How can I do watersmoke?

How can I do watersmoke to a waterfall? :7 I have try like everything, nothing works, and it looks more realistic if its watersmoke, so can someone please tell me what I need to do? :3

Object Maker > EffectMaker > Particle Tab > Type in 'WaterfallSmoke' EXACTLY like that in Particle Template > Click add new
