Title: Free Music Programs?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap or free programs that you can possibly make music with, like little instrumentals and stuff. I want to at least try to learn with something, if such a thing that's free exists. :{o

Indeed they do. I don't know which would work for you, but I stumbled across a link a year or so back that had a list of 'em if you want me to send a link for it c:
