order and then shut her mouth. It wasn't the best idea to argue at something like this. "If we lose, they have Hilled path plus your Alpha will be dead." Eclipse said to her. "Eclipse ... You won't die. I promise." Akane snapped at her Alpha. She stumbled over to Dark who was ordering the Hunters and Warriors. "She won't die, right?" A look of desperation wandered over her face as she whispered the words to the Beta.
Akane turned around, without waiting for his reply. The mutt charged over to where Lola and Zoey were and immediately nudging them both to get up. "Come on. Let's go. We have to move; we're heading for Lake Silverpeak. You'll be safe there until the battle is over." Akane's own confidence surprised herself. Her voice spoke clearly and she found herself bounding over to Merldae, before snatching her up by the scruff and bringing her over to where Lola and Zoey were again. The fae dropped her off there and then stormed over to Akadios. Again, she had that strange look on her face, like someone else had taken control. "Protect them. Please."
Turning away again, Akane ran around to where the Warriors were rounding up into a group. "Today, we're going to teach those flea-bags what happens when they challenge us to battle!" She barked at them. Her paws swiveled and turned quickly, trying to get the dogs ready. "And who are we? We're dogs of SILVERPEAK!" She howled over the starting noise of the Warriors. Akane glanced over at Eclipse and gave a nod of encouragement before running back to Lola, Zoey, and Merldae. She turned around and faced the rest of the pack while trying to get the three moving along. They could use the biggest headstart as possible, but she didn't want to start without permission. Especially if this was the last time she would see her. It won't. Akane thought to herself. They would come back. They had to
Suddenly, Akane got a glimpse at exactly what she didn't want to see. It was a picture of Hilled Path. Slaughtered dogs lay all over the place, both her pack-mates and the rivals. Akane almost sobbed, but she kept herself together as she blinked as many times as possible until the thought was out of her mind. She needed to get them all to safety. Nothing else mattered at the moment. It was her duty to obey the Alpha, and protect the pack at all costs. She would.

Akadios
As Akadios got back, he howled as much as possible until Akane had started fuming at him and snapped about a billion times trying to tell him to shut up and slow down. Before he could finish, Eclipse had gotten back and clarified everything else. He panted until Eclipse gave out final orders and then he joined in with the Warriors, ignoring the aching screams of his paws. He witnessed Akane psyching up them all, and admired that skill. Akadios was actually quite surprised to find out that she wouldn't be leading them into battle with the rest of them. He didn't know what Eclipse had in mind with that, but he went with it anyway.
Many words flew around his mind as they all waited to head out. "Protect them. Please." Akane had said to him, with that look that he'd only seen a few times with her. Desperation and fear. He'd silently promised her that he'd do everything in his power to do that. He'd finished Akane's job of pumping all the Warriors up until they were howling in anger and rage at the rivals, even though they couldn't possibly hear them from where they were. Akadios couldn't believe everything they said. Some of it frightened him dearly. He'd really hate being at the mercy at some of the Warriors in this point of time. He then stuck himself back in the crowd and waited for more orders, glancing over at Akane and the others a lot. It came naturally.
He and Akane had been through so much together. From the time they both had to fend of two other loners, or when Akane got mauled by a puma and Akadios had to drag her across the river to get away from the angry feline, and to the time when they first met and were at first trying to pulverize each other even thought they were both still young. They were the siblings each other never had, and Akadios was pretty sure he could speak for his "sister", too. That's what they seemed like they were to each other. They used to always have each-other's backs. It would never change because it couldn't. Not after all they'd been through. Through the harshest winters they endured, to the most tramautizing incidents they both had. They were siblings.

Personality: Bo is a very sensitive male, and it really hurts him when dogs judge him from his looks. A soppy lazy uncaring dog. But really he is friendly, active, and sensitive. He can snap back at people, if somebody really mega hurts him. He is very trusting, and caring, making him very good at his job. He would help any dog in need, even from a different pack. But his loyalty stays to Lake Silverpeak Pack. As it should.
Past experiences:
Bo was born and raised, in a small cottage,in the north east. His mother, Daisy, was a purebred Shar Pei, along with his Champion Agility dog dad, Marko. At 6 months old, Bo was desperate to take after his dad, Marko, so he started to train, along his dad. Soon, Bo was a champion like his dad. Then... Humans died. Bo decided to stay with his parents for awhile, but soon they both died, of starvation. Bo was the one most fed, because his parents didn't want him to die.
Later on in his life, at 10 months old, he stumbled into the forest, hunting small animals, or eating berries. It helped him for awhile, but not for long. Soon he heard a call for pack members, without any second thought he raced towards the sound..
Eclipse let Bo join, but at the first time he joined, lots of pack members laughed at him. But a couple of months later, he earned the job of a healer, as he knew his herbs, and healed a few dogs. Some dogs stopped teasing him, but a few still do.(If you want to tease Bo, its fine with me. xD)

Merldae
Merldae rolled onto her stomach and looked at Eclipse, her tongue rolled out of her mouth. Eclipse began to speak but a howl rung through the air "Who was that?" she whined, she sat up and perked her ears. She watched as Eclipse ran to the trees and disappeared into the forest, she looked at Akane and stood up and shook the dirt from her pelt. She watched as Akane trotted to her friend then watched as Eclipse reappeared from the trees, a worried look on her face. Merldae whined as Eclipse began telling the warriors orders, she couldn't tell what Akane and Eclipse were saying to each other but just a moment later Akane ran over to Lola and Zoey and telling them something. Merldae yelped in surprise when Akane grabbed her by her scruff "What's going on?" she whined as Akane carried her to Zoey and Lola. Akane dropped her gently and ran to Akadios and said something to him then she stood at the front of the pack "Today, we're going to teach those flea-bags what happens when they challenge us to battle! And who are we? We're dogs of SILVERPEAK!" Merldae heard the howls and growls coming from the warriors. Merldae laid her ears down and her tail fell between her legs, her body shook slightly, the fear began to flow through her blood as the pack howled. Her hazel gaze turned to Lola, her eyes were filled with fear as she turned her head to Akane "A-Are we going to D-D-Die?" her body trembled awaiting a truthful answer. Akane tried to get them moving along, to where, Merldae didn't know, but she stopped and faced the pack again, it looked like she was waiting for the 'okay' from the alpha but Merldae didn't know. Merldae looked at the pack also and saw many of them running around and telling everyone what they needed to do, it seemed the peaceful morning had turned into a hectic afternoon. Merldae closed her eyes and pictured the calm face of her mother, that's all she wanted..Was her mother to be there with her and tell her everything was alright, but she knew her mother was nowhere near. A thought came to her mind "What if my mom is out there? Maybe with all this noise she will find us!" she barked, she crawled under Akane and ran to the large group but was stopped by the same dog from earlier "Hey! You can't go over there!" he ordered. Merldae whined "But...But..What if my mom is out there?" The dog looked at another dog who was there the day she never came back, he turned his brown eyes back to her "We will look out for her..I promise.." he grabbed her and carried her back to Akane "Keep her safe.." he looked at Akane with worried her eyes, it looked like he mouthed something(You can choose what he 'says') but Merldae couldn't read his lips. The hunter ran back to the large group and began barking to the others, Merldae looked at Akane, her eyes showed a small glimmer of hope that her mother was still out there.

Eclipse
Eclipse bounded through the thick foliage as her pack howled behind her in rage of her rival pack. The young Bluetick slowed down, ready to give out more orders as she trotted. She gave threatening glances to people who tried to over take. She meant no real harm by this, but she wanted everything to be crystal clear so nobody steps out of line as they misunderstood her. "I want everyone to stay behind me when we arrive. Nobody is to go attacking at first glance of them. If you do, you will be dead. One dog against thirty stands no chance." She paused, licking her maw in fury. "Me and the rival alpha shall fight. He wants it to start between him. If he dares to send his pack in early..." Eclipse let out her rage on a twig, picking it up, thrashing it about and biting down so both where in two. Eclipse knew that nobody had seen her fierce side. She stayed quite for the rest of the short jog, her fate could be in shatters.
Arriving at Hilled path, Eclipse nodded at her warriors to line up in front of the rest, her hunters behind them, but Dark, her Beta, shortly behind her. She ordered for Akadios to line up along side the warriors. Eclipse gazed forwards, her rival pack charging up the hill with the alpha in lead. The pack stopped dead but the alpha continued to walk towards Eclipse, his teeth bared, showing a drop of blood which slowly ran downwards and onto the grass turf. He stopped as his large, dark nose was inches away from her. His muscles flexed to know that she had big competition. His lips now covered his teeth as he began to talk. "Your Delta not with you? She chickened out?" He barked, sharing a joke with the rest of his pack. "No, she is prot-", Eclipse paused. The males pack might search the area if they knew there was a few helpless pups around. "She is looking for Ace." She replied, returning to a more suitable sentence. The alpha male turned to his pack and nodded a few of his hunters towards a direction. They left, large smirks on their faces. "So Ace is that way?" She barked, as the male gave out some information about her messenger's whereabouts. "We mealy just want to confuse you. But enough of this boring talk. How about we start this fight." The Cane Corso growled, His calmer voice fading away. Eclipse snorted, but she got a little confused on why he started to walk in the opposite direction of her and he now faced his pack. "Are you backing out?" She barked, but he returned a growl quickly. "I am making it a little more interesting. A clash, i should think, would make this a little more interesting. Walk towards your pack, little pup."
Eclipse looked around and then slowly backed away. She took a few paces backwards before her body turned towards her pack. She reached Dark and looked him in the eyes. "If i am in trouble, you help me. Let the rest battle with the others." She said in a whisper. The Bluetick looked behind her at the Alpha male who now had turned to face her once more. She did the same. "The battle will be legendary, but for now, young puppy, i bid you a farewell." He hissed before he launched himself forwards to attack the female, and Eclipse did the same.
She wished she had a little more time to prepare, but before she could slow down, the Cane Corso had pounced into the air and forced her onto the ground, lying on her back. The rival alpha snapped at her neck but Eclipse's hind nails scratched down his belly, making it very raw. She finally gained her strength together and pushed the male away from her, giving her a few seconds to rise onto her paws. The male launched at her again, but Eclipse was ready this time. He jaws opened and so did his. She grabbed down onto the top half of his muzzle whilst he aimed once more for her throat. They landed and spun, trying to release themselves from pain. Eclipse bit down and the alpha released her, but she was swung off by his force. The male then forced himself towards her leg which he grabbed and shook like a rag doll. She squealed in pain as she was dragged down onto the grass floor, his teeth sinking deep whilst he shook her. Eclipse managed to reach towards his ear and pull with the rest of her energy which was being drained increasingly fast. Chewing, tugging and biting at his ear as a tears grew in her eyes, shining in the noon sun. The male finally let go as a flap of his ear was about to be chewed off but his energy was far from gone. He grabbed her neck and pulled her up. He span, causing great pain for Eclipse as she begged him to stop. He refused and flung her back to the grass where he awaited for her to rise again.
Eclipse had always shown strength to her pack, but her lying on the floor must have been heartrending to watch, since a few of the hunters and warriors stepped forwards to help her. She shooed them away as she rose again. "Is the pup giving up? Its only been a minute. I told you Eclipse, you are not a match for me." The rival alpha barked, walking towards her. Her gripped her leg and pulled her back to the floor again. He walked up to the young alpha and stood over her. He sighed, sounding sympathetic, but it was all part of his silly act. "Eclipse, i told you not to match with me. Half of your pack is from human hands, including you. You do not belong as a alpha." He barked, forcing Eclipse's head back down as she aimed a bite. "Too slow puppy." He grinned, his front paw pressing against one of her paws. "I have a two word's for you, Eclipse and those are," The male bent down to whisper a filthy word which she had only heard young, ignorant humans say.
Eclipse began to growl and so did most of her pack. "Same back at you, buddy." She said before raising her hind legs to the front of his chest and forcing him away with all her might. He attempted to finnish her off but her force blocked him. She barked loudly in which everyone could hear. A word which would set everyone into killing mode. "ATTACK."

EDIT!: ((Going to edit this, because I just read through Rainbows hole thing xD))
Dark growled, his teeth showing to the rival Alpha. Then Eclipse yelled something, "ATTACK!" Dark kept his gaze strong on the rival Alpha, growling, kind of saying through his growl, "If you hurt our Alpha, you will be in trouble." His hackles were raised, and his tail was held high, to show that he was a dog, not to be messed with. With out noticing, the other Beta, who was a Saint Bernard, was charging towards him... He felt large paws on his side, and he fell onto his back with a thump. He looked up at the Bernard, trying to snap at him, but boy was he tall. He latched his claw into the Bernard's ankle, and twisted him off. He clawed at his nose, and bit into the furry chest, growling. The Bernard threw him off, and knocked Dark of his paws again. "Agh..." He whimpered, but he stumbled up to his paws. Burney, (What Dark calls the Saint Bernard) tried to knock him down again, but Dark ducked to the side, making the dog trip over. Dark rolled on the lush green grass, and put his paws on the Beta's side, clawing at the belly. Burney tried to get up, wriggling, and struggling but Dark kept the hold. He looked towards Eclipse, a worried expression on his face, he didn't want the Alpha to get hurt. He then looked back at Burney biting his neck, a snarl coming through the thick white fur. "GET OFF FATSO." Burney yelled, but Dark ignored him. "Alright! Calm down!" Burney whined, the blood pouring from his neck. "I give up!" Burney sighed, Dark let go, only to get knocked over by the Saint Bernard. "Your nothing like a Saint." Dark growled, his side aching, he had been hit 3 times in the same side, and it was starting to hurt, but he didn't give up. Dark stumbled to his paws, and his eyes dark with anger. When he gets angry, he gets ANGRY. He charged at the Bernard, it looking surprised, he bowled it over, biting its neck... But while the Bernard was falling over, and he was biting his neck, he flipped over and landed on his back.. It hurt him alot, but he didn't show it.. Burney didn't seem to give up either, but he couldn't reach Dark with his small fat head, and his small legs. Dark was biting the back part of the neck, so it kind of gave him a advantage.

Bo grabbed some herbs in his mouth, and stumbled towards where the pack was going. "Oof, wait for me!" He whimpered, luckily, with a few large steps he was able to catch up. He stood next to a large dog, that normally teased him, "Hey wrinkle." The dog laughed, a few other dogs laughed along with him. "That's Bo to you." The Shar Pei angrily, snapped back, trotting onwards, he was quite proud knowing he had a rather high rank. The herbs were making his loud voice quite muffled, but Bo thought the other dog heard it, as he seemed quite surprised that Bo was standing up for himself. Normally, Bo would just hang his head in shame, and walk off.
As they reached the hill, Bo hung back a little, following the Beta's, orders. He saw that the rival healer, was preparing himself to fight, and Bo thought that was a bit stupid. "Good luck..." A dog whispered, probably, wanting some healing if they got hurt. Bo shrugged, and nodded his head in appreciation, "Same to you.." He wished every dog in his pack luck, even the ones that teased him. He thought he would see Ace trot on, but he didn't see the Messenger anywhere. He shrugged his floppy shoulders, and looked around, Hrmm... Bo wondered. He knew that Akane and Akadios were pack at the pack territory, so he was okay with that. He lay down on the lush green grass, and crawled further up, seeing the Alpha's chat and snarl to each other. The rival Alpha was the first one to attack, and Bo watched worryingly, pushing his herbs closer to him, and watched as Eclipse shooed away some Warriors who wanted to help.
After that, Eclipse yelled "ATTACK!" That set everyone off. He watched Dark eye the Alpha, but then he noticed a Saint Bernard running up to him, "DA-!" He tried to yell to him, but it was to late he got bowled over. "Ouch..." Whined Bo, "Might need a few pain relives for that.." He sighed, sorting the herbs out a bit. He had almost all of the 'battle herbs' that he got, but he left some as he couldn't carry all of them, anyway he needed to save some. He wondered what the pups, and the mother, Lola, Zoey and Merldea, was up to, probably, heading away from the territory for some safer grounds. Bo's belly heaved up and down, and he shivered, he was very very scared, even though he wasn't the on fighting.
He thought about who would help him, if loads of dogs got hurt, and wondered if he should help some rival dogs after the surrender from the rival's. Even though he would keep his loyalty to his pack. He watched Dark pin the Saint Bernard down, and mutter something to him. "You can do it.." He barked, he was mostly aiming for Dark, but really he was barking to all the other dogs, even though they probably, couldn't hear him. He wished, that they would win the battle, and have there hunting grounds once again.

Akane
Akane stared at Merldae thoughtfully then bent down to her while Eclipse was still giving orders. "You ready to have an adventure? That's what we're going to have." Akane gave a quick smile and nudged the pup to Lola and Zoey. "Did I miss anybody?" Akane called over the noise of the pack.
Counting them all over she decided to head out, pushing them on towards the lake. Her mind wasn't on anything but the battle that was going on in the opposite direction. So bad she wanted to join her pack-mates, and either be victorious with them, or fall down. Now, Akane couldn't help thinking that what if her pack all failed in the battle, that there were no survivors ... No survivors but them ... No. Not possible. Eclipse and Dark both knew that they couldn't let that happen. So did Akadios. A few times the Delta looked back from where they came, fear pulsing through her veins. Then she'd turn away, her eyes shut closed tight, and keep the group going. "Keep going." Akane would call every few minutes or so. "We need to keep going. Someone will come get us after the battle's over." She wouldn't add anything else, the fright of her words being broken and shredded to pieces.
But Akane's heart stopped and almost leapt out of her in happiness. She could hear Eclipse's voice from here. "ATTACK." Her Alpha had howled moments ago. That gave her new spirit and she tried to speed the group up, nudging them all gently in the direction of Lake Silverpeak. Something else made her fur prickle up in nervousness though, and it wasn't the raging battle. Something was going to happen, and no one was going to like whatever it was. Her face expression was probably scaring the group if they saw her. It was ghostly, like she was about to die even though there wasn't anything there ... right now. Akane clenched her teeth together and kept going, but changing to the full back of the group, wanting to be the first thing that whatever was coming hits.

Akadios
His Alpha's calling words rung in his head like bells. Akadios's relieved the running to Hilled Path with the Hunters and Warriors. Then it came to where the only sudden word might've been the last thing he ever heard Eclipse say. "ATTACK."
"FOR SILVERPEAK!" Akadios surged forward and charged at the one he had wanted to challenge earlier. The giant muscled Rottweiler charged for him as well, as if they could read each other's minds and wanted something the same. Teeth met fur and fur met teeth. Both dogs wrestled on the ground, trying to bite each other and pin the other down. They went like that for another minute before pulling apart and challenging each other again. This time, Akadios rushed at the Rottweiler and shoved him over, using two paws. The other brute went flailing, but he found his feet, and there wasn't a mark on him. In fact, he seemed more irritated than in pain. It made Akadios feel excited. There hadn't been a dog that matched him in strength since Akane was seriously pissed after she got mauled and almost drowned in the river while Akadios was trying to pull her out.
The Rottweiler charged and they met each other again, both on their hind legs, trying to hit the other with their forepaws. Akadios's lips were drawn back in a snarl and he stuck his head forward, meeting the brute's neck. The Sentinel didn't expect it though. The best he could do was shove some air out of him before having to back away to catch his breath. Then stormed to him again. It went like that for awhile until the Rottweiler pinned him and tried to snap at his neck. Akadios gathered the only strength that was left, and heaved with his hind paws, throwing the Rottweiler off him. They backed away from each other, acknoledging the other's strength, and then left the little area to battle others.
There wasn't any point in going on with each other. They could've gone like that forever, they were equally matched and both knew it. They'd probably go back at it later if both were still standing. Akadios and the Rottweiler would be tired by then. "Good luck with your pack mutt!" The brute snarled after him. "Same for you, flea-bag!" Akadios returned the words and then turned to swipe a a forepaw at a new opponent. A female dalmation who just got done causing one of the smaller hunters to go running. "You next, little maggot?" The dalmation's voice was crackly and Akadios responded with something that sounded like a hiss. "Nope; but you are granny." Then, they challenged each other and started the battle, accidently breaking up a fight between two other dogs: A norwegian elkhound and an american akita. It went like that for awhile, and yes, the bombed a bunch of other fights, including one between two Dobermans, and one between and Brittany and a golden retriever.

Eclipse
Eclipse was pushing the Cane Corso back with the rest of her strength left which the male had drained. She pushed him back far enough to get a good bite at his lower jaw which he was snapping furiously at where his rival had found this sudden strength. Eclipse let the male fall and her teeth clenched onto his lower jaw, her neck straining and her body aching as her fell on top of her. His eyes where closed but not for long, for he barked roughly and a few of his pack mates turned their heads and came charging at the pair. Eclipse's jaw released the Male's out of shock. He was cheating. "You good for nothing bas***d!" She barked, battling her teeth with his as he tried to maul her. Her weight move and she finally released herself from the bone cracking pain of his weight. She pounced out of the way as large white spaniel with soft, floppy ears aimed his claws at her. Eclipse turned to her main target and once again they both locked their teeth too chunks of flesh, attempting to weaken each other.
The flesh piercing, teeth baring, fur tugging battle between both of the alpha's was lasting for much longer than Eclipse's rival had intended. After he had shook her leg, pierced her shoulder flesh and scratched her raw, she was still battling with her hidden strengths. The Bluetick pushed him away and the dogs began to circle, both rapidly panting for breath, still managing to show their ferocious side. "Okay Eclipse, i no longer call you a pup for you are stronger than i thought," the Cane Corso said with surprise. He had obviously thought that no dog would stand a Chance against him. His head turned to the spaniel who was attempting to help, but the alpha signalled him off. "You see, if you look, you warriors are so slow. Look at that one." He barked, Eclipse quickly glanced to see one of her newest warriors who had just come out of being a apprentice lying on the floor, panting rapidly with blood surrounding his muzzle. Another was helping him get out of the way of the battle, but the dog who had attacked him was trying to stop him. Eclipse growled, her teeth clearly showing before sprinting, the male alpha aiming to stop her but she was much faster and was built of pure speed. The female hound bounded towards the attacking rival and grabbed the dog by his hind, dragging him away and shaking him to the floor. He begged her to stop and she only let go when the Cane Corso came charging at her, tripping over the dog she had pulled away. "Okay. Fine. If this is how you are now going to play it. To the death." He barked loudly, rising to his paws. He was clearly drowsy from the fight. Eclipse liped to him, tore the rest of his ear of with a sickening blood splatter and replied. "To the death."
The next part happened in seconds, the pair rose into the air and clashed together for the final time. The rivals had stopped to look and as did most of her pack. Blood flew around the air, coating the grass in the liquid. Eclipse and the dog who's name she had not learnt was covered in each others blood as they shook each other in attempt of murder. The growls where loud and the snapping of jaws where awful to hear. Some of Eclipse's female warriors dug their heads into others pelts so they could not see the ending of which they did not know. A bone cracked and they looked past the pelts too dare see what had happened. Eclipse had grabbed her teeth on the males bone and twisted it rapidly. A deafening howl of pain echoed around the surrounding area. Eclipse shook the broken Bone of the Cane Corso as he winced in pain, his voice gone from growls and barking. The female finally let got and licked her maw, slowly panting as she looked at her rival in the eyes. "I am not as cruel as you intended." She said between breaths. "Let your healer try to help you with the short amount of time you have." At this, the male turned his head to her, closing his eyes and breathing in. "This is not over, Eclipse." He said weakly. "Oh i think it is. Now before you are going to be taken away to the shame of your pack members, Where-is-Ace." Eclipse growled. The Cane Corso pointed his nose towards (*insertplacehere*), but he started to talk, with a weak smile across his face. "But i don't think Ace is the only person you want. What about all those little puppies and their mummies, eh? And the only dog that will be able to defend them if your Delta." Eclipse paused in her panting fit. She turned towards Akadios, her face fell of victory. "Find Akane!" She barked. She knew the rivals where cruel but she would have never though that they would put pups and mothers lives at risk.
Eclipse looked around at her pack, breathing in slowly. "I guess, victory is ours. For now. You two!" She barked, pointing her nose at two unharmed hunters. "Go to (*insertplacehere*). Try to find Ace! Follow me, my minions, victory is ours." She said, but ofcorse, for many like herself, it was not. Eclipse had puncture wounds and blood covering most of her body, but Eclipse had never asked for help involving attacks. Even when her brother died from a long walk up a mountain and he fell she still, never asked for help. She tried to herself, and her other brother pestered her to find someone, but she thought she could do it by herself, and he finally died. Eclipse ordered for the harmed to be picked up and carried back to camp as her rivals struggled to get their alpha back home. "Bo, you need to assist the injured. Thankfully, there are only a few hurt, and it looks like most have scratches and claw marks." She said. Eclipse did not care for her own welfare, she only cared for her pack mates, and even if she was near death and only one of her pack mates was harmed with a few scratches, she would always want them to get better, for Eclipse was loyal to her pack, and would never let them down.
Eclipse's worries where focused on Ace, Akane, Zoey, Lola, Gem and her injured pack. The alpha limped back to her pack, ordering them to follow her to safety. Even though she thought about Ace and that he was alone, and Akane and her fate, she still felt the need to help him, even when she was in such a dreadful state.

Ace opened his eyes groggily, feeling suprisingly tired. Where.... where am I? he thought, but could not speak. The kooikerhondjes could feel a wet, warm, and gooey substance glued to his shoulder, and the tips of his paws were dyed crimson, and his vision was blurred. What happened?"ATTACK!!!!" The word rang through the air, and the birds abruptly stopped singing.
A thought burst into Ace's mind, and he remembered the two dogs attack him. Panicked, he jumped up, shivering. Are those two dogs coming after me? He looked around anxiously, but everything he saw was blurred and distorted. It looked unrealistic. "Oh God, whats happening?" he whispered weakly, and the grass beneath his paws felt warm and gooey. "Oh jeeze..." he moaned, and stared at the scarlett splotches staining the grass.
A distant howl broke the silent, and was followed by a chorus of barks, howls, and growls. The frightening noises rang in his ears, and Ace's muscles tensed up. Ace struggled to remember, but his mind was foggy. He must have gotten a concussion during the struggle with the two rival hounds, at least that should explain the lack of comprehension. Now, a smart dog would go and find water to clean the wounds, and then go help his pack. But you see, its hard to be smart when you've got a nasty laceration on your head. The kooikerhondjes staggered in the opposite direction of water and his pack, towards Dry Canyon.
Ace seemed oblivious of the landmarks telling him to go back. He stumbled on, often tripping on a tree root or log. He felt something wonderful and cold beneath his blood-soaken paws, and made a raspy squeak of exitment from his dry throat. The kooikerhondjes galloped into the gurgling stream, and launched himself into it, landing in it with a most disgraceful splash. Ace soaked his body in the clear water, and drank as much water as he could. By the time most of the blood had washed away, the howls and screams of pain had died down - mostly because of the splashing sounds Ace was making. His mind was a bit clearer, but his judgment of direction was still clouded. He staggered aimlessly through the forest, eventually ending up in Dry Canyon. The terrain hardened beneath his paws, yet Ace seemed completely oblivious that he was literally walking into a death trap.
Hours passed, and Ace's sense of judgement finally cleared up. "Where am I?" he whined, and stared at the clay towers surrounding him, creating sort of a maze. A normal dog would have imediatly recognised it as a canyon, but Ace had lived most of his life in the forest. He was one of the few "feral" dogs in his pack - although he wasn't really that tough. The sky was growing dark, and Ace thought about the soft bedding in his den - much more comfortable in contrast to the dry, compact clay beneath his paws. Ace sighed, and looked for a place to rest.
The canyon was spooky at night, every pawstep echoed, giving you the feeling somebody was following you. Ace whimpered, and quickened his pace. A large crack in the canyon wall finally revealed itself, and Ace managed to squeeze through. The compact tunnel opened up to a large cave, with stalagtites dripping from the roof. If they're dripping, there must be water... Ace would have looked for water roght away, except it was pitch black in the cave. The air was thick and musty, but it was safe. Relluctantly, Ace flopped down on the cold stone "floor" and lay hid head on his paws. "Tomorrow," he promised himself,"tomorrow... I will go home"
But he was wrong.

Merldae
Akane bent down to Merldae's level "You ready to have an adventure? That's what we're going to have." Akane gave her a quick smile before nudging her to Lola and Zoey, Merldae looked at her and nodded. "Did I miss anybody?" Akane called out, but Merldae could hardly hear her over the noise that the pack was making, Merldae's ears perked up as the pack ran into the forest, she wanted to know what was going on. Merldae wondered what would happen on their adventure, "Where are we going?" she peeped, her voice quiet and calm, well she tried to stay calm but something was telling her to run and hide, something deep down was telling her something was wrong. A small whine escaped her maw as they began their journey, to where? She didn't know, but she trusted Akane dearly and would do anything she asked. Every once in a while Akane would tell them to keep going and slightly nudge them forward "We need to keep going. Someone will come get us after the battle's over." Akane told them, "Why are they fighting?" she questioned, her mother had told her stories of great battles, some were for causes and others were for greed. Merldae watched a butterfly flutter past her nose, it's wing were so delicate, both were a deep green with a hint of blue. Merldae looked down at the dusty ground and bumped a pebble with her paw every so often to 'entertain' herself, a sigh left her mouth as she looked at Akane "Are we there yet?" Merldae heard a ruffling of leaves off to the side of the trail, she perked her ears and saw a cricket pass by. She huffed and kept her slow pace behind Zoey and Lola.
(Maybe when they get there Merldae will walk into the woods and find a rival or just a loner and begin talking to him/her, since she is very sociable. If it were a rival maybe he/she would ask her where her group was?)

Akane
The sound of Merldae's voice snapped Akane back to full reality. "No, we're close. Not there yet. If you want, I could probably carry you and then--" The fae was cut off by one of the most heart-wrenching things she'd ever heard in her life. "Hey look! I found the little brave Delta." A laugh mixed with snarl came from the dense undergrowth. Spinning around, Akane snarled back, stating her dominance. A skinny male greyhound stepped out, and before the next one could, she was already shooting out on single order to Lola. "Get them out of here!" With a hind paw, she shoved Merldae back with a hind paw, harder than intended. Instantly, she wanted to apologize if Merldae got hurt from that and then thought herself as an idiot. Death or a little bruise from the Delta? Akane would probably pick a bruise. Out next came a clumsy bloodhound, who was wheezing; probably from running. "Yeah ... A little tiny ... Delta and ... her little group ... of puppies..." The bloodhound sneezed violently for a few seconds and then stopped. "Now, I'd like to say that I'm not as cruel as my other pack-mates. So I'll let you meet your death sentence. I'm Orbit, and this Unnan. Now time to die." The greyhound smirked and Akane returned with a grin. "And I'm Akane. Nice to meet you, fleabag!" The last words turned into a rippling snarl and both dogs returned the gratitude.
The next things that happened went by pretty quickly. Both Orbit and Unnan launched themselves at the Delta simultaneously. Normally, Akane wouldn't have done so, but she shot herself forward aswell, for self-defense ... or what she called self-defense. Both attempts were fails. All three dogs got nothing but ruffled fur, but then spun around, ready for another attack. "Delta first. Wimpy pups and mothers next." Orbit snorted gladly. Akane didn't reply, just shot at the bloodhound after considering her options.
Orbit, the greyhound was, well, a greyhound. Greyhounds were the fastest dogs in the world; nimble and swift. Bloodhounds? They had good noses. Attacking Unnan meant that she was turning her back and the quickest of the two, but Orbit didn't seem as strong as Unnan either way. If she attacked Orbit, even though the bloodhound was slower, he had more strength than her. He could rip her off easily. Jeez, none of the options had a very good ending.
Akane hit Unnan head on, face-to-face, her jaws opened and teeth bared ready to rip flesh. And it hit flesh alright. Akane bit down her his muzzle, keeping his mouth shut and letting blood slowly drip into her mouth. The male bloodhound tried to whip around, trying to fling her off, but she kept stuck to him until teeth met her flank. Instinctively, she let go whirled around to see Orbit, his teeth stuck on her hip. She whirled around like Unnan and growled out her pain. No blood dripped yet, but it felt like it. Turning around as best as possible, she snapped at his ear, catching one between her teeth and giving a tug. Orbit let go with an angry snarl and backed away before charging after Akane again. Akane charged at him too and they hit. It felt like gravity was torn, because she flew backwards about a meter straight into Unnan and barreled him over. He was still recovering from the bite, because blood was dripping into his eyes. No chance he could see with scarlet in his way. It took again a few seconds to adjust to where she was, but she regretted it immediately. Teeth snatched her hind leg and dragged her across the ground like a toy ragdoll and shaking her to the ground. The Delta couldn't help but let out a slight whimper. "Haha! I've got the beautiful little Delta to submit to me." Orbit's voice was muffled as he spoke because he was still holding her leg. "GET OFF ME." She let out a caterwauling growl and pulled her leg away leaving a large mark with pure scarlet dripped down. Akane got up with a huff and backed up, not letting her leg touch the ground.
Akane had no idea what to do. She couldn't take them both. And she also had to get the mothers and pups to safety. This really wasn't helping. So she did the only thing she could think of. Raising her maw to the sky, she let out a howl. Sadly, it was cut short. A bloodhound had decided to join the party again and slammed into her, ramming her over to the ground. She let out a whimper and winced as she was rolled over. Her hind legs lashed around wildly, trying to get the attacker off. Orbit was suddenly at Unnan's side, making some strange noise that sounded something between laughter and a dramatic squirrel's final breath. "Such a pretty little fae. Orbit sighed and continued. "So sad Alpha ordered us to slaughter you and the others. I think I would've enjoyed a pretty fae like you in our pack." Akane laughed. She actually had the nerve to laugh. "Good. Good for you. Now, I'd like you to let me up now. It really almost worked. Orbit looked confused, and even a bit tempted to do so. Stupid Unnan. Unnan spoke for him. "No you idiot. Now you die." His words apparently made Orbit remember his job again. Orbit started to rip into her underbelly, giving no mercy. All of Akane's paws flailed again. She howled in pain. She tried to snap at their ears, until she got an idea.
Everything stopped moving. Breathing stopped. The whole world seemed to stop spinning. Akane laid there. Bloodied and basically mauled. Fur bits hung off of her. Orbit stopped and Unnan relaxed. They both thought she was dead. Turning around panting, both dogs turned into the direction of the mothers and pups. They started to step toward them. "I guess its time for you to--" A fae interrupted Orbit's sentence. Another dog bulldozed into Unnan knocking him over. This time, Akane wasn't going to let go. While he was still shocked and sprawling out on the ground. The Delta ripped into his belly fur, the same ferocity that Orbit had showed her. Surprising to her, teeth didn't immediately meet her hind like they normally would. Orbit was a slow reactor. Akane snapped down onto his paws and yanked and twisted while she still worked down at his stomach, blood starting to flow out. Unnan was howling out in pain and that's when teeth yet again met her flank. Only this time did nothing happen. Akane wasn't dragged away, she kept slashing and trying to murder him. No mercy. Not this time. Orbit was pulling harder and harder as each moment went by, and Akane snapped down for the last time and snapped at Unnan muzzle. "Don't. Ever. Cross. My. Territory. Again." With that said, Akane let go and felt teeth against her throat as soon as she turned. The fae was thrown to the floor with a huff and Orbit looming over her, obviously recovered from his shock. Now, he said no words, just let his head up and then down again to make the final death bite to her windpipe. Akane gaped for air, but nothing came in. Blood followed as Orbit let go, his red-stained teeth showed as he stared down at her. "Weakling Delta."
More things surprised Akane and them too. More fur stormed out of the undergrowth, snarling, howling, growling. He barreled down the greyhound and didn't give Orbit a chance. He snapped down on his windpipe and shook violently until the dog didn't move anymore. That was the last thing Akane saw. More death. Her eyes closed and she went into more nightmares she'd ever had before.

