Could you help? I downloaded it, and when I opened Feral Heart, a new tab opened up and downloaded all the presets. When I log in, I still cannot see other's presets. Then, I exited the game and restarted it, only for the tab just to be there, empty. What do I do? Did I install it wrong?

Look into the PublicPresets folder and see if there are any files within it. If there are, the sync worked and you should see some presets.

I need some mac support for this im insanely confused (visual demonstration if you can its easier for me) i have no idea what to do and i am getting presets soon and im worried i paid for nothing if i cant even see it or other people so i need some urgent help if anyone can please help me out here i dont know what to do on the mac uwu

Have you run the FeralHeart exe yet? The folders are created after you run the new FeralHeart.exe file.
