Also, to add onto Ironic's comment - is this happening in a specific map or the character selection?

Hi there! So I had this problem after coming back to the game after a very long break. It's possible you're in a map that you no longer have/doesn't exist anymore. The way I was able to fix this for myself was simply by going home. If that doesn't work, reset your home and try again!

However if this is happening on all of your characters and not just one or two, I'm not sure what the problem is.
