I could tell you now.
Gnaw wolves are born with something wrong with them. They are abandoned at birth on a place called a tummfraw. These pups are called malcadhs, meaning cursed one. Their parents are banished from the clan never to mate again, in fear of creating another malcadh. If they make it back to their clan they become the lowest rank of all, gnaw wolf. They are basically like and omega. They are the main subject of abuse. They come with a gift of beautiful carvings. Faolan made the most beautiful carvings one could see. They are last to eat and sometimes get nothing. They get nipped at if they come too close. At the end they are given a bone from the animal carcass to gnaw on, mostly the great chain. Is this ok to be the new great chain, river?:

Packers (normal pack members, in including pregnant She-wolves)

Most of these come from the original great chain. And are in the same order. I didn't add ceilidh fyre (lightning) because there are no skreeleens (howler of pack). Skreeleens howl to lightning to summon earth fire. But that is no rank, for this is the future of the beyond.
There is only one obea in each clan. The obea must only be a she-wolf. They are barren. Meaning they can't produce pups no matter how many times they try, they can get pregnant but the pups never come. It is their job to find pregnant she-wolves who go by lang. By lang means deeply away. And if one of the pups born is a malcadh she takes it to its tummfraw. The remaining pups are taken back for another she-wolf to take care of it/them. If the she-wolf resists to give up her pup then it's a penalty called resistance. The consequence is immediate death to ALL pups. Also Obeas are basically rankless. Neither high nor low.
The Sark isn't really a rank. Faolan, the main character of the books, must have been generous and made Sark a rank (sark was actually the name of a character in the books. I'm guessing we are in the future, after the books all happen. Is that right river?). A she-wolf who lives on her own. She is what some like to call a witch. She makes potions and all sorts. Some think of her as strange, for she uses fire. Only something owls use. She-wolves who had just giving birth to a malcadh come to visit her. She gives them a potion called forgetting. It's helps them forget of their previous clan to live life in another clan, with another mate, and new pups.

I was already far from the clan, but not far enough. I know Rafej was following, Obeas were good at that. I didn't want to have a malcadh, then leave the clan. "They are coming, I must go farther." I looked up. It was night. One more day of running and I should be good. I only urinated in streams, and made sure no fur got stuck anywhere. Also left no scent. I want to keep my pups.
Luna
We just killed a red deer, not even bothering to go near it. Wasn't worth getting nipped. The pack was small. 13 wolves, including our Sark, leader and Lord. (Lord is second in command.) Also the gnaw wolves. Finally they finished. They butted me over to the carcass to eat. The other two gnaw wolves and I ate what we could. We quietly talked while we ate. "Now that I think of it, I haven't seen That stinking obea for a day. One less wolf to bother us." We finished and started gnawing on bones. I made wolves chasing a moose. It was beautiful.

The brown colored male glanced over towards the other gnaw wolves. These were the only other wolves he really felt comfortable with, since all three of them were the main subjects of abuse in the clan, which he never understood. This was their 'reward' for surviving, sometimes he thought dying at his tummfraw would be better than this.
He looked down at the bone in front of him. He placed it in between his paws and started to gnaw, no ideas coming to him at the moment, so he just made random shapes and swirls.

Sitting at the edge of the border, a black wolf with a crescent moon on his chest sat in deep thought. What he was thinking about, nobody knew. He just found it more peaceful than the hustle of the pack. But nothing beat the smell of a kill. Sniffing the air, Deirdre trotted in the direction of the camp. He saw the red deer. He saw the Gnaw wolves had finished, and he walked over and began to eat.

"She probably is after a she-wolf that has gone by lang." He said before he went to work getting the last bits of meat off the bone.
Flaire trotted behind his father, licking the blood from his muzzle. He glanced back at the gnaw wolves looking for the last scraps and spotted the brown one known as Nik. He raised his lips a little, showing a bit of his teeth. That deformed, thing was his secret brother and he hated him.

Finally the sun was at the highest point and I found a suitable den. (The obea is allowed to find me). Up felt it. Finally three pups came one was tan (the other two can be any shades of whites. Meaning dark or light). I noticed the she-pup had one eye.

I knew she was a malcadh. She would be taken by the obea. Then I would lose the two others, taken in by another she to be their second milk giver. Then finally I could smell the vague scent of the obea. I curled my paws around my pups and licked them very much.

