Hey there. I'm bad at talking about myself.

I joined fh over a year ago, couldn't figure out the game, got bored. Deleted it.
My account got lost. The retrieve username link doesn't work. Retrieve password was useless since I didn't know my username (Y'all should fix this btw.)
Made a new account. Here I am!!

I'm still having the exact same problems I was when I tried last time. Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I am just so lost and trying to log in always fails. So I have clenched my teeth and decided to talk to people. Nah I'm sure you're probably all very nice folk.

Help would be most appreciated. It means less time bumbling around on my own.

if you're having login fails, I assume you don't
have the login tab open. You login on this page here    
before you open the application ^^

About your issue, do make sure you are logged in to the tab Birdie linked for you as it is a new security measure (you must keep it open while playing the game). Also, if you can elaborate on what error you are getting (if you can target the name of it) do let us know. <3 I also urge you to post in the "Game Help" section if you still need assistance in the future.
