Okay so I have two accounts. My new one and old one. Somehow, My old one works, and my new one doesn't? I quit FH For about 5 months to get a break. I come back.. And My old account works, But my newest one says incorrect username or password, but I even wrote down the password and username in a previous note when I made it. Please help! My freinds were on the new ones friends list!!! :( Was it deleted? How long does it take to be deleted? How Can you check? Can I get it back? Please help!!

If y'er friends were on y'er new account, it may be that they changed the password. Try getting a hold of them and see if this was the case. It may 'ave been accidentally deleted by one of y'er friends. Deleting, I believe, is instantaneous once confirmed that ye want to delete it. I believe one of the staff can take a peek to see what has happened to y'er account. If one doesn't respond to y'er thread, just give 'em a private message.

Ohnonononono They werent ON it. They were on my friends lists, and I would love to reconnect with them. Hahaha. Thanks though

I would say that maybe the username and/or password is over the 16 character limit FH has, but if you were able to access it before in order to add friends to the list on that account then that may not be the case.
Have you been able to get the new FH update yet? And have you reset your characters' homes and sent them there? If these things have been done, I'd suggest resetting it's password and trying again, and that can be done by clicking the "Forgot Password" feature on the yellow box at the top right corner of the first page you're taken to when you type FH's site URL into the URL box.
If no luck, contact a staffer and ask if they can take a look at the account for problems that might be further solved by a staffer themself.

When I went to search up your username, it appeared to not exist. Not sure how this happened, but it looks like you'll have to use your older account for now. Sorry!

My secondary account was deleted too
I hadn't been on it for a few months, and I PM'd a moderator
they said that if you never activated the account it could've been deleted, and if you hadn't been on it for a while it would've been deleted.
