Title: How often does registration open?

Title pretty much asks the question, all the other posts about this never say how often it opens. I know its random, but is it like daily? Hourly? Weekly? I don't know.

It doesn't open at certain times, it just depends. At times, registration will open at the most random of times, so there is no given time for it.

 No one can really give you a exact time or how long it really does open for. It opens randomly at a random amout of squence hours, which meas it could open for 2-4 hours before closing. Just keep a close eye on Feral Heart and I'm sure you"ll get your chance if you are wanting registrar.
