Failed to connect to front Server error

I was in the middle of playing my game when it just randomly lost connection. I thought it was my  wifi, but I am fully connected, so it's not something on my end. I tried restarting the site, restarting the game, etc, and nothing is working? Help is appreciated. Thank you.
