random _ in username

Hiya! my friend is actually the one with the problem, but they are shy . They tried to simply export a preset to preset_5, but it didn't work. They asked me for help, and I noticed it looked like  xOlliex__5 I told them that it happened to me before when I tried to export a preset to the same number I already had one in, so I deleted both _5 preset files and re-exported and I was good! But, then at the end of their username, only visible to her, was an underscore. The preset still won't show up visible, and from preset maker all of her presets disappeared. Any help would be great, you can contact me here and obviously, they are xOlliex ( Their username to them looks like xOlliex_

Underscores, periods, etc are known to cause issues with presets. Your friend could change their username to just "xOlliex", that would clear up their issues c:

Yeah! Thats how she logs in ( xOlliex )
and how we all see her username but her.. She didn't change it but I can tell her <3

Oh! Looks like I misread your original post. When you export a preset, it is normal for there to be an added _# to the file name. For example:



These are my preset files, and you'll notice that while my username is just "Kerriki", the files are named "Kerriki_2", "Kerriki_3" and so on. This is just how the preset exporting system works ^^

Sorry thats the only link I got of her presets :d! Yes, we know that haha.
She doesn't have an underscore in her username, but on her screen it shows one.
Exporting Presets isn't seeming to work.
In my perspective her username does not have a _ in it

Okie yis, I see what the issue is now xD I apologize

I've never seen an issue quite like this one before... it's strange that the underscore is popping up. I'd suggest her changing her username to something else, then changing it back

Alrighty! It's been changed and there is no _ in the username for her on feralheart but there is this when exporting

She deleted all of the presets already so I know if you try to export 2 presets in the same slot it does that ( for me atleast ) but they should all be gone.