Akadios
The battle between him and the Dalmatian didn't last long as the fight between the two Alphas begun. After it ended and they both said the last words to each other, Akadios needed no order whatsoever. "But i don't think Ace is the only person you want. What about all those little puppies and their mummies, eh? And the only dog that will be able to defend them if your Delta." At that, he sprinted off. Eclipse's order to him followed, but he barely heard it. No ... No, no, no. That was the only thing he heard. He ran as fast as he ever had before. Faster than when he and Akane were running from puma, or the bear. Logs and boulders rushed through his view and his worst fear came true. Akane's howl came. It wasn't normal, it was strained and, actually, fearful. And so somehow, he got faster. His muscles pumped and he felt as if he was a greyhound, but in a rush. It was a matter of life and death for innocent dogs. And so it seemed like it was only minutes, though it seemed like eternity. He was in time. Maybe.
Akadios hurled himself out of the undergrowth and at the nearest dog as soon as he heard the commotion, he slammed into a greyhound who yelped in surprise. The tumbled away from Akane -- Oh, Akane. Blood everywhere around her. Rage filled inside of the Sentinel as he saw his friend. Luckily, he was left on the top and he reached down and bit. Bit like never before. Until he stopped moving. Until the light in his eyes went out. Then he got up, and sprinted to her howling. "No! Akane come on! Get up!" He nudged his friend, a bit hard and then he looked around for once. Another bloodhound, alive, was writhing on the ground wailing. He couldn't exactly see the others, but he expected them to be safe. Akane was protecting them after all. Akane. The dog that watched his back forever. He stuck his nose in her fur, and thank god it was deathly cold. He raised his snout to the sky and howled urgently, hoping his pack would come to help. Bo especially. Akadios sat himself down next to his friend, worried. Akane was still alive, but what if they were busy? What if they didn't hear the howl? What if the rival pack also heard the howl and came running at it too? Jeez, too many ifs. Again.
He just waited, staring at her bloodied fur and with anger realizing that not all of the blood was hers. It was that filthy mutt's and the other filthy mutt. He wished they'd come to life again so he could kill him again. That's when he realized the bloodhound was in fact still alive. Should I? Akadios debated this with himself and then shook his head. Too much death ... Wow. Did I really just say that? Akadios shook his head again in confusion and then forgot the thought. He'd leave the brute to die on his own.

Personality: Energetic & Curious: This young male could chase his tail for hours, not giving a hoot about what's going on around him. His stamina is similar to that of a shaken soda can ready to explode. Otto is one to often seek more about something, hitting him with a 'curious' persona. Learning new things is a must for him especially when it has to is with his training or anything about the island's nature.
Adventurous & Brave: Even if its a short hike in the woods or a stroll on the shores, count this dog in! He loves to experience life and see what's out there. The surroundings of nature put him in a peaceful mood, but mainly in the moments of solitude. Then their are the moments where tremendous bravery is needed in order to get something done. Otto will often to volunteer for these things, as he always viewed heroic actions as doing something 'good', even if he is too young for the task at hand.
Loyal & Honest: Remaining loyal to his pack is something Otto promises to do. He looks up to his alpha, who he sees to be one of the most loyal dogs he knows. Otto always lives up to his promises, and if he doesn't, he feels as if he is swimming in a pond of regret. With his honest attitude, it makes it easier for one to trust him, even with the littlest things.
Past Experiences: Otto's history is mysterious in it's own twisted way. He was born to a loner mother deep within the forest of truth, being the only pup of the litter. His father however, was the beta of Silverpeak's rival pack at the time, who loved his mother dearly but could not tell others of his mate or he would have his loyalty questioned. When his mother had finally given birth to him, his father visited his mother every evening supplying her with food and herbs to stay strong. This lasted for almost a month, but one night Otto's mother had come down with a sickness that she had picked up from the hare she had eaten. She died a painless death, while Otto's father grieved for days. He could not bring his pup into the pack because it would risk his loyalty, nor could he bare to take his pup's life. Later in the week he brought Otto to the outskirts of the Hilled Path, hopping that the Silverpeak pack would take Otto in and provide a better life for him. With that, he left Otto at the border, turned his back, and never looked back even though it killed him to do so.
The following day he was discovered by a patrol and brought into the camp to be nursed back to good health, while many of the dogs gave him the label 'Lost Pup'. It wasn't until 2 weeks of living in the pack when he was finally given the name Otto by the female who watched over him. His father on the other hand had heard of the new arrival pup to his rival pack and could only smile to himself. His pup was safe and that was all that mattered, but he prayed that he wouldn't have to face him in battle.
Months passed and eventually Otto grew strong. It was time for him to become an apprentice and take his place in the pack, even though he has no knowledge of where his true bloodlines are. He was told growing up that he was found in the forest and brought into the pack, which is true, but it is unknown if any other dog discovered his true past.

Lola watched, her eyes wide with fear. "Ge- Get Of her!" She heard her daughter Zoey, growl at the fierce dogs. "Zo- Z- Zo- Zoey... Le- Lea- Leav- Leave it t- to A- Akan- Akane..." Lola stuttered, feeling like she was going to throw up. She picked up Zoey by the scruff of her neck, and then pushed Merldea back with her paw, then she shuffled backwards, breathing heavily. "So sad Alpha ordered us to slaughter you and the others. I think I would've enjoyed a pretty fae like you in our pack." Lola growled, feeling more confident, "Shut up lousy cat-brain ." Lola snapped. She got up, and stood in front of her precious pup and Merldea. Yes.. I will... She thought. (Who can figure out what she's talking about?) Her tail tucked under her legs, and her merle ears flopped down. Lola watched Akane fall to the ground, "Akane!" She wined, she then watched the Greyhounds windpipe get ripped, and the Bloodhound was watching nervously. She ran up to Akane, not really caring about the blood hound. She nudged her paw, and yelled out, "BO!" Lola shivered nervously, breathing in and out very heavily.

Zoey watched in horror, shaking, and trembling. She wanted to say something, and tried to even mouth the words, but nothing came out. She nudged up to her mothers leg, closing her eyes, sniffling in deeply. She lay down, burying her head in her soft neat paws. "No no no..." She just about managed to struggle the words out of her mouth, as she peaked her eye towards the 3 battling dogs. She saw the Bloodhound grabbing Akane, and she was desperate to help, but she knew she couldn't. She buried her face in her paws again, muttering muffled words that nobody could understand. She looked up at her mother, feeling like she was going to cry... Then watched her mother run up to the Delta. She spun around, and saw Akane lying on the floor, and Akadios biting the Greyhound. "Ak- Akane!" She whined, Lola and Merldea were already there.. She raced up, flopping her legs about almost everywhere. "Akane!" She whined, as she reached the Delta. Zoey watched the Bloodhound, looking like it was having a fit on the floor.

Drops of dirty water dripped down from the stalagtites onto his head, and the kooikerhondjes opened his eyes wearily, and shook his furry cranium. Ace opened his mouth to let out a yawn, and his pink tounge curled. Groggily, he shook his pelt and felt around the cave. It was still dark, as it would be forever. The only way to tell what time of day it was was to go outside and see for yourself, or listen for the sound of distant birds.
Ace felt his way to the entrance, and stepped out half-way. He was immediatly blinded by the brightness of the day, and his pupils contracted until they were no more than specks in his eyes. Once he was finally able to see, he stepped out all the way, allowing the sun to scorch his fur. A good night's rest had slightly improved his mental condition, but his mouth and throat were dry, and the only thing on his mind was water. "I wonder if there's a stream near-by.." he barked, and his voice bounched off the stone walls creating an echo. "Sure is lonely here," he sighed, and padded briskly through the sandy canyon, looking around for any signs of moisture.
As the day wore on, the kooikerhondjes was close to giving up. His paws were covered in sand and dust, and his coat was sprinkled in orange, yellow, and grey specks. "This could go on forever," he wheezed, his throat still dry. A pebble rolled down one of the walls, and Ace looked up abruptly. A small, dark shape stood on top of the wall, and it whimpered before dissapearing behind a large boulder. What was that? "Hello? Is anyone there?" he barked at the place the mysterious figure had stood. There was no response.
Although Ace's mind was still a bit foggy, the male could still use part of his noggin'. He had heard of dog like creatures called "coyotes" that could survive in the most arid climates, including canyons and deserts. He had also heard that since food is scarce where they live, they could turn any small or weak animal available into a snack. This is what disturbed him the most. He looked around anxiously, and pricked his ears. Maybe I could hide somewhere, except its too bad I'm not sand colored... he thought, and pushed the idea away. Ace started to walk quietly, quickening his pace from time to time.
The sun was in the middle of the sky, and the heat was unbearable. Too bad I left that cave behind... I doubt I'll find it now. It's like a maze in here Ace's eyes stung, and his once wet nose was dry and leathery. His heart beat against his ribcage, and a thought struck him. What if I don't find water? What if I die out here and never see Eclipse or the pack again? It was searing hot, but just the thought of being stuck in the canyon until death made him shiver.
Ace felt a tingling in his spine, that forced him to spin around. Someone else is here. I can feel it. Ace would have taken off immediatly, but his energy had been drained by the heat. He stood there, trembling, not knowing what to do. He was petrified. He couldn't run, nor hide. So he just waited dreadfully for what would come next. The shadow he had seen before peered out from behind a wall, and two golden eyes flashed. Here it comes. Ace whimpered, and tucked his tail between his legs. At least the pack is safe. I hope they won't look for me and die the same way I might now...
THe shadow came close, and stepped out into the sun. A thin, sand colored cretan hound stepped out, and Ace was relieved it was smaller than him. Although Ace was much larger than the dog, it showed no fear. It sat down infront of him, and smiled. "Hi. My name's Salete(Sa-let). You?" the dog barked, and looked at him. It's voice was medium in pitch, and sounded girlish. Salete was a sand colored cretan hound with a silver chain around her neck. She was a half as tall as Ace, but she looked pretty tough."Uh, Ace" the kooikerhondjes replied, and smiled kindly. "You look thirsty - and tired. I have a den near-by with a stream. You wanna come?" Salete barked, and stood up, pointing towards the direction she had come from. "Sounds wonderful. Sure I'll come," Ace chuckled, and allowed the cretan hounds to lead the way.
The two dogs trotted briskly through the dusty labyrinth, Salete leading the way. It was quiet, so Ace decided to pipe up. "Thanks for helping me," he said, and Salate smiled. "I don't get too many visitors here. It's nice to have something new for a change," she barked. The two spent the time chatting about their lives, how they had gotten stuck in the canyon, and generally about themselves. Eventually Ace found himself telling her about the battle, and how the two rival dogs had messed up his life. "Oh thats terrible," Salete whispered once Ace finished speaking. "Yeah. I just hope they're dead now," Ace grumbled. "Violence won't solve anything. But I understand how you feel," she replied."How so?" Ace asked.
"I lived most of my early life in the city,"
"And?"
"I was a stray dog, and strays like me and my family weren't really that popular,"
"So what happened?"
"It was a normal, sunny day, and I was having a wonderful dream. I woke up to the sound of screaming, barking, and crying, and I felt something tug on my neck. I was just a pup then, and sone humans in strange suits had shoved my family into into a giant truck and I never saw them again. My brother had grabbed me by the scruff and taken me somewhere safe before he got caught too,"
"Oh, I'm sorry. I never knew.."

