My friend is trying out Feral-Heart for the first time,for some reason he can't connect to main server? He putted in his new markings,items and replaced the feral heart.exe with the new one and still doesn't work. (He lives quite far away in this world,does that have to do anything?)

Do they keep the "Play Game" tab open while they attempt to join the game?

Yeah,he has it open.
(He's from Afrikaans but had another friend that could connect from the same region,i guess it's from the internet provider they are having?)

Are they using a hot spot via phone? For some reason, not every hot spot can connect for reasons such as not enough data or speed. Also could be the internet provider, too.

What happens when it doesn't allow them into the game? (Cannot connect to server, Download the latest patch, etc.)

Cannot connect to server,i think it's his provider because he connected..got to make a charie and then when he loads it,he gets kicked. (sorry for late reply)

I get that often.  While it can be somewhat overcome with a hard LAN.  It's not perfect.  Your IP/ISP has to not shift much due to the log in page.  Maybe you/they could use an auto-refresher page with a 30 second refresh setting?
