Hmm... as in info do you mean your username - karma - awards - post count? If so, I dont think your username will get deleted, but karma, awards (I think) and post count will be deleted.

Information like e-mail on my profile.And is there ANY way to remove replies to my posts please?im desperate

Well, I believe if you delete your account your E-mail will not show. And as replies, do you mean other people replyed to YOUR posts. I don't think that would happen, since their other peoples posts.