Salete wasn't crying, but she was about to. "Come on, lets go," Ace whispered, and nudged her gently. She nodded and they countinued. They walked silently for the rest of the journey, and Ace's heart soared when he heard the familiar gurgling f water. "Well here we are," Salete barked, and the two dogs drank eagerly.
Once they were rehydrated, the sky darkened, and the stars came out. Salete led Ace to her den, and the two lay down to rest. Ace fell asleep instantly, and Salete smiled. "Goodnight Ace," she barked quietly, and looked up at the moon. "Thank you," she whispered, and lay down, allowing herself to rest.

(Accepted, Otto! c= An apprentice choses a rank he or she would want to become when they come of age (Usually around one year). They will train in the rank that they choose. For example, Otto choses to become a healer, so Bo would train you to look for specific healing herbs that are hard to find, teach you on what will heal wounds,ect. And i suggest that Otto and Dark search for Ace for a few posts untill they have searched most places. They will then, ofcorse, search dry canyon on orders of the alpha. I do not currently want anyone to be left out and so am waiting for them, but in a day or two, they don't post, i shall continue with Eclipse's roleplay.)

Merldae
"No, we're close. Not there yet. If you want, I could probably carry you and then--" Akane was cut off by a voice from another dog, Merldae tilted her head in confusion and watched as a Greyhound and a bloodhound emerged from the brush. Merldae yipped in shock when Akane pushed her away with her hind paw, she did a barrel roll right into Lola's front leg with an oof. Merldae scrambled to her feet only to be pushed back father by Lola, Merldae watched in shock as Akane fought the two dogs until she finally fell and didn't get back up "Akane!" she yelped. Merldae almost ran forward but jumped back in surprise when Akadios rammed into the greyhound then finishing him off, Merldae's gaze turned to the bloodhound laying on the ground, writhing in pain. She growled and jumped on the dog and grabbed his ear and pulled as hard as she could then let go and romped over to Akane and nudged her "Akane?" she whined "You gotta get up okay? We need you with us!" She looked at Akadios "Is she going to be okay?" she bumped her head into Akane's back "Get up!" she barked. She jumped over Akane and gently nipped her front paw in hopes that she would get up, "Come one Akane.." she whispered as she slide onto her belly and laid her head on her paws.

Bo flicked his floppy brown ears, hearing something call out his name. "Lola?" He wondered out loud, looking around nervously. He picked himself up, it didn't sound like the mother was hurt, but it sounded urgent. He picked up a few herbs, leaving some behind for Eclipse and the others. He looked around, and sniffed in deeply, trying to figure out where the loud shout came from. In satisfaction, he ran forwards, his side flops, flying about. He leaped over twigs, his heart pounding, and the scent was getting stronger and stronger.
He skidded to a halt, and saw that blood was spilled across the terrain. In horror, he looked at Akane, who was barely breathing, with out even looking at the others, he jumped to her side. He pushed Merldea, and Zoey back a bit, but he was fine with Lola, as she was a grown dog. He got the cobwebs from one of his flaps, (xD) and put them on some cuts. He then got a leaf, and took a cobweb off from one cut, and gently cleaned it. Then when it started to badly, bleed again, he put the cobweb back on, muttering, "I'll clean that one of later." He done the same with the others, and asked one of the dogs, "Does anyone mind getting some water, I would my self but i'm pretty slow.." He barked, with a wide eyed expression on his wrinkled face.
He looked at Zoey, who was almost crying, and sighed, "I think she is going to be okay, but wheres Ace?" He hadn't seen the Messenger, and hoped that he was okay. His tummy breathed in and out, but very heavy, even though he was a professional healer. He had lost some dogs in the past, but he always tried his best, no matter what dog it was. Mean to the best dog in the world, he helped all in his pack. With sorrow, he turned his head to the dying Bloodhound, even though he tried to kill Akane, he never likes to see a dog die.. Never, no matter who it was.

Dark panted, as the Saint Bernard struggled out of his grip, and knocked him down, before following his Alpha. Dark growled, heaving himself up to his paws. His hole body ached with pain, and he felt dizzy, but he didn't think it would be 'fatal.' He saw Bo run off, and tilted his head, but then he heard the scream for help. "Bo's, went to help Lola, probably, Akane and Akadios." He trotted towards Eclipse, while he said the words, and barked. "I'm going to find Ace..." He strolled on, putting his nose to the terrain, but nothing was scented. "Maybe if I go to the rivals, they might not be back." He knew he would get a good scent there, as Ace was there. He stumbled onwards, breathing in and out heavily. He trotted forwards, heading towards the rival pack, hoping that they weren't back. His pink tongue lolled out of his mouth, as he searched the area for the sign of the rare dog. "Ace? Ace? Ace?" He repeated, almost every step he took.
Soon he reached the rival packs territory, and he breathed in, Ace's scent was faint, but it still was there. Also other dog scents were there, but not there packs scent. He gulped, and smelt a bit of blood, then put his nose to the ground. He sniffed in deeply, trying to get a good scent of the kooikerhondje. He shook his light pelt, and trotted on forwards, heading forwards towards the faint scent of Ace.

Otto
The pale undergrowth snapped at the soft pads of the malinois's paws as he pushed his way through the thick ferns guarding the many rows of sleeping fungi. Otto had split for the Hilled Path as soon as he could, and was now regretting his departure from earlier. Blood painted the once olive ground, where mounts of fur lay hopelessly wounded and glazed orbs gazing into the invisible nothingness. Otto averted his eyes from the sight of death and instead pressed on, hoping to find some of his pack mates. Ones that were alive at least.
Twists and turns, all baring the same bark of a familiar tree blurred in the young dog's vison as he hurled himself through the forest, hoping to find someone. At last, the familiar speckled pelt of the alpha appeared from afar, ordering the remaining troops to find the missing pack members. His heart dropped with worry as crimson fluid trickled from the manny wounds of his pack mates, littering the ground with their own DNA. "Go to ---- . Try to find Ace!" Eclipse had shouted, though there was more to follow, but the thundering of the paw steps blocked out her remaning sentences. Not wanting to disappoint his alpha, he bounded down the path where the Dark's tail was just disappearing behind a shrub. The male was much faster than the malinois, as he often had to double his speed to keep the husky in his line of sight.
Dark had finally come to a stop, his nose pointed with the faint sounds of snuffling heard from afar. He must have found something... Otto thought as he walked forward to the beta's side. Small gashes were visible from the puffy fur that sat atop of the larger male's figure. Wincing to himself Otto copied the same gesture as the beta, sticking his nose outwards to inhale the scents of the forest. Indeed he did find something. Ace, the messenger, scent lingered in the air announcing the sign of his previous presence. It was faint, but at least the two dogs could lead on to something. Otto raised his ears in alarm as he remembered that he had invited himself into Dark's presence unannounced. "Hiya Dark. I came to help," he barked craning his head upward to meet the beta's gaze. "If you need it, that is." The young male hoped Dark would agree to have him tag along to find the lost messenger, as it would be quite an adventure to discover the scent trail of Ace and follow it to his awaiting location.

Akane
Bo was already tending to her wounds as Akane finally woke up from her "rest". Unluckily, she was met by pure, aching, fiery pain on the gash on her stomach and her throat. Talking about her throat, it was parched. Badly. The fae immediately started to breathe more heavily, getting used to the feeling of the her throat being almost ripped away. Her paw kept twitching wildly, like it just didn't want to do anything else.
Once realizing all the worried faces around her, Akane tried to speak to them to say it was OK and only hurt a little -- a lie -- but all she could manage was a sneeze of blood droplets. Ignoring the pain everywhere, she shifted her body slightly so she could get a better view without having to move her neck. Orbit was lying dead, his throat almost cleanly ripped out, and then blue heeler mix couldn't help but glance as best as possibly at Akadios who was sitting by her side, blood staining his teeth, though he tried to hide it. On the other side, where they bloodhound was left when she let go of him. Unnan was still in the same spot, writhing around on the ground whimpering. His face was bloodied as was his stomach. Akane suddenly felt a shine of pride knowing that she did something like that to some evil flea-bag that tried to murder her and the mothers and pups. "You're going to be fine, Akane. Here me?" Akadios spoke from just in the corner of her eye. Again, she opened her mouth to respond but nothing came out. "Keep your mouth shut, flea-brain." Akadios snapped.
Even if he said it harshly, Akane took it to heart. It was the probably the least harsh way he'd ever said it before. And this was going to be the only time she didn't ever claw his ears.
Looking around again, she could spot Lola, Zoey, and Merldae aswell as Bo who was beside her, patching her up as best he could. Akane looked up at where Lola, Zoey and Merldae were again and shut her eyes with pure relief. They weren't hurt, and even though she couldn't see Gem from her angle, Akane knew she had to be safe. Otherwise everybody wouldn't have been crowding around her. After her eyes were closed for a moment, Akane's pain drifted her asleep, welcoming her into a beautiful dream, getting away from the nightmare of the real world.

Akadios
Akadios looked at Akane in relief as she woke up. Her voice was going to soothe him, and as she opened her mouth he let his guard down. She didn't speak. All that came out was a bloody sneeze. Akadios looked away for a moment until Bo spoke. "Does anyone mind getting some water, I would my self but I'm pretty slow.." Before he got up to do the task, the Healer spoke once again, directed toward Zoey. "I think she is going to be okay, but where's Ace?" Standing up, Akadios replied quietly. "I never heard, but I'm pretty sure Eclipse will send dogs to look for them. Probably Dark and maybe a few hunters." Of course the Sentinel was unaware of anybody who was going to look, but surely Eclipse would've sent someone.
"I'll go fetch the water and be back as soon as possible. I wouldn't leave it up to the rival Alpha to just go without any second last words." Swerving away from the group he charged towards the nearest water source: Lake Silverpeak. There would probably more rivers or streams on the way there, but if there wasn't, Akadios really wasn't very far from the lake anyways. It was probably where Akane was going to hide them all for as a safehouse while the battle was going on.
Akadios wasn't very far from the lake, but he actually took his time. He should've gone a lot faster than the pace he was, but what's life without its relaxing moments? Even after a deathly battle? It also gave the Shepard time to recalculate and process the things that just happened.
One: For once, matched up with an opponent.
Two: Almost lost the Alpha plus the battle.
Three: Ace, the one he was supposed to be running with, was missing and it was all his fault.
Four: Akane was almost thoroughly murdered.
Five: Akadios may possibly have lost his full mind while thinking these things all up.
"STUPID FLEA-BAG." Akadios had stopped in his tracks and slammed himself into a tree trunk. "Of course, you just go and lose a messenger. Go lose all your pack-mates why don't you?" He muttered more to himself before pausing and then continuing his delightful walk. Akadios's head drooped as he walked, shaming himself for possibly being the fault of Ace's whole disappearance.