The female trotted along, following the scents of a pregnant female who had went by-lang. As an obea, she knew that she had to be suspicious of things like this, if they would happen to produce a malcadh, it was, sadly, her responsibility to take them to a spot where they would be killed, a tummfraw. She shuddered as her trot slowed slightly. Rafej thought about it, she was basically a murderer of some sort. Kinda odd that this wasn't frowned upon in the wolf packs, but putting her thoughts aside, she had found a den suitable for a birthing mother and the scents of wolf became clear.
Rafej stood at the entrance of the den, standing tall as she looked towards the female. Clearing her throat after a few seconds, she spoke, trying to be as polite as she could. "Ma'am, I'd like to take a look at your pups," she said, flicking her tail as she awaited a response. She just was hopeful her pups were all healthy.

I saw the obea (lol auto correct changed obea, even though it's in the dictionary, to ones), asking to see my pups. "Please, I beg of you." I starred her straight into the eyes. "I don't want them all to die. To risk the punishment of resistance. But I beg of you. Take my she-pup somewhere where she can live. Where she can become part of the pack. I don't want my pup to die." Then I showed Rafej the she-pup with one eye. I licked her. "Please, Rafej, please?" She didn't answer but simply took my pup to find a tummfraw. I wrapped around the "healthy" pups. Spending my last moments with them, before I left the clan. But not before visiting our Sark. I licked them hoping they would become great wolves.

"I'm sorry," she said, a bit surprised the she-wolf had called her by her name, Rafej. "It's my job to take them to a spot where they'll die, harsh as it is. I can take your pups back to the clan, if you want. But first, I have to look at your other pups. Some wolves have... odd deformities."
She looked over the two other pups, opening their mouths and looking inside. She was told of a wolf that had a tongue split like a snake, so she knew she had to check their mouths too. Rafej looked over their bodies, making sure they had ears, tails, paws, etc. After confirming they were healthy, she grabbed the deformed pup as she walked out of the den. For the mother, she decided to take the pup to a spot where it was possible to die, but easy to escape. She stood a foot or two from the entrance, thinking about a spot to take her.

I watched her look at the two males. They were fine. She picked up the she pup and walked off. After a while she came back. Rafej took the smaller male, I took the bigger we then walk to the pack, in what some She-wolves like to call "the walk of shame." (Not controlling, just what happens after Rafej comes back).

At first I entered a bright place, yet not being able to see or hear. Then the smell of milk. Milk! I squirmed to the sweet scent, as well as two others. I suckled for ever, until I was picked up by the scruff. I was placed away from the milk. After a while I was picked up by an almost scentless being. A female with no milk what so ever. I was carried out into a very bright place. My eyelids were all red, so bright. But I was carried away from my milk, my warmth. It was warm. But not enough. Will I ever get my milk back? I let out a mewl for the milk, but it never came. I did it once again, but I'm afraid it's gone.

Carrying the pup as she walked, she scanned the area for a spot to make the pup's tummfraw. She finally landed on a spot by the mountain, about right where it began to get cold. Rafej didn't place her at the very top where it would be too cold to hardly walk, but cold enough that it had a chance of freezing to death but it could possibly escape. Her grip on the pup loosened as she dropped it gently on the ground. "I hope you will be smart enough to go down the mountain, not up," she said, both to the pup and to herself. The obea ran off, her body disappearing as she followed her tracks back to the den. (Sorry, my enter button is being weird atm so I can't write a new paragraph.) Rafej carried one of the pups back to the clan with the she-wolf. "I'm... very sorry. If I didn't have to do this, I wouldn't. I don't consider these deformed pups as cursed. It must be harder for you to lose all your pups then for me to choose their spot of death, though..." There was a whimper in her voice as she sighed.

I saw a packer coming to eat. Will we get punished for not letting him finish? Then I realized he wasn't in the hunting byrrgis (a byrrgis is what they call a hunting formations). I continued gnawing on my bone. It had for wolves chasing a moose. They all were dark, no faces, mouths or any detail. Just dark. On a mountain with few tall trees.
This is it, minus faolan on the bottom. He is just cut out. And the bottom where he is. Also less cracks in the mountain.

The pup opened his mouth to protest when the warmth moved away from but was unable to make a sound. He pawed at the ground, unable to move around or lift his head. When he was lifted into the air he waved his paws a bit before instinctively curling up his body so he could easily be carried.
Nik noticed the packer come near them and he dropped the bone he was cleaning up. He wined softly and lowered his head, backing away from the deer.

When he took notice of the packer, he gently placed the bone on the ground. He quickly tucked his tail and pinned his ears, lowering his head as he backed up.

The she-wolf laid out near a tree that was a bit away from the pack, resting. She had finished eating from the deer the pack had hunted earlier, and wasn't hungry at the moment.

