Can't get get in account...

My B/f made the account a while ago. And when he tried to log in on the game it would not take the password. I told him to wait a bit and it might work then, but no.. and now it won't even work on this site. So we figured he forgot the password. lol When we tried to get the password back from the email it says the token is invalid...

Can any one help us out?

I think the best thing that you could do is try again, and if that doesn't work, you should send a message to an administrator.

Trying again might help.
Also, perhaps the password is too long?

Password to long? Hmm how could I fix that if that was the problem?

 I think I may have to talk to administrator. Because it still is not working.

I'm not sure if this is just for your forum account but:

Profile >> Account Related Settings >> Choose Password >> Verify Password and then Modify account.