Eclipse
Coughing quietly, Eclipse looked up to see Dark talking to her. She had bearly noticed him, since she was deeply worried by the unfortunate events which took the alpha and most of her pack by sudden surprise. Eclipse did not speak, for she was preserving her energy, but she nodded at her beta before continuing to walk back to her pack grounds, the rest of the dogs following her in her wake.
Arriving at her grounds, Eclipse watched Bo hurriedly helping his fellow pack members, her nose flaring in appreciation. The female turned her head towards the direction of Lake Silverpeak. Eclipse licked her maw and tasted the blood of her rival. Quickly looking around at her body, the Bluetick's front half of her coat leading to half way down her back, was stained with the dark liquid. Breathing in, Eclipse strode out of the camp grounds on her way to the lake.
The young female had broken quite a few of the rules that the last generation of dogs had specifically made clear to her. She was to keep her Beta and Delta near the camp grounds at all times, but Dark was away, searching for Ace, and her Akane was currently at a unknown location to her along with her 'brother', Akadios. Adding to her rule breaking, Eclipse was not even meant to be out by herself. She had broken that rule quite a few times. Recently, when she went to find out whose blood she had smelt, and also now, limping her way to the lake to clean herself up.
Hearing a thump nearby, Eclipse was quick to perk up her ears to see who or what had made the noise. Barking in alarm and to say that she was near, the alpha female pounced through some bushes to look upon who was near. She was about to strike the German shepherd over the head with a paw, but realised quickly that it was Akadios. Her paw rested back down and she stepped back in-case the senital was to do the same. "Have you found Akane yet?" She barked, but her gaze diverted to the path he was walking. Trotting a way back, Eclipse saw Akane lying on the ground with Bo, who had apparently left the pack grounds along with her. "Bo, why would you leave the grounds? Is she okay? Akane!" The female nudged the cattle dogs nose in order to keep her awake. "Do not allow her to fall asleep." The alpha looked at Lola and pups a little way away from the commotion and padded towards them. "Are you okay Lola, and how are the pups, i hope they did not get hurt. The rival finally told us at the end of the battle that a few of his pack was searching for you." Eclipse barked to the mother before lowering herself to the ground to examine the pups. Breathing out as she saw that the pups where unharmed, she stood back up and gave out orders, although she was currently in a un fit state to do so. "Lola, pups, you are to stay here. I am trusting you Lola to keep all of the pups in your sight. You wait here until either i come back or if Akane in well enough to be assisted back to the pack grounds." She said before turning back to Bo. "As for you Bo, help Akane as much as you can and as soon as she is well enough to walk, go straight back to the camp. You have no idea on how many wolves pass through here in order to get to the lake." Facing her body to where Akaidos was walking, she raced in order to keep up with him. "Akadios, assist Bo. Help everyone back to the camp ground when you are done." Breathing in as she felt a little faint, the female hound continued down a path as fast as she could go, yet it was quite hard to run when you have a mutilated leg.
Eclipse made it to the lake and she slowed down her speed. The soft, white sand sinked her paws into its warmth as she neared the lake. The blood on her body had now hardened in the wind, which dried it. Eclipse knew that it was going to be hard to remove the stains, but she could not constantly look like she had been in a pool of blood. Reaching the edge of the lake, She took in a shaky breath inwards and walked into the cool, clear water. She moved deeper, wading over small laps of waves until her paws Left the ground as she swam. Kicking her legs lightly, Eclipse moved outwards in order to get in good depths of water to dive down into. The young hound had loved water, ever since she was a young puppy. She used to play in her water bowl when she was with her humans, pretending to swim, and at this, her mother had always called her a 'water baby'. Dipping her head downwards to see the water level, Eclipse saw that it was all clear to dive. The alpha dipped her head back down and heaved her body downwards, the tips of her hind paws still wiggling at the surface.
Eclipse continued to enjoy the water and it got warmer as she got used to the waters feeling. Popping her head back to the surface and sneezing, the alpha had realised that the dusk was approaching. She looked up, still remembering to kick her back legs, and closed her eyes. She loved her home and the surrounding area of the land, and she had rarley appreciated it, but looking at the sky turn to orange, she realised how lucky she was.

He suddenly stopped and wondered what was following him. Dark looked to the side, as he heard some rustling. He faced his head to the sound, and saw the apprentice, "Ah, hello Otto." He barked, returning to his snuffling to the ground. He got the scent of Ace again, "Hiya Dark! I came to help." Otto barked. Dark wondered why, but then thought that Eclipse had sent him. "If you need it, that is." Otto continued. Dark wondered if he did, but he didn't want to send the Apprentice back, as he did need some training. "Come on then." He walked on forwards, his legs taking big strides as he was eager to find the Messenger. He started to head to Amethyst Stones looking back at Otto every couple of steps. His eyes narrowed, as the scent was fading, but he just thought it was because, Ace was far away, and didn't stay in that place long.
Soon he reached Amethyst Stones and heard a faint sound. "What was that?" He muttered to himself. Craning his head from side to side. "Otto, follow me." He barked, he stood there, so he could follow his scent back once he followed the sound. He strode on forwards, the scent was muffled, as they were about 5 of the unknown creatures. He climbed a few rocks, until he reached a dark cave, and breathed in. His face almost fell in horror... He looked down to Otto, but with a calmer expression, but still worried, "Otto.... We got to go.." He whispered... But it was already to late. He heard prowling, of a large cat, a mountain Lion. A saint Bernard, a Lion what next a DINOSAUR?He thought, growling at the dangerous creatures. He didn't dare look down to Otto, in case one of the lions tried to pounce. He gulped, backing away... One of the mountain Lions pounced at him, forcing him to tumble down the rocks. (I've had permission to get hurt don't worry! xD) He tried to bite the lions neck, but he couldn't get through the thick skin well enough to reach the windpipe. The Mountain Lion's teeth sunk into his shoulder, and he yelped in pain. "Otto RUN!" (He doesn't have to... Lol xD) He barked, suddenly, not caring for himself. He was still aching from the knocks he took from the Saint Bernard, so this was even worse. He finally reached the terrain, landing with a large thump on his side. He winced in pain, as the lion didn't let go of his shoulder. He clawed its face weakly, hitting its eyeball. With a large high roar, the lion let go. Darks shoulder poured with blood, but he was able to force himself to his four paws, as the other 4 lions started to skillfully, climb down from the rocks...

Oh and Rainbow, could I made Salete my second charry? :3 I was planning to but then I remembered we had like 7 or so females and only a couple of males XD Thats why i decided to make salete a temporary NPC. She'll stay an NPC unless you let me make her my 2nd character :) I don't think I'll be using her after the Canyon part, but you never know! :D))

Ace's eyes cracked open, and he felt a tingling feeling on his head. Something cool and moist was poured onto his head, and he jumped up, sputtering. The male shook his head violently - removing some of the water, but resulting in a splitting head ache. He looked up, and saw Salete, looking at him quizically. "What?" he asked, and she padded over to him, shaking her head. "I was trying to clean your wounds - that is, until you woke up," she barked in a motherly tone, and chuckled. She leaned down, and picked up some fluffy white plants in her mouth. She pressed the fuzzy things into the cuts on Ace's head, and he looked at the remaining fluff balls on the ground.
The brook beside the den gurgled, and the shade from the den was pleasent. "What is that?" Ace asked as Salete arranged the bits of plants neatly near his wounds. "Cotton," "But cotton doesn't grow here," "There's a field full of it some distance away," she retorted, and dropped some green herbs before his paws. "Eat this," she barked, and trotted over to the stream. A thought hit Ace, and he jumped up. "Cotton? But... if it's growing in a field, it must be outside the canyon! If it's outside... then you must know the way out!" Ace barked triumphantly, pleased with himself that he had figured something out.
Salate froze, and stood silent for a moment, before countinuing her previous activities. Strange Ace tilted his head slightly in confusion, but let it pass. "So... do you know the way out?" he repeated, somewhat irritated that the fae hadn't answered his question. "Uh... uh.... no uh... the um... cotton has been here uh... a long time and I uh... don't remember the way any more," she stammered rapidly, a nervous look in her eyes. "Whats wrong?" Ace asked, confused. There was something wrong. A dog wouldn't just stammar like that if they were telling the truth. "You're not... lying to me.... Are you?" Ace barked, and padded over to the cretan hound. "No," she barked quickly dropping her herbs, and padded quickly into the den.
"Hey!" Ace barked, and chased after her. THe cave grew darker, yet the brightness of the day outside was still vusible through the opening. "Whats wrong?" Ace whispered, and Salete's vibrant eyes were clouded with worry and fear. Weird. Really weird "Did you smell something?" Ace lifted his cranium and scente the air, but felt nothing. Salete shook her head violently, and scuttled over to a corner. She crouched down and wrapped her tail tightly around her paws. Ace walked over to her slowly, seeing she was clearly upset about something. Her body was shivering, and Ace placed his paw against her chest. Her heart was beating rapidly, and her breathing was quick and uneven. "Whats wrong?" Ace whispered. "You can tell me you know," Some of the cotton fell off of Ace's head, but he ignored it. "You can't......die Ace...... You......can't die," she stammared, and hid her head in her paws. "Hey, I'm not going to die ok? Now tell me whats up," Ace murmed quietly, trying to coax her to speak. Which apparently wasn't easy.
After about 20 minutes of trying, Ace was close to giving up. Salete hadn't calmed down at all. Ace decided to try something else. "If you don't tell me, I'll leave," he barked. His tone was mean and frightening, but it was effective. Salete jumped up and spoke rapidly. "I had a nightmare last night Ace. I dreamed that I was taking you home and you just - died," "How is that possible? What else do you remember?" Ace asked, his voice quieter.Salete shook her head and shivered. "Not good. We had been walking through the canyon, and you kept wheezing and your face was all red and you just collapsed - and you didn't wake up," she whimpered, but she seemed better now that it wasn't bubbled up inside her. "Look, I'm not gonna have a heatstroke alright? Relax, it was just a dream," Salete didn't seem convinced. "Besides, I'll have to stay here a bit longer anyway. I'm in no condition to go anywhere," he added, and she seemed pleased with the addition. "Good,"

Otto
Pure happiness washed over the apprentice as he and Dark continued on through the forest. "Really? Yes! Let's go find Ace!" Otto barked with glee as he bounced down the trail behind the beta, watching his footing every so often so he wouldn't trip on an out cropping root. He knew what was coming would probably be one of the hardest journey's he had ever walked, but he was looking forward to what was to come, good or bad.
He had always thought Amethyst Stones were an exaggeration when it came to the sharp cliffs and edges, but as the young dog gazed upon the rocky faces' of the jagged cliffs he suddenly felt the need to prove that it was actually a fact. "What was that?" Otto perked his ears to lead on to what the beta was going on about but quickly continued on when Dark demanded him to follow. Through twists and turns they came to the entrence of a darkened cave making Otto drop his tail between his legs gazing into its blackness. "I don't like the looks of this...", he whimpered making eye contact with Dark. The beta proposed to head back and for once Otto couldn't wait to end a journey. He began to retrace his steps when the creatures inhabiting the cave began to crawl into the open. Mountain Lions! His hears flattened to his skull as he let out a low snarl, but the cats' speed was unmatched. It took hold of Dark right before his eyes as he watched on in horror. "Otto RUN!" Otto weighed his options, but he couldn't let the beta die. Not today, not for years to come. Besides, he had an idea.
Leaping behind the feline that had attacked Dark, and with all his might, sank his small K9s into the furry tail of his opponent trying to take its attention away from Dark. The cat hissed with fury and before Otto could move out of the way, took a large swipe to his left hind leg, blood now painting the dull gray rocks. The malinois cried out in pain, limping to Dark's side. He could tell that the beta was ready to attack once again, which would only result in more pain, or possibly death. Otto couldn't afford to see either happen. "Wait!" Otto barked to the beta trying to gain his attention. "We're in their territory remember? If we want to live, we need to show submission, even if its something you don't approve of doing." With that, the apprentice lowered his gaze to the paws of the wild cats and began to limp backwards slowly, half trying to persuade Dark to do the same. Pain shot up his leg with each step he took, but tried his best to ignore it. Looking week while submitting was also an invitation to attack.