I was on something cold. And wet. I licked it, and it melted in my mouth. But after a while my mouth was freezing. I let out a large wail. I hobbled over somewhere, then fell off a cliff I was tumbling down. Then I landed on the ground, the impact opened my eyes. I still couldn't hear, only a few hours old. I was in something green and soft. It smelled sweet. Then something picked me up by the scruff. It smelled of milk, I mewed very loud. I was taken into a dark place. There was one other small animal but it was bigger than me. The thing that picked me up placed me by it's paws. And it lay down. I was scrambling to get the milk. It stood up and I tried to jump for the milk, I failed. Then it lay down again. I got the milk and started suckling. Finally warmth. I fell asleep curled up on the soft fur. I knew it didn't smell like the she who birthed me, or like the same kind. But I still got milk.

I left the pups at the camp. I slowly walked to our Sark's den. "Kalea? No mean to bother you but." A tear dropped out of my eye. "I, need some forgetting potion. I have to leave the clan. I, had a malcadh." More tears came. But I never bursted into tears. I knew exactly where I was heading. But I can't tell anyone.

Lastao's eyes Followed the Obea as they bounded away, Until he felt a Sharp pang in his Left shoulder as he had been Staring for a while. "Get to work." A Voice growled, and then their footsteps pattered away. The Gnaw wolf tried to Tuck his tail between his legs in Submission, But his rump only Quivered. He then lowered himself, Grabbing his halfley carved bone. It was still the Great Chain, as he had only come back a few Weeks ago.

Rafej watched the she-wolf walk off before speaking. "These pups were born in a litter with a malcadh. They are in need of a second mother..." Her tail lowered as she ran off towards her den. She would let a family or she-wolf decide to take them.

He stretched out a paw to grab another bone, licking the little bits of meat on it that still remained. This time he drew some wolves with their heads held high, as some wolves were on their bellies below them. "I can't believe we're treated like this," he muttered with a growl.

The she-wolf stood up, stretching and yawning before trotting to a small pond. Cetta crouched down the drink before trotting off towards the pack. Perhaps she could find a den to rest in. She walked past the deer carcass, staring at the gnaw wolves, which had reminded her of her son, a malcadh. She wondered if he had lived or not... The wolf shook her head to rid of her thoughts as she kept walking.

I I turned my head to the male named Heyof. I nodded. "Yes, I wish this never existed. I hate it. I also hate being blind." I could feel the vibrations of footsteps. In a hush tone I whispered. "Its the Lord, hush." He walked up to us. And we submitted. "You are all lucky to be living, now hurry up and finish your bones, Luna. Or you'll regret coming off that tummfraw" He walked away. I was on a second bone. I asked the others how it looked and they said finished, so I grabbed another. It was the great chain:

I licked my bone. I only had four more to do, they were fire, water, rock, soil. In that order. I hurried up and gnawed them in. I was starting soil when the Lord came back. "If you have three more scratches to do, do them now." I did just that and finished. I licked it to make sure it was in order. Of course it was. "Now let's go, you blind fool. Our chieftain, Canon, wants you." I stood up carrying the running wolves bone and walked off. I walked into Canon's den. "So, you came gnaw wolf. Thank you Lord, you may leave." I could feel his eyes on me. "Come closer, Luna." I walked to the edge of his pelt and lay flat on the ground. "Give me your bone." I dropped it to him and he examined it. "Very well, for a blind wolf. You know why you're here, right?" I nodded, "n-no, sorry sir." "Good." I cocked my head (Serena and Luna are both 2 years). "Your sister has just left us. She had a malcadh." I starred at him. "B-but, sir. How do you know." I remembered to she who just left she went to the Sark. "Can I see her??" "No, she is in the Sark's. and plus she won't know this. She will think you're just a gnaw wolf out of her mind, cag mag." I nodded. "You may go." I took my bone and left. I lay close to where the she, Serena would come out and leave the camp. I waited closing my eyes. "Goodbye." I whispered.

The Wolf watch as the Other Gnaw wolves Mutter and Growl to Eachother, Before Trailing off to Knaw as a Packer Pads back. Hearing pawsteps right behind him, He Goes into the Submissive Belly rake and Grinding his face into the Dirt, Rump Quivering to Tuck the Stump-Tail he has in. "Get up." The voice growled, And Lastao Lifted up to a Crouch, Staring at the wolf. The wolf Examined his Pile of bones, Eyebrows Curving at the Slightest. "Hmm, Impressive. Now, Carve me a Bone of Our Latest Hunt. I want the byrrgis, The Herd, And Where the hunt was." They Ordered, Before whipping The Gnaw wolf with his tail. "Get to work, I want it for the Cheiften by The next Day's Sunrise." Lastao Lowered his head, Grabbing a Different bone with a Whimper. The Lash with their Tail stung his flank, Where there Was a Missing patch of fur.
He got to Work, Carving a Long stretch of Wolves, One in the Middle with their Tail Kinked, Elk pulling ahead. On the Next Image, He carved Three wolves Pulling ahead, Leaping onto an Old-Looking Cailleach, With Wolves Pulling around to Circle them, With Two Gnaw wolves Sniffing at Dung. The last Image showed the Elk Dying, And the Sacred Lochinvyrr Taking place.
As he Finished, He Put the bone Aside and Flopped his head onto his paws, A pang of Hunger taking place in his Gut. The wolf had Skipped eating the Deer, As there was A tiny scrap left that was dragged away and chewed by Pups. (So long xD)

