Title: Animated electric portal texture?

I'm looking for an electric portal texture.

I'm envisioning something like this: (http://i.imgur.com/c6TSngT.jpg) moving around the portal.

Can anyone create/find that?

There is a zip file if you want to emulate it.   Should have all the parts you need, The textures and masks could do with reworking though... and maybe add a splash of colour if you like.