Personality: Very wise and thoughtful, he believes fighting will not solve problems. He will always scoff at the "tough dogs." When in an argument, he will state his opinion strongly and will never change his mind. He could be cruel when he wants to, but could be nice at times. He is sure that every dog in the pack must revolve around what they were meant to be. He is very demanding also, and could be mean if he is disobeyed. Never should one get him angry, he could get violent.
Past experiences: He was born with a mother who was released from her human owners before she gave life to Mumford and his brothers. Living in the wild was hard, and getting food was the most difficult thing to get. A few months after Mumford and his brothers were weaned, their mother died of exhaustion. The brothers had to live together until Mumford was driven out of the group at 16 months, due of his attitude. Mumford then found Lake Silverpeak and has lived there for many years.

Merldae
Merldae watched as Bo treated Akane for her wounds, "Does anyone mind getting some water, I would my self but I'm pretty slow.." Merldae giggled when he said he was pretty slow but she was quick to become worried. Merldae turned her head in time to see Akadios trot off and fetch some water "I think she is going to be okay, but where's Ace?" Merldae looked at Bo and remembered who Ace was. She never knew he was missing, she whined in worry, why was today such a terrible day? Merldae looked at her paws and swept some dirt around until she heard a familiar voice "Eclipse!" she said happily with her tail wagging wildly. But the happy feeling she had was soon burnt away when she looked at Eclipse, her body was bloody a tore up "Are you okay?" she whimpered. "Lola, pups, you are to stay here. I am trusting you Lola to keep all of the pups in your sight. You wait here until either I come back or if Akane in well enough to be assisted back to the pack grounds." Merldae listened to Eclipse's words and then watched her leave "I want to come!" she ran forward but stopped and knew she should listen to her. She backed up slowly and took her place next to Akane "Bo says you are going to be alright." she gently patted Akane's paw with her small stubby paw reassuringly. A gentle breeze blew by that made Merldae shiver slightly, then her stomach made that rumbling sound no one likes to hear, especially at times like this. She ignored her stomach's growls and looked around, she heard the rustling of leaves and bounded towards it and landed right onto a small mouse. She grabbed it gently between her teeth and dropped it next to Akane "Here." she wagged her tail slowly and sat down.

Personality ; Braedon is a wild pup with no sense of discipline. He lives a completely carefree life, and loves to spend his days playing with other pups, or annoying adults. He's a very sweet pup, and takes kindly to anyone. He does tend to wander though, it would be wise to keep an eye on this pup.
Past experiences ; Braedon doesn't have much of a past, he's only a pup.

Akane
Akane was still floating around into a restless sleep until she was nudged awake by none other than her Alpha. Eclipse was bloodied and her fur was ruffled up in everywhere spot possible. "Do not allow her to fall asleep." Trying to speak again was like swallowing a million knives. Her throat burned and it took all the strength not to writhe around in pain like the bloodhound. Akane's eyes were snapped open and the last things she heard from her Alpha was her giving out the orders to others. "Lola, pups, you are to stay here. I am trusting you Lola to keep all of the pups in your sight. You wait here until either I come back or if Akane in well enough to be assisted back to the pack grounds." Pffft. Me being to walk? Have mercy on my soul. I can't even feel my hind legs. The fae thought to herself, though it was hard to do so. Her thoughts were jumbled and screwing around in her head. Both dizziness and pain racked her body and mind. If nothing worked, she'd be going insane, therefore there'd be a rabid Delta with a half-ripped out throat on the loose. Now that, wasn't a pleasant thought at all.
The Delta didn't see Eclipse walk away, but she did hear little Merldae's voice and a tiny paw poking at her own. "Bo says you are going to be alright." Akane, as best as possible, gave the pup a smile which proved to be a bad idea because pain against hit her like a bullet. Silence grasped the air until Merldae fought it off with her sweet voice again. "Here." The pup dropped a mouse next to Akane's head and she smiled again. The Delta didn't eat it though. There was a faint scare that if she ate it, you could see it go down in the spot where Orbit almost made the death blow. So, she nudged it back toward Merldae with a smile. If she couldn't have it, Merldae must have been hungry by that point in time. Akane was. She changed her view to Bo, with a desperate look, which came quite easily. As much as Merldae said that she was going to be alright, there didn't seem to be an answer. Akane doubted that Bo's word would help her anymore either, but it was worth a try. If she was going to die, it'd be nice to know.

Akadios
After a few moments of hitting himself into a tree, Eclipse appeared and he immediately stopped. No point in worrying anybody else about him beating himself up. Akane might, but bleh. He didn't care if she did care. "Have you found Akane yet?" Eclipse asked. He thought about giving a long answer, but decided only to give a swift answer: A nod of the head and she was off down the path he'd came. Akadios followed her, discovering what wounds she had while they were going. Reaching the rest of the group, Akadios stopped as Eclipse began hurling out orders. His name was called in one of them and he nodded quickly. Turning, Akadios sprinted to the lake, not taking his time anymore. After getting there, he had no idea what to do. How was he supposed to transport the water back to Bo? When he was a pup the humans used to have giant buckets they filled it with and they spurted it into smaller size bowls, or cups as they call them. The Sentinel doubted there'd be one around here just laying around waiting for him to use it. As always, he underestimated Mother Nature.
Along the side of the river, he spotted something that seemed to shine. Racing toward it cautiously, he wanted to slap himself. Really? A bucket? In the middle of Silverpeak? How does that work? Akadios shook his head and snatched up the bucket. He'd wonder about it later. Right now he still had to get the water back to the others. Wading into the water, he dropped his head low into the water until the bucket was engulfed in the clear liquid. With that, he walked as fast as possible trying not to spill anything out of the bucket. His almost tripped over Eclipse seemed to be walking to the lake, but he only glanced at her once before taking off again. Akadios didn't need to know where she was going all the time, and besides, her order was to help Bo who ordered for someone to get water.
Reaching the group again, he set the bucket down next to Bo and said with an exasperated sigh. "If you're wondering where I got the bucket, I truthfully, don't know." He walked around the other side of Akane and plopped down, realizing his own weariness from the battle. Akadios fought to stay awake; he had to protect them all and help if needed as much as he wanted to fall asleep. His eyelids drooped down slightly, but he let his head remain up, looking around and listening carefully to the sounds of everything around them.

"We're in their territory remember? If we want to live, we need to show submission, even if its something you don't approve of doing." Otto suggested, crouching down low. Dark looked at him like he was a mad dog, and snapped, "Cats don't speak dog dumbo." (Naughty Dark! xD) Dark snarled, showing his teeth, the lions seemed to laugh at the come back, theres hackles raised and falling. He snarled louder, and deeper, even though the pain was sharp in his shoulder, he thought he was still able to fight. Dark crouched down, getting ready to pounce. He leaped up, landing on a bronze lion, who struggled to get the Husky from its back. He stuck his claws into its eyes, and it flipped Dark of. He landed on his back, and the lion pinned him down, his eyes bleeding.. Some how it still managed to see. He saw the large paw heading towards his eyes, but he lifted his head and bit into the paw pad shaking it rapidly. His body ached, and he wanted to give up, but that means the Mountain Lions would try to kill Otto then,and he couldn't let the Apprentice die. With his other free paw, he pushed the lions other leg, so that he fell on his side. He then rolled over onto his paws, pinning it down. Suddenly,he heard paw steps, and he felt a sharp pain on his side, he went flying of the lion and banged straight into a rock. He closed his eyes, and whined, wincing in pain. "Get the pup." He heard a cat say, he tried to get up, but he fell back down on his side... His vision started to get blurry, and he saw blurry gold visions, and the blurry outline of the apprentice. He tried to speak, wanting Otto to run, but he just blacked out..
He ran, past the lions, through the forest.. He reached the clearing off the territory, shortly, followed by Ace and Otto. He howled in victory, and everyone was safe.. The rival pack was gone, Ace was saved the lions were gone, and he saw the hole pack, including injured ones howl happily...
He woke up, with a whine, he knew he had probably, been blacked out for a couple of minutes. He opened his eyes, and just saw the blurry out line of stuff he couldn't make out.

Personality: Zak is a confident young fellow. He is very ambitious, living up to life. He likes to protect his buddies. He can get over excited, running around in circles, and chasing his tail. He doesn't mind people calling him a 'chibi wolf.' But he thinks he is just a ordinary dog, just looks like a small wolf! He is very protective, over his friends, and extremely loyal. He can get a bit sensitive, but thats just when you really hurt his feelings.
Past experiences: Zak was born in the city, waddling next to his owner 24/7. He loved to go on walkies, until the day come... He was only a couple of months old.. His mother left him when he was only 8 weeks old, but that is pretty natural. When the bad thing happened, he spent months on his own, travelling around the city. He found out that dangerous dogs were prowling around the alley way by a helpful cat called Box. Zak thankfully, moved, travelling around the forest in stead. He still met Box, the cat helped Zak hunt small animals with total ease. And Zak taught Box to hunt bigger animals than mice, including large birds. (Will put a photo of Box on the bottom.) He watches the Dogs of Silverpeak, but feels to shy to ask.

Bo turned to the German Shepherd as he spoke. "I'll go fetch the water and be back as soon as possible. I wouldn't leave it up to the rival Alpha to just go without any second last words." Bo nodded his thanks, and watched him walk into the distance. Bo hadn't realised that the injured female had fallen asleep. He perked his floppy brown ears, and watched Eclipse the Alpha appear from the bushes. "Ah, Alpha, Welcome." He greeted, nodding his head in appreciation. "Bo, why would you leave the grounds? Is she okay? Akane!" Eclipse blurted out. Bo tossed his head slightly, to the side. "To help Akane." He answered, knowing he should always answer a call for help. Eclipse nudged Akane, before barking, "Do not allow her to fall asleep." Bo nodded his head, but was also thinking, Don't you think I know that? He also felt ashamed, not knowing that the fae was trying to get some peace, but fell asleep. "Sorry." He whispered, in a faint sigh. "As for you Bo, help Akane as much as you can and as soon as she is well enough to walk, go straight back to the camp. You have no idea on how many wolves pass through here in order to get to the lake." Bo nodded, and carried on trying to heal the wounds, or try to make them less painful. Bo watched then Eclipse fade away, heading towards Lake Silverpeak. His heart almost thumped out of his chest, he wasn't 100% sure that Akane was going to survive. He perked his ears and wriggled his nose as he scented the German Shepherd coming back. He turned his head, and found out that the GS was holding a large bucket in his mouth. "If you're wondering where I got the bucket, I truthfully, don't know." Bo nodded his head in appreciation, and accepted the water. He grabbed a leaf that was next to a green brush, and dipped it in the water using his teeth to grip it. He rested it on one of Akanes wound, and cleaned it gently. He done that with some of the others, and splashed Akane with some water to wake her up.