((Basically, the gnaw wolves are busy... well, gnawing, and one of maddie's characters gave birth to a malcadh and has to leave the clan, and they dropped her healthy pups off at the pack for another she-wolf to take in.
I think that we should have all out of character posts in parenthesis so no one gets confused ^^))

After he finished the bone he was gnawing, he set it down beside him. Looking carefully over the remaining bones and which one to select, he left a sharp pain in the spot where his missing ear was, his head almost making him fall to his side. A packer wolf stood above him, growling. "Are you gonna do your job or lay around like ye' got nothing to do?" he snarled, making Heyof pin his ear back and whimper.
"Sorry sir," he muttered, his trembling paw stretching out for another bone. The wolf huffed, running off.

Ah, ok. Now I think I know what I could have Tarmo do now.))
Tarmo:
He looked around and saw a packer scare a gnaw wolf away. "Now, now. There is no need for that." he said in a kind voice.
"Oh, so you're deputy? Nope, you're not. Gnaw wolves are lazy, like you! You need to be doing your job, fellow packer!" the other wolf raised his voice. Tarmo stepped back a bit and said, "Ok, ok stop. I only just-" But the other packer growled lowly and loudly. If Tarmo stood his ground he would be in a real fight, and trouble. But no wolf with a temper was going to scare him away. "I-" turns out, his prediction was right! The mad wolf lunged straight at him, Tarmo dodged just in time. But mad wolf came back fast and locked his jaws onto Tarmo's chest. Tarmo whimpered in pain and had been thrown to the floor. He got up but got knocked over by the packer. 'He is fast!' Tarmo thought. Now the packer was kicked off by Tarmo and instantly snapped his jaws onto Tarmo's back. The pain hurts, the angry wolf tightened his jaws, he seemed to have known Tarmo was suffering.

I walked over to get a new bone. Then I heard two packers in an argument. They were talking about gnaw wolves, it made me angry. Then they lunged at each other. I felt the vibrations on the ground and leaped out of the way, not wanting to get hurt. I had to do something to stop this, but I couldn't just split them apart, I'm a gnaw quest after all. I stood a bits ways from the fight. I tilted my head back, and the sound all wolves know came out. I howled to tell the other packers there was a fight happening. I stopped when I heard the footfalls of a she packer and the Lord coming, I had no idea where Canon was, but he wasn't here. The two tried to split up the fighting packers. I could hear whimpering and growls

He didn't fight at all. Otherwise, he would be in trouble. He probably is. Tarmo was pulled away from the mad packer, who was resisting.

The Gnaw wolf's Eyes flickered to the Two Fighting Packers. He winced, Grabbing his bones and Shimmying away. As the Lord Picked his way forwards to Seperate the Two wolves, The wolf Instantley dropped to the ground, Forcing his muzzle into the ground. He rolled his eyes back to show their whites, Pinning his ears back. The eye Not dug into the ground Flashed around, before his rump quivered, Trying to tuck his tail in. As the High-stepped Paws of the Lord Trotted away, he rose into a crouch. Lowering his head, He Shuffled his Bone pile to his left and Practiced making the Great chain on A Deer's Shoulderblade:

I'm a week, still young. My mom and bro look different from me but I don't care. I love them. They are all tan and have shorter muzzles. The muzzles are also bigger. Their bodies are thicker and they have broader chests than me. Their tails are skinnier and mine is thick and fluffy. They also have black streaks on their faces. "Shaylem, come with me and Tabuko." Tabuko is my brother, and we were a happy family.

As she approached the pack, she quickly lowered her head slightly. She was too distracted by her thoughts about her first litter. "Where did they go? What happened to-" she let out a yelp as she crashed into another packer. She gave a small smile, stepping back. "I'm so sorry! I was just busy thinking about my-I mean, about different things." The packer glared at her as he continued walking.
(Agh I just finished reading Spirit Wolf, the beginning and middle were so depressing D:)
