My remove post button is... gone?!

hey! Arcticwarrior here! uh, just a couple weeks ago, my "remove post" button disappeared. like, gone. see here:

now as you can imagine, is is a bit frustrating when others want me to remove a post for some reason, or if, say i posted the same thing twice in a row on accident. so, can someone tell me how to fix this?

  If you read the notices that are posted like every month you would know that the option to remove your posts was removed, as well as rule changes and many other important things XD

The option for members to delete their posts has been taken away. If you read this month's updates thread, you would know that, and you still have the wonderful modify button. Locking.