The stream was cool underneath his paws, and the kooikerhondjes galloped freely through the brook, splashing and sending colorful fish in all directions. He laughed with joy, and some of his packmates joined in. Ace clambered onto a curved stone, hanging just above the broke. His haunches bent and his tail up, the kooikerhondjes launched his body into the stream.
The area had a dream-like quality, and everything seemed mist-like and unreal. But it was still beautiful. Ace recognised the faces of Eclipse, Akadios, Akane, and Bo, including a few others. But something was missing. It gave Ace a negative tingling in his spine. The gently colored sky darkened, and the air was filled with howls and threatening growls.Ace spun around, and found himself in the middle of a battle field.
His packmate's bodies because bloodied by the teeth of his rivals, yet no one seemed to notice him. Alarmed and disoriented, Ace cowarded in the stream, not daring to move. A large, unfamiliar dog who ='s breed Ace could not recognise lunged at Akane, and Ace tried to warn her - but his yelp was muted by the backround barking.
"Ace. Ace. Ace. Ace! ACE!!!!" called a voice in a warning tone, but Ace could not find the source of it. He felt a sharp, stinging pain in his shoulder - the place where he'd been bitten by the rivals. Petrified, Ace noticed the alpha, who's body was bloodied just like the others. Except... there was something different about her... something Ace couldn't tell. When she looked at him, Ace knew.
Her eyes were gone.
Replaced by a mound of bleeding flesh, Eclipses eyes were no longer use to her. Horrified, Ace barked, but his legs were solid as lead. The stream had turned to a bog under his paws, and his legs were glued to the ground with some sort of mud. His stomach flipped at the bloodied memory or the eyeless alpha, and he wanted to puke - that was, until he felt a sudden, cool, feeling on his face - and thats when he woke up.
The kooikerhoondjes jumped, and his eyes opened immediatly. His face was dripping wet, probally from the water Salete had thrown on him. He was breathing heavily, and beads of sweat had formed on his forehead. ((Lol I'm not sure if dogs can sweat, so if they can't I'll scratch that line XD))
The worried cretan hound padded up to him, and placed her paw gently on his chest. "Your hearts beating pretty fast," she observed, and tried to get Ace tried to calm down, but the horrors he had observed moments ago still clung to his memory. He hoped they woulod fade away, but he doubted it at the same time. "Yeah.... I had a nightmare," he whined, his muscles tense. "Do you want to talk about it?" Salete asked, and instructed Ace to lay in the cool stream for a while. His body temp. must be pretty high. He did as she told, and lowered his paws into the cool substance.
Ace struggled not to remember the bloodied swamp water, and refused to eat the hare Salete had offered him. "Maybe later," he muttered, and lay his head on his paws. He was tired - but he wasn't planning on going to sleep.

Mumford
The wise Golden Retriever gazed around the lake from the pack grounds, standing tall and grand. The cold wind running through his long fur and tearing his eyes. He blinked and shook his head to get the water in his eyes away. He was getting tired of the thick weather. Being by a lake was hard for him, since he had been in grassland all his childhood. Even though he had lived at this place for many years, he was still uncomfortable about it. Rocks getting stuck in his paws, scents were blown away by the wind, and many more cons. But this is all Mumford had, he couldn't live anywhere else.
He sighed and trotted towards the place where the dogs where treating a injured pack member. He knew that the Delta was severely injured, he just needed some time alone to get his stress out from trying to help. He just had to spend his remaining minutes heading back. He kept a careful watch for beasts as he strolled along. Finally seeing the dogs he was working with, he slowly walked forward, speaking.....
"Saw no more bloody stray beasts heading our way, they must be all gone, obviously."

Otto
The wound on Otto's leg stung as he returned to the beta's side. Oh well, there goes that plan. The mountain cats began to slide down the faces fo the rocks, inching closer to the two dogs. His head was only filled with thoughts of retreating, but yet his body stayed put. The first cat on his left took an enormous swipe to his his face, just missing by an inch. Ducking on instinct, he darted between the mountain lion's legs and attached his jaws to its hind legs, causing it to cry out in pain. Pride began to sure in him, but was soon lost as he watched the limp figure of Dark fall to a heap, obviously dazed. "Aw no...," muttered the apprentice dashing over to Dark.
It had taken him several scratches to the shoulder and loss of blood to the leg inorder to pull off what he did. When the mountain lions turned their backs and began to snicker, the young male had grabbed the beta's scruff and dragged him backwards with all his might. Of course one of the cats had noticed, sending sharp claws into his shoulder. But still, the dog continued until he reached a small breach in the rock, just large enough for him and Dark. Shoving the beta and himself in the rock he watched the entrence swarm with a frenzy of claws as the cats could not enter. "Forget them. Their as good as dead anyways." One of the mountain cats had hissed, walking away from the entrence. A large sigh escaped Otto as he looked at the beta who lay below his paws. "If you can hear me Dark... we're safe for now. I think we should rest and leave as soon as possible incase they decide to come back." He slumped to the cold stone floor, letting sleep wash over him.

He closed his dark eyes again, as the pain hurt him. He heard the harsh hiss of a lion, "Forget them. There good as dead anyways." Dark wanted to jump up and attack them, but he couldn't feel his legs. He couldn't feel the sky on his pelt, and just darkness bathed his fur. Suddenly, Dark heard the soft words of the apprentice, "If you can hear me Dark... we're safe for now. I think we should rest and leave as soon as possible in case they decide to come back." Dark wanted to hop up to his paws, and run back to camp to get Otto some help, but he couldn't get up. He just couldn't. Dark put all his strength into getting up, but just managed to put his paws on the ground to try and pull him up.. He fell back down, and looked at Otto, who was laying on the cold stone ground, sleeping peacefully. "Ot-" He tried to speak the rest of the words, but all that came out after that was a thin breath of air, that created nothing but a small squeaky sound. He sighed, giving up and resting his head on the floor. He turned his head slightly, and looked towards the open hole, that gave the miniature light the cave had. Otto dragged me here? He's pretty strong even from the blood loss he has had. Dark thought, wondering how the apprentice pulled him all the way here without the Lions clawing at his butt xD. His pale tongue lolled out of his mouth, his leathery nose breathing in trying to get a good scent from where the Lions were. He smelt that they were skillfully, pouncing back to there den, cackling evilly.

Zak ran around the grassy terrain, wasting his energy. A swift grayish cat followed, its tail swishing. "Hurry up Box!" A giggly voice barked, as his short stubby legs worked hard to run. "Oi!" The small hiss of laughter came from behind the Swedish Vallhund. Zak watched the cat as it leaped in front of him, weaving through the thick trees. "Eeep! Wait up!" Zak whined, stumbling on forwards. "So now slow down?" The cat teased, slowing down to a fast trot. "Wanna go to -place where battle has just been fought :P-?" Zak asked, his long tail brushing against the earth. "Sure." The tom-cat purred, strolling on in a easy pace..
The large hill could be seen, as Zak reached the foot of it. He climbed up, but struggled as he wasn't good at climbing hills. Box leaped up, finding it a lot easier than the small breed. Eventually, he reached the top, and wrinkled his nose wanting to get a good scent of meat. All he scented was dogs blood, and as he looked down, he saw some patches of grass neatly dressed with velvet blood. "What happened here?" Zak whined, looking around anxiously. Box's shoulders shrugged, and he searched the area, wanting to find a mouse or two. Zak barked, "Rabbit!" As he barked, a grey bunny munched on a clean patch of grass. They both dropped low to the ground, and there eyes focused on the tiny creature. Zak stalked forwards, but Box just watched... Zak unfortunely, stepped on a twig, making the rabbit dart over the grass. "Darn!" Zak growled, falling down to his rump.

A week had passed, and another eternal day crawled by. A certain question had been bothering Ace during the past couple of days, yet he hesitated to ask. It was becoming unbearable. The younge male lay his head on his paws, and listened to the gurgling of the stream. Salete hurried back and forth briskly attending to various things around the cave. First she replaced the bedding, then she re-arranged her pile of healing herbs in one of the corners of the rocky openning in the cliff-side.
"Salete?" Ace finally asked, yet the rythmic sound of pawsteps countinued. "Yes?" Salete retorted politely, pausing to look at her companion, before countinuing her work. "If you um..." the kooikerhondjes hesitated, and pawed anxiously at the dusty russet stone. "If you uh... know the way out of the canyon... then.... How come you're still here?" Ace's voice quickened towards the end, and he waited nervously for the reply.
Now the steady pace of pawsteps stopped. Yet when Salete looked at him, she seemed actually... quite calm. Puzzled, Ace eyed her warily. "Well," Salete started with a sigh. "I've lived here so long, that the outside world seems so different.... bizarre. I've just gotten so used to living here, I mean, I really have no other place to go," she concluded, but she didn't countinue her chores. Instead, the cretan hound sat down before Ace, waiting for his answer.
Immediatly Ace jumped up, wagging his tail. "You could come live with my pack! It's much nicer there! You'll never be alone!" Ace barked exitedly, and stood wagging his tail a bit longer before settling back down. Salete shook her head, and chuckled. Suddenly angered, Ace felt his muscles grow tense. How could Salete deny such an offer? Why won't she just say yes? He thought angrily, yet he knew it was what he wanted. And that he couldn't control what she wanted. Quite unfortunate.

Akane
The blue-heeler mix winced every time Bo touched her. Her skin felt tender and as if it was going to be over, a nose nudged the skin and all the fur on her body lurched out of place. Akane knew Bo was probably trying to make the pain ease, but it felt like nothing was going to work. She meant no offense to the Healer if he could ever read her thoughts but at times, she just wanted to rip off his furry little ears. Plus Akadios when he came back with a bucket. Really? A bucket? Things just seemed to get stranger and stranger in Silverpeak, and it was truly annoying. "If you're wondering where I got the bucket, I truthfully, don't know." Akane spoke to herself as if she would if she had a voice. So, you decide to come back with a bucket while I sit here and die? That's so thoughtful of you. My little idiot.
Warmth seemed to spread throughout her frame as Akadios laid down next to her. Though it still felt like something icy cold was creeping up on her. Was Ace found? By the way Eclipse and Akadios were talking while she was about to fall out cold, it didn't seem as if he was safe and sound back at the pack grounds. Not nearly that. How could Akadios's do something like forget a pack-mate? Forgetting me to get eaten by a puma is one, but Ace? I know that Akadios isn't the most logical dog their is, but seriously, how could he be so stupid? Some dog's life was on the line. Of course, I guess mine was too when ... Ack, Akane. Pull yourself together you delusional fae. Physically, Akane felt as if she couldn't do anything. She couldn't even shake her head no for Silverpeak's sake!
Then of course, that's when the fire nation attacked it struck her. Literally. Pain pierced her back as someone nudged her almost aggressively, obviously sick at waiting for what was supposed to come.

Aww, sorry to hear that Rainbow! I have to admit, I had trouble posting as well. Once the battle passed things got sorta slow. BUT, it was fun while it lasted, and it's better to have some fun for a few weeks instead if having no fun at all. Perhaps Silverpeak with be reincarnated as a similar rp, possibly with a different setting or species. Thanks for making SP in the first place.
