Title: Restoring defaults (SOLVED)
Post by: Morgra on November 21, 2012, 03:51:13 pm
 Hey there,
I need to restore a couple of files to their original file (like the markings one) etc... for various purposes. I got on the forum because I think I remember there being a default FeralHeart folder that someone uploaded and let people use. A zip more or less that has all of the original files on it. However, I can't find it so if you find a thread like I described please post it, that would solve my problem. Thanks a bunch  :D

Not because I know where this is at hand, but you can really sort this out easily by.

Downloading a FH installer or already using one you have.

Install the game to another location on your computer Not C:\FeralHeart But instead maybe make a new folder like this.

C:\FeralHeartstuff\FeralHeart
C:\Justanothergame\FeralHeart

Or even just place it on another harddrive and run the install. Once you are done you can just fetch whatever it is that you need and then remove the extra game that you installed. It's both easier for you and everyone else and as long as you choose another path for the game to be installed, it will never interfere with the other game that you originally had in C:\FeralHeart

Thanks Red. I had thought about installing another FeralHeart in a different directory, but forgot about it when making this thread. Perhaps I'll even put a zip of the default files for others when I have some time. Thanks for your help. ~MorgraWolf
