As mentioned abovefunction'so you do when you can't sleep?
The times you find yourself awake at silly hours of the night.
Some people easily drift off to the land of sleep as soon as their head hits their pillow.
But what happens to those who find it difficult to fall asleep, no matter how tired they may be?
Personally. I often find myself listening to music, chatting on Skype
, Steam, Viber, Facebook or other chat functions.
Playing games on my phone.
Writing poems or notes in my journal.
Youtube on my phone. (Yes. I always keep my phone by my side. ^^' )
Browse the Web etc.
I can also find it difficult to actually get to bed at normal hours (before 12am).
Where I sit and play games on the PC, watch a film, talk to people etc.
Why am I currently awake?
It's 3:51am and I actually have no internet.
I forgot do to something earlier before I went to bed, so I can't sleep..
Also, my cat is sleeping between my legs.. Silly little thing.
She's hurt and I don't want to move.
Which makes it even more difficult for me to concentrate on trying to sleep.
Skype and FH forum is a good excuse for me to still be awake.. I guess. :3

So. How come you're still awake when you shouldn't be?
Urgh...I hate it when I can't get to sleep. Especially if I have to get up early in the morning.
Usually I'd try reading a couple of chapters of a book or listen to some music through earphones. Reading tends to work best.
Apparently there's something about the blue light from laptops, computers, TVs and phones that makes it a lot harder to get to sleep if you've been on the computer or watching TV before going to bed. So if you peeps are wondering why you can't sleep, that may be why. ;)
