So my friend and I have the Preset sync.
We both made and uploaded presetsnow these presets had to be exported twicethis was before they where uploaded
they didn't appear after the first export to be put on the characterNow in the game CreatureCaution (my friend) can't see the preset I made
and I can't see CC's preset. Both of us are at a loss as to what to do.
Help appreciated as I can't find this issue anywhere else.

I looked at my PublicPresets folder and your usernames aren't showing up. Perhaps you didn't upload them to the sync yet. To upload one of your presets to the sync, you have to login to your User Panel (https://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=55) and upload it from there. The preset uploader looks like this:

What I think you're doing is exporting your preset from the Preset Maker in FeralHeart.exe. Doing this won't make your preset show up in the sync.
After uploading it from your user panel, let me know if it worked or not!

It might be that the Preset Sync isn't updating.
In the meantime while a solution is still to be found, I would temporarily recommend uploading your preset's .fhp file to MediaFire or DropBox/whatever you'd like to use and putting the download link in a tinyURL, then putting that link in your character's bio.
I'm not home so I won't be able to give you other solutions until I am home, as I've not got much time to be getting screenshots and uploading them. c:

Make sure that you're logging into the game with the same exact casing on your .fhp file. FH presets are case-sensitive, meaning that if you exported and uploaded your preset with an uppercase "Y" and logged into the game with a lowercase "y", your preset will not appear to others.
For example...
I export and upload my preset as notorious._1.fhp and log in as Notorious. , no one else will see my preset. The same can be said vice versa.
Ask your friend if their .fhp file has the same exact casing/capitalization as their username and make sure yours is fine as well.

We have tried the above, I sent them my fhp file and they sent me theirs.
Caution now can see me, however I still can't see caution's preset.We are both still confused and frustrated.

ive uploaded my presets to the site twice, sent them all to Yoki, and still nothing, im making sure i log in case sensitive to the file names and no one can still see them:/

Are you sure you're uploading the right preset, Caution? Double check the .fhp file number and match it with all of your presets contents in your my_preset folder. Or try moving the contents to a different folder, rename its numbers to the new preset folder, export it, and upload it.
