Cannot login to user panel

Hi!

So... I tried loggin into my user panel to reset a characters location. but once I type in my (correct) password, it just keeps refreshing and not letting me go any further.
I can login into the play game thing just fine and into the game itself too. I'm not sure why my user panel won't let me login...
